    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (currently position number 12 in queue though🤪)

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    If you are ever considering @Hyperoptic as your ISP, reconsider immediately. I signed up a month ago, my line drops 3-4 times a week and I have collectively spent 5-10 hours trying to connect and troubleshoot with their support team. Status today: no internet again.

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
