    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

    @MoMayet3 @electrodrummer @Hyperoptic I’ve had to hang up as having calls but still in chat and 1.5hrs 😳. Crazy as just need to be online and back from holiday 🫣

    Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.
