He told us to wait 2 hours and get update via customer service. Contacted CS after 2 hours via chat and i get disconnected all the time from.

Hyperoptic employee said it’s definitely live. I explained I’ve been waiting for two weeks to get broadband installed and it’s due to be installed by Openreach…

Been with numerous internet providers in the bast and never has my internet been down this long without any sort of explanation. I advice anyone els dealing with these problems to cancel aswel

Ian Patterson (@ianpatterson99) reported… one of the worst aspects of BT was the extended process to signup or switch, even if you have all the physical connection and gear. If all you need is a standard (ish) modem and router, then there’s no reason it should take more than a phone call to activate, like Hyperoptic.
