    Ugh been waiting to speak to someone on the phone @Hyperoptic for over 30min. Your call centre system is terrible! Tell me how long the wait is, or how many ppl there are in front of me in the queue - and get some better hold music!!

    Anyone moving into a new home and thinking of taking the @Hyperoptic broadband on the promise of instant connection please don’t! It’s not true and there is absolutely no customer service. Five days no connection and no communication. Dreadful

    @cal_stoneman @northernMPR @dj__k The minute I can get off of VDSL 80/20 I will do so. Waiting for Hyperoptic here or something else, don't care. I just want post-100 mbit. This sucks.

    If anyone buying a new home is thinking of using @Hyperoptic as they promise to connect you instantly please don’t believe them. Three days and still no clue when we will get this sorted. Tv engineers cancelled and unable to work from home and no help from them. Avoid!

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS citywide internet down for now 4 days with no update. Any idea when you guys will get your act together? Do I need to go through the work week without internet?

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Not sure how you can say you’re doing your best when actually you are doing nothing. Apparently the engineers don’t work for you and don’t respond to your messages so customer do not get service
