    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic 30–45 mins on hold without connecting, emails ignored, tickets never closed. Customer service is non-existent. Yet auto-billing works flawlessly—even after disconnection. How do you justify running a business like this? Your business need some human in loop to survive

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats
