  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently it’s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame 👍 also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake that’s why it constantly says no issues
