    Hey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.

    Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @_Shareen267 Hyperoptic, consistently fast and strong speed constantly, even when there is lots of devices on at once, been with them for 2 years now not a single complaint.
