The_Asthmatic_Strong_Man (@Shawlands_Lee) reported@bt_uk Yes, reported by multiple households. There is currently a @HyperopticCS van in the lane waiting for an @OpenreachHelp engineer. I did tell the engineers from Hyperoptic of the issue when they were running the new cables, but they just said phone BT, and left shortly after!

Albareids (@albareids) reported@GNetworkComms You left the service down for almost 24h last Saturday and today I am experiencing the same issue: suddenly no internet connection in the morning and the technical and support teams are off during the weekend. This is just unprofessional, I am going to switch to Hyperoptic soon.
