@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic requested an engineer last Friday at 11.44am. Now on Thursday & still no appointment booked, no internet & a customer service team who claim they can’t do anything about it. Clearly we don’t matter!

@TGrayWrites @Hyperoptic Very similar experience. Great service when it's working, but repairs etc. are ridiculously slow, spent most of a month without service while WFH last summer...

@Joses_World @virginmedia Hey there, Zen were the best, followed by Hyperoptic and the Plus net. BT and SKy were in the middle range and @virginmedia were voted the second worst.I can’t believe how much of my precious time I have wasted dealing with them and still no result. Liars, idiots and thieves .

Reading moving in guide for my new place: “All homes in East Village have free 30Mbps broadband provided by Hyperoptic, for £10 per month, Hyperoptic can provide 150Mbps service and for £20 per month a 1000Mbps service.“ £20 for a gigabit? Don’t mind if I do 😎
