Each time your engineers just come for five minutes, don't do anything and without saying what's wrong just leave and your customer support can't tell me what's wrong. Embarrassing honestly.

Thankfully, Hyperoptic installed in my postcode and have been using them for for free (first 12months contract deal) and will start paying for it when the Sky contract terminates. Cant wait to send that final call/email to tell them to **** off forever

George Pericleous (@GeorgiePeri) reported@Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!
