    @StevenMcinerney @Hyperoptic Are you on 2.4 or 5 GHz network? Maybe you’re on 5 GHz and the laptop antenna doesn’t recognize the band, I’m not sure if the 2014 MacBooks have 5GHz connectivity, but the original PS4 doesn’t for example, and they both released in similar times, worth checking out, cheers

    @DanBalitewicz @ilyabu @DaveMichels I think it is more about revenue maximisation than usage. The costs for the service providers are nearly identical for 500mb or 1gb. Hyperoptic sells 500mb for £33 for 1gb for £39 - just trying to tempt you to spend that little bit more (whether or not you really need it).

    @RSPshout @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I am indeed in SE16. And as you say, it happens exactly at 20:30... they explain it is an outage but the coincidence is just too odd now... this is very dishonest and having service for not even half the time we pay it for is just not what I am expecting... again... appalling.

    @Hyperoptic we have been experiencing an outage since Friday and no change whatsoever due to access to the building... what is the status for today? How soon will this be resolved? We need wifi to work remotely !!

    @rudybonnier @HyperopticCS Same here - are you SE16? It's happening at 20:30 everyday, exactly at 20:30. They're doing something with the service clearly from 20:30 onwards this week, that's meaning they need to take the service offline and not being honest about it. #hyperoptic @Hyperoptic

    @virginmedia I have received a bill for £214.20 and it has gone up to £277 today. Since 11/2/21 I haven’t been provided a service from virgin because my phone line was transferred to hyperoptic. When I mentioned this virgin asked me to pay £140 to deactivate the account.

    Don't choose @Hyperoptic if you need a dependable service. For 2nd month in a row, I have maintenance resulting in loss of connectivity for 3 hours during the day. @HyperopticCS don't even refund their users for the inconvenience. They may be fast but unreliable. Not impressed.

    Played my first game of Fifa on the new business internet last night (against Itani on his hyperoptic) And when I pressed pass... THEY PASSED!!! 🤯🤯🤯 I conceded a stupid rebound goal because it’s still Fifa, but it honestly felt like I was playing a completely different game

    @rudybonnier @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I've had 30 minute call with them. They're sending engineers out again tomorrow morning should be here 8am. There is an ongoing problem with our fuse cupboard in our building. 26 customers are affected. I've requested compensation which they're declining as not a consecutive 48
