    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!
