@ancr_cotswold @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Just saw this now due to a new reply. Personally, I believe that if you can't afford to get a whole device to provide an LTE Backup like I have, it's no excuse you had to miss an online meeting due to the wifi being down when mobile data is mainstream nowadays.

@HyperopticCS @JusticeCladding I have been given less than 24 hours notice for loss of service for planned maintenance by Hyperoptic that will occur tomorrow. It appears that lessons have not been learned, and this will cause significant inconvenience.

@Hyperoptic are the biggest pile of shite going. Wi-Fi is dead slow despite paying a fortune for a food package. Wi-Fi has gone down. They disabled only chat and no one answering calls. Absolute joke of a company

@Hyperoptic - wifi down again.. second time this month! My husband is freelance and now will not get paid today just like last time. Two days of pay down :( Recognise you do what you can but this is really painful! Any support would be appreciated.
