  • TRealSlimJadey TheRealSlimJadey (@TRealSlimJadey) reported

Day 2 without any upload speed this time. Usually it comes back by the next day but over 24 hours without and still nothing. A known issue for a month and they’ve allowed it to get this far. Day 2 of not being able to work @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

  • jasshans Bogdan, Gheorghe (@jasshans) reported

@HyperopticCS @BettyShmem @Hyperoptic How about responding to DMs rather than posting memes? 19h without response, internet is down and your team refuses to come to fix it until Monday. Post few more memes maybe the internet will get fixed 😐

  • TRealSlimJadey TheRealSlimJadey (@TRealSlimJadey) reported

Every Tuesday my upload speed is next to zero. No solution, no support, no help. Directly impacts my income and no compensation. @Hyperoptic are absolutely shocking. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Do not recommend at all

  • O_C_Ann O_C_Ann (@O_C_Ann) reported

@Hyperoptic Almost 24h of outage, second Monday in a row, and service has not been restored yet. Still refreshing?

  • usman015 Usman (@usman015) reported

@Hyperoptic Now up to 17 days with no internet service still no one has called to explain the problem or how this is going to get resolved!!!!!

  • wabdoteth wab.eth ❁ (@wabdoteth) reported

@dolessdoteth @Jarritos It's hyperoptic apparently I don't have a subscription yet my internet still suspiciously works. Got a Roomba need to connect it to the WiFi but no 2.4 GHz on my router and the router admin page doesn't work (because I apparently haven't paid for my internet).

  • GerardStryker Gerard Stryker (@GerardStryker) reported

@reddevil160 @TRealSlimJadey @Hyperoptic Absolute shambles. Should be ashamed of themselves. This has happened countless number of times now yet still no help or support.

  • F1Danii Danielle (@F1Danii) reported

Look forward to the day my Twitter won’t solely be dedicated to trying to get hyperoptic to fix my wifi. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Not sure that day is going to come anytime soon. I should have stuck with @TalkTalk at least they could maintain a quality service.

  • MoflasB MOFLAS BEATS (@MoflasB) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic been trying to Contact you by email, calls, live support and no answer for 4 days, I have been almost 4 days with no wifi and i still couldnt reach you for a solution, I also tried DMing you on Twitter and nothing... this service is horrible

  • Jacquel60977861 Jacqueline Ho (@Jacquel60977861) reported

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic For everyone's benefit, I begged every person I spoke to on the phone to express my frustration and to speak to a customer relations person. I eventually gave up and cancelled the contract. What is the point in you reaching out now
