@Hyperoptic my internet has been down since 4pm yesterday. Any idea when it will be back. I work from home so it’s kind of essential. L2 postcode.

  • bhallums2 Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported

@Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic (I would say, when it works it's great and really fast - it's just such a bloody shame that their CS is such an awful experience).

  • jasoncartwright Jason Cartwright (@jasoncartwright) reported

@argen I'd never heard of them until a letter through the door. Got excited, then nothing. Weirdly Hyperoptic also suggest service (and have fibre up the pole metres from my house) then haven't done anything either. They are all feeling out markets with disingenuous promises?

  • UKbuilder8 Don🏘️ (@UKbuilder8) reported

@newsontheblock @Hyperoptic @ResiRichard Let's talk about corruption in property management and service charge accounts frauds...! It can be up to 60% service accounts costs build with fake/ invalid invoices and utter negligence of managing agents. We have system to tackle this, will government will listen??

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.

  • ughmendussy ughmendussy (@ughmendussy) reported

@HyperopticCS hi I’ve been calling custom service for ages. I set up a new contract in an apartment that already has hyperoptic but I was given no network name or password. I found the SSID on a booklet and that’s all I have

  • GBod2 GBod 🌈🇮🇪🤓 (@GBod2) reported

@Hyperoptic long queues on the phone/chat. Service down in our area (SM1). Have a job interview on Teams later, any advice on the issue?

  • bhallums2 Bertie Hallums (@bhallums2) reported

@ashic @Hyperoptic At least it works for you, just wait until it doesn't. Response times, fix times and customer support all non-existent. Customer service is limited to sending memes.
