@Hyperoptic 24 hours after you were supposed to resolve our faulty box to give us internet connection and still no sign of anything happening. Shocking customer service and would advice people to avoid

@Hyperoptic worst company ever! DO NOT CHOOSE @Hyperoptic kept stringing me along for 8 months before sending me an email saying “sorry you decided to cancel” do not believe a word they say. Save yourself time and money and find a different provider.

Finally decided to register for @virginmedia and guess wait the earliest installation is in 2 weeks, 28th of July. So my property will have no wifi until then. Only if @Hyperoptic would told me earlier that they would not support my location, I would’ve registered with Virgin
