@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

@Hyperoptic How is it possible that I live literally 1 mile away from ur headquarters and my Internet needs to have an outage everyday! Shocking services! It's been 7 days since ur service in white city area is down!

  • stuarthazeldine Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported

@TheLionXB1 @Hyperoptic 3000 customers are down in NW & W London. A ‘Zayo link’ is down. A main Internet fibre highway, apparently, but one just used by Hyperoptic customers it seems. No idea when they’ll fix it.

@Hyperoptic Here’s a simple but firm X post you can use: @Hyperoptic broadband down since this morning. no update. No reply to email or chat, and your phone lines. This is unacceptable for a service I rely on for work. I need an urgent update, fix and info on compensation.

  • stuarthazeldine Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported

@jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yup. Tech support just told me ‘a specialist will attend the site at 6pm’. I had to call and push them to tell me that.

  • stuarthazeldine Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported

@Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

  • jamesjnicholls James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported

@stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic 6pm! That's outrageous for an issue that has been going on since this morning

  • tpilla Tom Pilla (@tpilla) reported

@CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (I’m in queen’s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.
