    @stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic I’ll also be reporting them to Ofcom if they don’t update this statement on their site: Reliability: Full fibre is the UK’s most reliable broadband tech, giving you a 99.9% reliable network you can count on. This is a blatant lie and false advertising.

    @TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service

    @Hyperoptic You guys are the most unprofessional, unseasoned and terrible internet company I have come across. I terminated my account as I was moving home and you guys still have the effontry to be billing me and asking me for payment. ARE YOU MAD?

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
