    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

    Hey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

    @Hyperoptic do you have an update on when internet will be restored in HA4? Its been close to 4 hours since the outage and there’s no update from your end .

    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.

    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.
