    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay ยฃ136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    I've said this multiple times, but hear me people. @Hyperoptic is not only the worst internet company in the world, they are the worst company in the world, full stop!! We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

    @Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.

    @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldnโ€™t make it up.
