Day 2. Power outage still not fixed @Hyperoptic. Can’t work from home anymore, can’t watch my favourite TV shows on my Apple TV. Seriously thinking of cancelling my subscription. Customer service has been so poor! Think twice before you sign up to #hyperoptic #outage #wifi

@BJarkowski @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS This test was over ethernet, on WiFi I get about 700Mbps down and 600Mbps up. It isn't plugged into my main network yet which uses UniFi kit. I think even for WiFi use it's still worth it, especially for the symmetrical speeds.

Dear @Hyperoptic I move into E20, no IPv6, no static IPv4, just broken CGNAT. And I can't shop around. This sucks.

So in other words @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic thinks I'd gladly spend all of Christmas & new year without internet and still remain a customer. Really? Would you remain a customer of yourself? Lol
