@RichardNeil13 @jnightda1 @AskPS_UK You on Hypertopic? I tried tethering with phone and it worked with 4g/5g. Must be a hyperoptic issue if so.

having a verifiable nightmare in the office with security passes, crap wifi and file transfers, which I wouldn’t have had to resort to if the wifi wasn’t like less than half as fast as the Hyperoptic I pay for at home. with each passing day #WFH is winning out

  • AndyC843 AndyC84 (@AndyC843) reported

@Zomia64 @nintendolife It’s not news though. It’s a survey from a site that sells broadband (HyperOptic, & no - I’ve never heard of them either) Find it pretty suspicious that NL have published this; paid promo without the site mentioning it perhaps?

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS doing a great job!!! 17 days now and you still have not assigned me the static ip that I have purchased. Apparently it only takes 24 hours??? Looks like it’s now time to cancel and join @BTGroup

@Hyperoptic I wished I could get your service where I live

  • ryancdotorg Ryan Castellucci (@ryancdotorg) reported

@attiegrande I actually mentioned in my order notes that I would prefer handoff to be a SFP/SFP+ module and that I know what I'm doing. Hyperoptic was nice, though I had to do weird **** to my DHCP client config to make it work. With AT&T, I productionized an 802.1x MitM

  • SamoshOfficial Samosh (@SamoshOfficial) reported

@DoubleDstroyer @virginmedia I'm with virgin and honestly don't ever get a problem with them, but then again I don't stream much... Can you get @Hyperoptic in your area?

  • MattBoy93903960 Matt Boyer (@MattBoy93903960) reported

@Hyperoptic I requested a call back 2 hours ago and still radio silence. Awful customer service. Can someone contact me ASAP

  • susanalsafizzle Susan Al-Safadi (@susanalsafizzle) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic here we are an entire week later still with no broadband and no communication as to when this will be resolved. You are a bunch of cowboys charging for a service you don’t provide.
