@virginmedia @JamesTurner37 Virgin what the hell “ as soon as possible” even mean. You service is rubbish, your customer service is awful and designed to make ppl scream snd leave. I do not believe you are sorry at all. James try @Hyperoptic they MAY be in your area

  • lizardalice Alice Turner (@lizardalice) reported

@HyperopticCS @FinancialBear James don’t try hyperoptic. They are not providing information regarding why there’s a seemingly London wide outage, many customers affected FOR DAYS without a clear ETA or update, and their customer service isn’t picking up the phone or support tickets. AVOID

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS no service for four weeks now. No updates wtf is going on? Sort it out ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@Hyperoptic Can you tone down the marketing and focus on fixing your constant internet issues, we go for days without internet and your support take days to reply

  • ristyrestia risty restia (@ristyrestia) reported

@Hyperoptic my internet connection has been in trouble since 3pm today. I have called and reported the issue. Please fix it asap! 32/15 Peffer Bank, Edinburgh.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO Haven’t had internet now for more than 30 hours; into the 2nd working day. This is not acceptable - expecting an honest response on what’s going on and when I can expect the service back that I am paying for. Please reply here, not on DMs.

Wow @Hyperoptic I've just had my first negative experience with your service. An agent trying to tell me I don't qualify l, and overcharge by £5. Not impressed. Why do we loyal customers (6+ years) have to fight to get same prices as new customers when our deals are finished?

  • GillesOhana Gilles D Ohana (@GillesOhana) reported

I am super disappointed by the customer service of WiFi provider @Hyperoptic in London. The WiFi service from @Hyperoptic has been down for four days and they don’t bother sending an engineer to fix the simple issue. What a bad customer service you have - TERRIBLE

  • QuestAndy SoloQuestAndy (@QuestAndy) reported

@Hyperoptic Outage now at our building for over 4 hours. Just called for an update and the engineer hasn't even arrived yet!

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS avoiding us won't save u. Customer service requires that u care. U clearly dont
