    Hey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.

    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

    @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.

    @TomThornhill_2 @Hyperoptic On our street Hyperoptic seems to be working for some houses but down for others, so guess it’s quite random

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?
