I’m pissed @Hyperoptic ANOTHER OUTAGE @ SW9. Happen to us in August no internet for 5 days & now it’s the following month & another outage. 2 days without internet currently, my scheduled days of working from home ruined. Hyperoptic can **** off, I’m ready to switch providers

  • krystel68 Christelle G. (@krystel68) reported

@Hyperoptic I asked to cancel end of Aug & again 4 Sept on your chat ! ). You STILL cut me off on 18 Sept but are charging me until END of Oct for ZERO service. Then admitted “we cancelled because someone else wanted to.” This is disgraceful. @DanaTomicic why rip off customers?

So I used the switch service to switch my broadband service from @Hyperoptic to @SkyBroadbandd back in June which has been a complete shambles on Hyperoptics end. I am STILL being charged monthly for a service that I have not had or used since July. 1/2

@Brsk_uk I sent a support ticket and would like to get answer ASAP as I apparently get install tomorrow but deal. seems too good to be true and I'm getting red flags and my friends think I was mis-sold. hyperoptic contract doesn't end until 2027 and was told brsk be "free"?

@Hyperoptic Hi Hyperoptic, it’s obvious your customer service team dont read their emails, please can you tell one Igor Sabijak from customer service operations team to stop mailing me, as i have sent multiple emails and even called your team to clarify this.

  • RikkiGregory_ Rikki Gregory (@RikkiGregory_) reported

@Hyperoptic I have called the support helpline multiple times as funds continue to be taken from my account. I was ASSURED that no further funds would be taken, then just as a I take my eyes off the ball due to an unplanned stay in hospital, I’m debited again? 2/2
