@Hyperoptic our broadband went down over 48 hours ago. Your customer service has been of no help. Really enjoyed leaving Virgin Media for you but it seems your service is the same.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic here we are an entire week later still with no broadband and no communication as to when this will be resolved. You are a bunch of cowboys charging for a service you don’t provide.

@Hyperoptic Unfortunately I can’t spend £500 on Black Friday because due to my landlord selling the property you’re charging me that much to terminate a service I can’t use. 💩

@MissDemeanor07 @Plusnet @Hyperoptic There was an outage of all emails for 33 hours, to 7am this morning, since then they have been intermittent and they are doing more work overnight. I expect it will be "normal" by Sunday maybe? It's only email, not BB/phone etc

@pcgamer Try having a UK #BT supposedly FTTC connection giving 0.2 mbps upload & being told on reporting it that the download speed is ok & I would be charged by #OpenReach if no fault found. It was so bad I couldn't even get my email, yet #BT said it was fine. Can't wait 4 @Hyperoptic

Not only that, they're also sending all the necessary packaging and labels to return the old one. All I have to do is: Put in box, post. Everyone has a LOT to learn from @Hyperoptic Customer Service. 2 years with them and any issues I head was dealt with quickly and effectively

@attiegrande I actually mentioned in my order notes that I would prefer handoff to be a SFP/SFP+ module and that I know what I'm doing. Hyperoptic was nice, though I had to do weird **** to my DHCP client config to make it work. With AT&T, I productionized an 802.1x MitM
