    No home internet since Thursday. Hyperoptic saying it will take a week to fix (!). Cancelled perfectly good wireless broadband with someone else 3 months ago. Huge mistake.

    @Hyperoptic an engineer came out yesterday to fix my Wi-Fi. It worked but it’s now not working again today! Please help I need urgent support on this now please for work

    @Hyperoptic internet still down in RG14. I understand that there are outages, but can we at least have some sort of communication about what's going on?

    @HyperopticCS Well another morning passes with zero response from hyperoptic. Whoever everyone passes the problem too either is incompetent, over worked or needs help. Hyperoptic continues to demonstrate organisation ineptitude and customer disrespect.

    Anyone else using Ubiquiti routing gear with Hyperoptic not able to get IPV6 working using DHCPV6 and prefix delegation? This was working for past 2 years until some engineering works last Thursday at my location so I think some change of equipment has caused the issue.

    @Hyperoptic great stated offering, take your money and do nothing. Rubbish customer service, if they respond can only pass it to someone else or say what they can’t do. Incompetence all over. Same thing first time we tried, no improvement in 2 years

    Thoughts on @Hyperoptic? That 900mbps up/down is very enticing! Is it as good as it sounds? Better than OpenReach fibre? Also: why is the monthly rolling contract *cheaper* than 12/24 month commitments?
