When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

Caught them out last time when they said that. Turned out they never bothered to attend just gave the impression to show they’re ’working on it’.

Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?
