  @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them

  @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Stupid ***** tried to offer me a "deal" for my broadband after i had been on a rolling contract for a while that was more expensive (£75pm), managed to grind them down to a decent price and the morons didn't even put me on a new contract so left and went with HyperOptic for £25pm

  @FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Interesting. The light on my router went green and sure enough the Internet is back up if I switch back from mobile tethering to my usual Wifi. I'm at two hours three minutes on hold but I'm at position three and it seems to be going down.

  @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

  @bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

  @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldn’t make it up.

  @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic is awful, go with any BT provider over it
