@Hyperoptic Once again no estimated time scales for the issue to be resolved. As polite and understanding as the service agents are, it is incredibly frustrating to be left with no Wifi for over 8 days now with no timeframe as to when it will be available...

@louioo going round in circles talking to customer support about getting @Hyperoptic installed in our block of flats. Been given the runaround for the last 3 months being told installation is "90% complete, within the month" any help appreciated!

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS it would be very nice to email when service is down. Also when you drop the speed in half even though we pay 1gb and get 250mb. You were better a few years ago, now it is the same as the other companies…really bad, unfortunately.

BREAKING: Massive internet outage affecting many online services. I have no IP Phone service via Hyperoptic and Google is behaving oddly re sign in security looping. Issue confirmed as massive and global by Hyperoptic.
