    How has @Hyperoptic told me I'm second in the queue for them only to keep me on hold for 20 mins. First day of service and theres no internet lol.... looks like ill be finding another provider

    @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time 🫠 pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

    @Hyperoptic 5 days since my router was delivered and still no internet access. Called tech support team 4 times and been assured it will be fixed and still nothing. Been on hold for over an hour this morning - sort it out

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!
