@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS are the biggest pile of shite. Wifi is unbelievably slow despite paying a fortune for a decent package (500mb). WiFi has stopped working so they disable online chat and no one is answering calls. Absolute joke of a company.

@Hyperoptic Shame that hyperoptic was installed yesterday and already doesnt work., meaning i cant squad up. Humph!! Go fast more like go slow

@ancr_cotswold @Hyperoptic @ChooseUK Just saw this now due to a new reply. Personally, I believe that if you can't afford to get a whole device to provide an LTE Backup like I have, it's no excuse you had to miss an online meeting due to the wifi being down when mobile data is mainstream nowadays.

@lvalenciarivera @Hyperoptic We are terribly sorry for any trouble caused by this downtime and we can assure you that our business partners are working hard on finding a fix for the issue, so we can restore the connection on our end. We know how frustrating it must be, and thank you for holding on!

If @Hyperoptic could get on with fixing the issues some time today, that would be good!

  • Valanakin Vale Camma (@Valanakin) reported

Dear @Hyperoptic may you please explain why, since the first time we called you to install socket and router in our apartment on the 15th of October, there has been zero help on your side? We work from home and you have given us an appointment for 10 Nov. This is unacceptable.

  • Expat_cabreado Jaime (@Expat_cabreado) reported

@Hyperoptic how much can it take to fix a new connection? I want to 'go live' and I am 'dying waiting for you', is this your Halloween gift?
