    @joelycett - been let down by @Hyperoptic who should of had our internet activated a week ago and we’re still without internet and no date for when it will be sorted + v poor customer service. Any advice on how to tackle them!?

  • duncalf2008 beady_eye_ (@duncalf2008) reported

    @Hyperoptic @Ofcom How about if you move address and Hyoeroptic don't provide service there then they shouldn't be able to charge you an early exit fee like I have just been. £76! Disgraceful!

  • OliverBoaler Oliver (@OliverBoaler) reported

    .@itvMLshow @MartinSLewis - Hi Martin we made the switch to @Hyperoptic to help cut our bills and have been left without internet for the last week - without any estimates on when they might have it working. Please advise your viewers not to make this switch!

    @Hyperoptic Is the line down?!?

  • frir Frido Ruth (@frir) reported

    Again really disappointed in @Hyperoptic 's service. Multiple service outages after a horrendous 12 month installation and failed activations. Yet no response from @HyperopticCS to a number of emails. #fibre

    @hyperoptic, high expectations big disappointment. I'm paying for 1 Gbps and I'm receiving 3.5 Mbps, in 2022. No customer service, no explanation. I'm starting to wish we had chosen TalkTalj 17 Mbps for three times less money.

    @cormacclarkepr @Hyperoptic Hi Cormac! We're on it, we wouldn't like to keep you disconnected for too long! Sorry for the disruption in service.

  • Nastino Nastino (@Nastino) reported

    Don't usually do this, but a tweet about @Hyperoptic Sign up, installation, service for just over 2 years, all absolutely fuss free and flawless. I cancelled today as I'm moving, and even this was excellent. Phone answered straight away, call took about 30 seconds. No fuss.

    @SquashyJG all down to your infrastructure bro, if you can get full fibre like hyperoptic do it next best thing is your BT line. All the vodafones/zen/skys ect legit just use the bt line that every house already has. my shits still copper/aluminium so the bt route is impossilbe so VM pain
