@Hyperoptic no internet connection since this morning. What’s going on? Notice I also didn’t get a reminder to say my contract was ending but you whacked on a higher charge with no problem.

  • lizardalice Alice Turner (@lizardalice) reported

@HyperopticCS @FinancialBear James don’t try hyperoptic. They are not providing information regarding why there’s a seemingly London wide outage, many customers affected FOR DAYS without a clear ETA or update, and their customer service isn’t picking up the phone or support tickets. AVOID

@Hyperoptic I have now closed my account with hyper optic service is a joke. Been with numerous internet providers in the bast and never has my internet been down this long without any sort of explanation. I advice anyone els dealing with these problems to cancel aswel

Dear @Hyperoptic you keep saying you will come and fix my internet but you haven’t yet and people (yes multiple!) send me horrible messages if I don’t reply in a certain time period (I don’t know what that period is.) So please can you hurry up 🙏🏽

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic The issue was solved, however, it's a pain in the neck... Wasting time, increasing the fees for no reason, I'll change next month.

@Hyperoptic what is going on with you guys? The internet constantly disconnected. Engineer came today and change the port of the building. He told us to wait 2 hours and get update via customer service. Contacted CS after 2 hours via chat and i get disconnected all the time from.

@virginmedia @JamesTurner37 Virgin what the hell “ as soon as possible” even mean. You service is rubbish, your customer service is awful and designed to make ppl scream snd leave. I do not believe you are sorry at all. James try @Hyperoptic they MAY be in your area

  • AuroraNiav jackie weaver (@AuroraNiav) reported

@Hyperoptic I’ve called, emailed and DM’d you about my connection going down and accessing compensation and haven’t had any meaningful response in 2 days. Is this a concerted effort to stop people getting their compensation? …is that legal? 🤔
