    @koenjideck Could not recommend hyperoptic enough not had a single issue with them and its chep to i get full 1000 fibire for 35 quid a month

    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    @Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

    @Hyperoptic Technical support is not available via online chat. Have to call for support, and this is supposedly a telecoms company!? What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful
