    @HyperopticCS So not really got me covered... Can we get this sorted today? please can someone call or just cancel my contract - as landlord has indicated Hyperoptic wasn't installed here despite what you guys claim. Shocking customer service from you guys.

    Got notification today that @Hyperoptic will/should/might be installing full fibre broadband to my building next week! My days of suffering slow broadband may soon be over...might have to book some time off just to download things.

    @HyperopticCS I believe previous resident used an internal fibre converter. There's no Hyperoptic socket. Please help! Yesterday's customer service was poor.

    @HyperopticCS I've been a hyperoptic customer for 8 years now and now that i have to move, you want to charge me an activation fee + a more expensive deal for a slower package. Appalling service!

    called @Hyperoptic multiple times EVERYDAY for 2 WEEKS, every call had to wait for more than 30 mins. Calls and emails they only said "we get back to us" but never did.
