I want this sorted PS UK!

The reason I ask is, I can’t even login to the network via my pc or phone but when I activate 5G and turn off wifi, I can login to PSN via my phone so got a feeling it’s something to do with Hyperoptic

Emrah #Trabzonspor (@Piskopat54Yazar) reported@firaskamal The guy told me from hyperoptic, check down detector there are thousand of people in the same boat not just hyperoptic all the other providers as well. But what I don't understand is I can't log in to fut 22 companion app and some other apps when I am connected to wi-fi at home.

James Holyoake (@JamesHVoices) reported@HyperopticCS @ChppIl While I'm sure you have to say this, it's unfortunately highly likely that the problem is with @Hyperoptic. Most people have attempted tethering with phones and it works fine. Perhaps a little more investigation is needed your end.
