    @virginmedia Also why is @Hyperoptic offering 1Gb Upload and Download and @virginmedia only has 30+ upload? What happened to staying ahead of the competition? After 10+ years this uploading issue maybe the shove that pushes me away from virgin 😭

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS I had to wait 5 weeks for an installation and the box has finally been installed on Thursday, but our service has yet to start working. Tried ringing up every day since but still no solutions.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The main problem is you're not admitting the widespread issue and delay in fixing the issue. When you have atleast 100+ customers impacted try to provide proper update and ETA.

    @Hyperoptic Team, I am a user and whenever there is an outage in my area (G312HB), you guys take ages to fix it. Last time when it went on Friday Morning, it got fixed on Monday Morning. Who the hell would take 3 days to fix an issue ??? Classic example of your POOR SERVICES !!!
