    @Hyperoptic myself and several neighbours in W6 having outages in last 24h. Your site status update reports no problems. Also can't seem to get through on the phone and no other way to report a technical issue

    Been on hold for hours. No support no help @Hyperoptic. Not good enough, please someone get back to me right away been without internet for 24 hours

    @Linkifi_ @Hyperoptic Same, it came back for 10 minutes then went offline again, 8 hours without internet when you WFH is ridiculous They need to sort their **** out

    @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful
