    hyperoptic is actually the worst internet provider in the UK, I have had internet issues for TWO MONTHS and their email support is nonexistent, been ghosted for weeks at a time, keeps stopping me doing my job. so frustrating aaaaaaaaa 😩

    @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful

    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!
