@HyperopticCS I am wondering. How come a big company like hyperoptic can not fix the issue till now. 100 subscribers does not have internet for almost 10 days and support and customer care is informing that there is no estimated time to get issue fixed !!!!!!!@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

  • gerwyn Gerwyn (@gerwyn) reported

@mikeapollo Sounds about right for those two providers. We failed to get traction re Virgin and Hyperoptic. We would have settled for FTTC, but lucked out when they installed FTTP out of the blue for us. Honestly these new 5G devices are surprising lot great, even in bad weather

@Hyperoptic Does your HA-140W-B router have any option to partition off certain devices? We're looking to get a wi-fi doorbell and I'd like for it to not be able to access the rest of the local network for security - as it's going to be physically accessible from outside. Cheers

@Hyperoptic Ditto on losing Internet access. Speaking with customer service ain't going to fix the issue. Have lost access twice in the span of two weeks, so think twice before committing.

@virginmedia your are down in DA8 - now beginning 3rd year working at home - only been here for 6 months & more downtime than ever compared to @Hyperoptic - not helping me@when I have an afternoon of calls! 😡

@Hyperoptic unbelievable still no internet from Christmas and now telling us no other support till 7th new year. Also no Compensation holiday time. So our Christmas and new year no internet doesn’t matter for your company.

  • goyalam AG (@goyalam) reported

Don’t just like my tweet @Hyperoptic, increase your service coverage, so that we don’t have to suffer providers like @virginmedia

  • NathanCraig_9 Nxthxn (@NathanCraig_9) reported

@Hyperoptic very disappointed with the service which has left me with no broadband for the past 4 days. No one able to give an expected timeframe within which a solution to be found. Incredibly frustrating. Have 1 extra day of patience but then I will be switching providers…

@wackiejalsh @richardbranson Nothing to do with him. Check if you can get @Hyperoptic though. If not try to get 4G broadband via Vodafone or 3. Oh and if it’s just wifi issues in a big house or a house with thick walls you’ll really need a better Wi-Fi system using mesh connections to multiple Wi-Fi points.
