    @itssunpi @virginmedia Check if you can get @Hyperoptic in your property. Should give you a better service. Sadly I've heard Virgin Media traffic manage like crazy

    Not sure what happened to customer service at @Hyperoptic but it's not improving. They used to be super fast at responding. I've been variously on hold for 30min.

    @a_louisem @Hyperoptic I’ve had no Hyperoptic internet since 11am … at Brentford Dock … working from home with no mobile signal either (rely on wifi calling!). Help.

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Hopefully it’s quicker than when one of your engineers unplugged my connection and it took a month to get someone to admit that might be the issue and send an engineer.
