HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported@fwosar @LloydLabs @Hyperoptic While it is not ideal that it takes so much for the router to arrive, any LAN device can be connected to our socket and it should provide the service. We wouldn't be able to troubleshoot the connection, but it would work!

Steven (@StevenMcinerney) reportedWe've got a new @Hyperoptic router as we've upgraded our internet from 150 to 500mb. Nicola's laptop can't connect to that new router. If we switch back to the old router, it connects, but with old speeds. She's got a 2014 macbook air. Has anyone had a similar problem before?
