@Batteryhq @Hyperoptic Complete opposite experience. Placed order end of June. Have countless of emails, hours on chat and even an engineer ‘installing’, yet still no Wi-Fi. Their customer service team will notify the ‘advanced team’ every time. Not once have they contacted us to follow up the order.

@Hyperoptic worst customer service ever. 1h on phone to connect and nothing. Changed to chat, position 11, 45min wait, when reached position 2 a message appeared stating click to reconnect. It happened twice. Need my internet NOW.

@Hyperoptic offered me a plan making me switch from BT where I was getting 200mbps minimum and I’m now getting 14.4-16.5mbps when I was told I’d be getting 350-500mbps. I feel so scammed right now, was on hold for 45 minutes then they put the phone down.

Hyperopic is down. Circa 11pm. Appreciate the service but it would be nice if their Comms was better in moments like this. Even a template email would be better than having to trawl Twitter for answers #Hyperopticdown @Hyperoptic

@SwanHousing when will you start allowing @Hyperoptic to install into your properties in the e14 area. We struggling to work from home due to bad internet service. We have been told you don’t have funds to upgrade to fibre. @Hyperoptic the best thing local.

@GreatArtandDes1 @Hyperoptic Oh no! We are so sorry to learn that the issue appears to be ongoing! We checked, and it looks like our engineers are estimating that the connection will be restored by early afternoon! Thanks for hanging in there, we appreciate your patience and understanding!

@EE Just spoke to one your agents who advised that he couldn’t provide the signing up email because of the legwork. Thank GOD I’m not with EE. Poor bloke is being recharged 32 pounds for what hyperoptic is providing at twice the speed for £20. The worst thing is customer service
