    @ShellEnergyHome According to information from Ofcom Shell Energy have Not signed up to pay Compensation for Poor and Loss of Service. But the major broadband providers who have signed up, include BT, Hyperoptic, Sky, NOW Broadband, TalkTalk, Virgin Media and Zen EXPLAIN WHY Shell ENERGY have NOT

    @Hyperoptic Instead of virtue signalling how about you fix the internet connection that hasn't worked for five days now, this is day six. Support on the website is useless with no updates.

    Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.

    Been three months till we signed up to @Hyperoptic and still have not been connected. Customer service is a joke. @HyperopticCS.

    @Hyperoptic @TheSun @Hyperoptic may be cheap but their customer service is deplorable. Over 2 weeks and no feedback on when internet can be set up, just a load of nothing from offshored customer service reps who know nothing. All beware!

    Hey @Hyperoptic what's the point of sending out sales teams to flats and getting them knocking on existing customers doors? I've had that twice now in the last 3 months. Surely they should know which flats already have service?
