  Just spoke to @Hyperoptic Apparently it’s their biggest outage and a major priority but they have no time frame 👍 also the staff said their service tracker is actually fake that’s why it constantly says no issues

  @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

  @TheLionXB1 @stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic They never contact you. And when they say they’re visiting they don’t do that either. Caught them out last time when they said that. Turned out they never bothered to attend just gave the impression to show they’re ’working on it’.

  @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

  @Hyperoptic Your internet are got really bad since Nov in some parts of London, like from 500mbps+ to 2mbps. Should you have a chance to investigate the infrastructure?

  @theashrb Unfortunately I can't get Hyperoptic in my area, but I do pay £33 a month for 900mb down and like 100mb upload with EE. Still cheaper than Starlink. Not trying to knock the service because I have friends in rural areas who use it however it definitely isn't cheaper

  @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

  @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a “maintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😡😡😡😡

  @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic I guess they’ll claim this is the 0.1%, but in 14 yrs of using TalkTalk copper wire broadband I never had an outage this long.
