@VirginMediaCorp it took Virgin Media leas than 24 hours to disappoint me with the mediocre customer services. I have cancelled my order after less than 24 hours of placing it. Reason: unable to change date/address of delivery. @Hyperoptic did it for me 2 years ago hassle-free.

  • ImTomEddy Tom Eddy (@ImTomEddy) reported

My @Hyperoptic renewal felt like they were trying to pressure me into 500Mbps and 1Gbps packages when I wanted to downgrade to 150Mbps - left a very bad taste in my mouth 😔

@HyperopticCS Response from Hyperoptic: Fumigation means no re-cabling for 2 weeks. No date of fumigation given. No date for internet resumption. You expect your customers to go without internet while under contract for a month?! You couldn't replace then fumigate? @Ofcom Some help please?

  • D3dp0ny1 D3@dp0ny 🇺🇦 (@D3dp0ny1) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS absolute radio silence from your customer service teams today can't get any acknowledgements. There's a 4 week outage with minimal updates no end in sight and a discrepancy over compensation start dates can't make it up

@Chev1738 @Hyperoptic @Ofcom Please accept our apologies for the connection loss in your area, Chev. We cannot begin to think how much inconvenience has been caused by it. We'll have a team on-site 1st thing in the morning on Monday to attend to the fault and we won't stop until service has been reactivated.
