    @ells_afc @Hyperoptic Unfortunately Ells, when it comes to a broadband service it was no real service level agreement which is why you've been without a network for 48 hours.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
