    Naively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money

    So @Hyperoptic has been down in Greenwich pretty much well over 48 hours & there’s been help besides the odd ‘working on a service outage’. Zero answers from customer support too. WHEN WILL IT BE FIXED !

    @Hyperoptic Reported a broadband fault on Friday. 500 Mbps package, but only 17–70 Mbps download while upload remains around 500 Mbps. Ticket open, no update from Technical Support, and unable to reach support by phone. Please DM me.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @marcwalsh @Hyperoptic Yes, same. Drove me mad, now using a hotspot to do some work. There is no outage apparently in my area....
