@Hyperoptic Getting you on the phone is impossible, waiting times are crazy. The same with chat. Also, why can't I install my service and why do you say you don't have installers available in West London? How can I be confident in choosing your service if you are unreachable?

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS terrible service!! Have had no internet now for over a week! Complained over the phone everyday plus on chat and am told there is no manager for it to be escalated to. How can you treat customers in this manner?! #terriblecompany

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS - You are aware of the outage at One Eighty Stratford, but it's been close to 16 hours. When will you have us back online?

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic your customer care services are too poor. Been trying to talk to your customer care representatives for 3 days now and all efforts have been a waste. Tiring tbh!

Hyperoptic CEO Dana Tobak criticises moves by rivals to raise prices mid contract. Says it puts customer trust at risk and hurts the industry. “People should not be surprised to see 10% tariff increases”. #ConnectedBritain

Day 44 since my instillation and still no internet. Starting to think @Hyperoptic’s technical support team won’t ever activate my account. @HyperopticCS it was only after my call today that I was offered any sort of escalation to a complaint department. Travesty.

@Hyperoptic any idea why my internet is down? you're (as usual) not answering the phone (been in the queue for nearly 30 minutes now) or your chats.

Wholesale - BDUK contracts mandate this Vouchers programme is more retail-focused. Gigaclear guy likes it a lot, as it’s customer oriented Hyperoptic - “it’s not a silver bullet”. Issue is that the 4-5 major retailers are not a fan of *buying* it (ie BT, Sky, TalkTalk, VM, VF)
