    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @C9EmZ @virginmedia Quicker you move away from them the better, utterly useless overpriced scumbags, had nothing but issues with them for years then @Hyperoptic popped in my area after a few years of waiting and not looked back, cheaper, better quality and i sit on 5 ping (but im next to the hub)

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable
