Such a disappointing experience with @Hyperoptic has taken over 3 weeks just to get a pre-install check! Just to be told their system is broken and I may or may not even get one!…terrible experience and completely left in the dark, lost hours on the phone to CS . 😤

  • yeptch Yeptch (@yeptch) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 2 days and still without internet and definitely not due to any hardware fault so no engineer is needed to remedy the problem. Really really poor. Would advise others to look at other service providers if seeing high speed fibre internet. #hyperoptic #terrible

3 years at my old flat with Hyperoptic and never had an issue once. 2 days in my new flat with @virginmedia and we already have no Internet. Impossible to to speak to anyone as well to resolve the issue?

  • Nadineait1 Nadine (@Nadineait1) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS why is it taking almost 24 hours to fix the wifi in only 2 postcodes?? Could you update us on how far you’ve actually gone in fixing this and how long we should expect there to be no wifi.

@HyperopticCS My Broadband is backup. Try connecting all. Hyperoptic,Thank you for your hard work on restoring the service. Out of curiosity, it would be great to know what caused the issue.

ppl in the know about these things - if my place isn't on the bt fttc network, and the obvious alternatives (e.g. virgin, talktalk's own thing, hyperoptic) are dead ends, is there any way for me to get better internet than adsl+?

  • CatriRose Rosie (@CatriRose) reported

@HyperopticCS I already did & you couldn’t help me. I had to sign up to Hyperoptic as it was the only provider in my block, then I had to move house after 6 months but was unable to port hyperoptic as it wasn’t available in my new flat. I still had to pay a penalty

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic: Raised a request about a router on 20th August. You claim that it was delivered to me on 25th August, it wasn't. I was at home, and I didn't get it. It's been 11 days; either the courier marked it delivered falsely, or you never dispatched it.

@Hyperoptic I had bad experience with @Hyperoptic, would steer clear
