    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them

    @MoMayet3 @Hyperoptic Same. Chat for over 1.5 hours, no response. On hold on telephone for over an hour. Prices keep going up, service is rock bottom.

    @1Nicdar Like you, I don't qualify. I stopped buying dental insurance after I needed an implant that after insurance still cost 10k about 5 years ago. Never again. Same with vision care and I'm hyperoptic. This is the first year I let the health insurance lapse. I guess we shall see.
