@HyperopticCS @HyperopticCEO It seems the support shift got over for today after 7:45 pm , so no response my direct messages. I will keep this thread alive till my issue is not resolved. #hyperoptic #nobroadband

@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic internet is down again in the N7 area of London. Can you confirm what the problem is and when this will be resolved?

  • screeberagh Ben (@screeberagh) reported

@HannahAlOthman Depends on what kind of connection (e.g. is it BT "full fibre"?). Virgin can oversubscribe leading to slower speeds at peak times (but can be a problem with anyone). If BT are offering ~60 Mbps or less try Virgin? In Manc worth check for local fibre first (e.g. hyperoptic, brsk)

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your team has no time to update on call or on support ticket. Already fed up with this kind of attitude. You are happy to send me bill even before starting the services, but have no time to make it up and running. I cannot chase any more.

@jemmaphysics @Hyperoptic One month?! 😱 We're 10 days into waiting for our '15 minutes to set up' hyperoptic Internet in our new house and the customer service has been shocking We've given up and gone with EE!

  • alaksana96 Aufar (@alaksana96) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS One of your engineers was digging up the cables in SE1 and now I have no internet in the house. I spoke to the engineer and they said that no damage to the wires should have occurred, but I still dont have internet

  • froggyfoots Frog 🐸 (@froggyfoots) reported

Phoned up Sky and they clearly explained it may take a week as they are having issues with orders. Fine, at least they told us. Called EE and they're gonna get us online in a matter of days. I recommend @BarrattHomes stops working with @Hyperoptic #hyperoptic
