Installing/updating from Apple App Store doesn't work on @hyperoptic (both iOS/macOS). On the phone I can get off the wifi and download on 4G. Luxury not available on the desktop. I can't connect to @GarminUK Connect IQ store. As soon as I get onto 4G, it works. @HyperopticCS ?

@Hyperoptic we still have outage at SE15, London. Your customer service team said it would be fixed by 4.35 and they’d update me - neither has happened so far. Please update

@HyperopticCS Hi, I’ve the same issue here. 3 different devices, when I’m signed into my personal VPN, Apple Music works. Or tethering through 5G it works. Not through Hyperoptic. Hope you can resolve soon. Thanks

@Hyperoptic @Daily_Express Yes, I wish I stayed with BT. Our internet’s been down since 5am (been over 7 hours now) and the sassy customer service lady snapped at me informing saying that you can solve an issue within 48 hours and she doesn’t care how long it’s been. I work from home….or trying to!

I've spent about 24 hours now with very weird networking issues. Assumed it was my router and reset everything but still they persisted... turns out it's actually Hyperoptic having some issues; especially when talking to Apple Services.

Moment of bafflement today. @Hyperoptic why on earth would you declare an issue closed when we send you nearly daily emails asking you to resolve said issue??

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic can someone take a look at your DNS, Apple Music streaming isn’t working on it. Using mobile network or VPN it does, your default router settings and I assume the DNS are at fault.
