    @jdnoscrubz @ryantegan @skytv Matter of fact is I’ve been with Sky 11 yrs never once rang me or my landlord to offer to install better wifi beyond what I had for the crazy price they offer. I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

    @TomThornhill_2 @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Sorry do you mean not far from me? Mine is still down I’ve had issues all week with them after almost 48hours of no service. I’ve been given nearly 3 months free service.

    @Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

    So @Hyperoptic has been down in Greenwich pretty much well over 48 hours & there’s been help besides the odd ‘working on a service outage’. Zero answers from customer support too. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED !

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
