@MSE_Deals Virgin has the worst customer services says Which? Have to concur with that after getting numerous lies when connecting up my development. Call backs from Branson's 'personal assistant' that someone will call me back. 5 yrs later, still waiting! Hyperoptic for me thanks!

installed in January, which I can understand. I lost my Service end of April and I called the customer services at Hyperoptic on the 1st of May, I was given an appointment for 23rd May for an engineer to come and fix my service. On the 22nd May

Very disappointed in the service I am currently paying for with @Hyperoptic will for sure be changing my service provider. Do not recommend.

@HyperopticCS No they are not, they are not being helpful at all and you are keep repeating the same thing, I want to see results not your fake promises, especially to a customer who's been with you for so long, I am truly fed up of hyperoptic

@FreakyFwoof Hahaha, no, it's just VDSL for now. What makes it decent is that it's not virgin and it works properly. Getting about 75 down, 20 up, pings to servers in the same country range from 5-10MS. That'll do til Hyperoptic gets here.

Our @Hyperoptic went off at the weekend, engineer arrived today and service was on from 11am-1730, off again, told no appointments until 19th.
