    @AgentTm13774 I can’t send you a dm. I don’t find your name. I received the router but don’t have internet and nobody came as offered to setup the connection! I had Hyperoptic but now it’s disconnected too. So I don’t have nothing!! Please help me fix this issue urgently!

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently it’s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame 👍 also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake that’s why it constantly says no issues
