    @joccay @UrmstonDeb Ours has been off and on all night. At one point I did a speed test and I was connected to Hyperoptic getting 70mbps, then nothing. Seems intermittent rather than just broken. Hope it's working tomorrow or I'm in trouble ...

    @Hyperoptic Really should be! I moved from sky because it was slow. You may be fast but you keep going down. No internet again today and no one to talk to either! I need to work and so do others in my building!!!

    @HyperopticCS Just received a total nonsense Dm. All I need is a replacement box or an engineer visit & can’t understand why a decent company would take 5 days to arrange this. Your customer service & the actual service provide is truly awful and people should avoid @Hyperoptic at all costs

    @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic is a rubbish company unrecommended at all the worst service I waited for 3weeks for the service to start and they didn’t activate it as they caused damage in the window and drilled the wall and want to charge me for the return package,negative service.
