    Think twice before signing with @Hyperoptic . Unresponsive customer support and zero respect for clients. When moving home, they charge full termination fees even if THEY can’t provide service at your new address. Terrible experience. Stay away! 🚫 #Broadband #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?
