  @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

  Waited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

  @Hyperoptic Disgusting service from Hyperoptic. Had it installed yesterday and zero internet. Loss of service light flashing red. Can’t use my lighting, heating or front door intercom. Hanging on to call for 30 mins still not through. No response to my emails.
