    Not @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ignoring messages and calls because their service is going to **** and have zero planning abilities in getting it fixed. Madness. At least be honest with customers and set expectations.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS you’ve lost me as a client today. Unacceptable more than 24 hrs without service and support lines all shut down. No ETA, no response whatsoever for hours. As soon as live support is back, I’m cancelling my contract.
