    @real_amos @GuthixMoney This is the thing, they all appear to be amazing for the first year or two then they go to **** ๐Ÿ˜ญ this is what happened to me with Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Are there any outage issues? Iโ€™m in RM16 and none of my devices can connect to the internet - but my box has all its lights on!

    Good god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles

    @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.

    @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldnโ€™t make it up.

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!๐Ÿ˜ก 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!
