@iam_MaryMiller @Hyperoptic We truly apologise for the delay in our reply, Mary, and we have now replied to your message as we would need a few details to access the account and investigate what happened with the router delivery and help more, so please check it out when you get the chance!

@Hyperoptic ❎ Ensuring that water supplies to homes where new street cabling is being installed isn't damaged. You've received my formal complaint by email and you've got a contact number for me there. The work being undertaken is disruptive enough without damaging our plumbing!

@VUsheruk @Hyperoptic We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this downtime, and our teams have confirmed that it affected multiple areas all at once, but they managed to resolve the issue, and restore the service to everyone who was affected. We hope yours is fine too!

I been calling @hyperoptic almost daily to get my service activated and yet again I have been given a 24 hours timeline to get an update. Worst call yet as they asking me to confirm the MAC address of the modem of which I have already send them a picture.

@Hyperoptic if you rely on word of mouth, how come your 1st customer of a 4 block development has had no internet for a week after installation still? No updates unless I call and I’m always told it’s being worked on. Thanks for a week of stress 👍

@Hyperoptic can you explain why your customer service on a Friday and weekend is so diabolical? Waiting 40 minutes on webchat to speak to someone and still on hold on the phone waiting to speak to someone for nearly an hour now. Absolute joke!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I’ve been trying to raise a complaint since end of August. Your support system appears broken entirely. Please could you assist?
