@shadowbIood The only FTTH I know of here is hyperoptic but they don't serve my area, so we use virgin media, however the upload speed is poor, our plan is 350mbps download and 36mbps upload

  • ianrundell Ian Rundell (@ianrundell) reported

@Hyperoptic absolutely useless, can’t watch a movie without the connection breaking down countless times

I am contacting you as a last resort. Moved into a new build, told your company, Hyperoptic would be able to have my broadband up and running in minutes…. That was on February 25th. It didn’t work, there was a problem. I still am waiting- HELP!!!

@HyperopticCS @Thisanambragirl @Hyperoptic of which you have none or I wouldn't have to contact support dozen times

  • truthtellerGB CustomerServiceTruth (@truthtellerGB) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Not really good enough, can’t you request blue tick for your support page too? Not clear enough for newbies which are the targets of scam.

  • BeeeRighteous B Righteous (@BeeeRighteous) reported

@Hyperoptic With all due respect can we have some competent men in your chat support, I don't understand why it's all women and my issue never gets resolved just keep getting generic answers, I need a tech geek to help me

  • pezza_91 Perry Kennedy (@pezza_91) reported

@IanDunt @Hyperoptic if available is amazing for speed, reliability and customer service. Sadly if not only virgin will have speed but they’re so bad if anything goes wrong. Possibly community fibre but they’re quite small

  • austroscot Rob (@austroscot) reported

Hi @Hyperoptic, we have been having issues with connectivity for the last week. We’ve trouble shooted our devices and checked with our neighbours, none of them are having problems. We think our router might be on its last legs and might need a replacement. How do we arrange one?

  • Dan25932780 Dan Brack (@Dan25932780) reported

@HyperopticCS We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend!

@Hyperoptic Instead of virtue signalling how about you fix the internet connection that hasn't worked for five days now, this is day six. Support on the website is useless with no updates.
