    @Hyperoptic awful service, got the installation 2 days ago and still no internet they don’t have no answer and expect us to wait without internet they take hours to pick up regret joining them

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic your 12 hour SLA has been violated multiple times with delays over days. The best you've done so far is a single reply to multiple emails over the course of days. And even that one took 2 days, 16 hours, 42 minutes. Why are you so bad at this?

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    My @Hyperoptic has been dropping as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks. Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Pathetic display, guys.
