    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service

    Hey @Hyperoptic I think your network has just died - I live in a complex with exclusively hyperoptic and all networks apart from a sky connection have died

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    @virginmedia broadband down again, third time in a month 🥵 Speeds are up but reliability down on this premium service, both apparently coincident with the arrival of a new router. Out of contract, considering #Hyperoptic now.

    Received the most disgusting “service” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.
