    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    Been on hold for hours. No support no help @Hyperoptic. Not good enough, please someone get back to me right away been without internet for 24 hours

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

    @MRKCT_ @Hyperoptic Been having my speeds drop as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks now. Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.

    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!
