    @cxdi55 @skytv @SkyHelpTeam I have this same problem. Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

    @1Nicdar Like you, I don't qualify. I stopped buying dental insurance after I needed an implant that after insurance still cost 10k about 5 years ago. Never again. Same with vision care and I'm hyperoptic. This is the first year I let the health insurance lapse. I guess we shall see.

    @c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic If you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever…

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isn’t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told can’t do that and will be £260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!
