@babsc94 I use Hyperoptic. I get super fibre 20 quid pm. They've only had one outage in my 3 yrs and they were in contact to advise n update.

@JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money. @DominicTarason @dark1x I’m with @Hyperoptic and have +900Mbit up and down on the 1Gbit package. I get around 800Mbits when downloading from steam, epic store around 500.

@Hyperoptic what a joke is your service, I activated the internet at Saturday(22nd) and still does not work, engineer got late and cancelled the appointment, now only on 4th of Feb? Seriously, I need internet to work, sorry but if they don’t come by tomorrow, you lost a customer.

@Hyperoptic No just price hikes if you happen to miss an email and a petty customer service that refuse to give you the same offer that's on your their website, because you miss an email. What a joke

@Hyperoptic @IanKingSky @SkyNews You know what you really don't want to miss? That my family has been without Internet service from #NotsoHyperoptic for 15 days. West London roads being destroyed for weeks to lay fibre. But network reliability is weak. 2nd long outage in 3 months.

@edstub207 However there has also been an increase in energy bills over Winter, and I believe most places charged more because of this. In terms of Internet, if your area has HyperOptic I recommend them. Never been with anyone other than Virgin, speeds were ok, customer service wasn't :')
