    @sendhelpformom @Hyperoptic Exactly the same. Day 6 for myself. Monday send me an update saying they have no update on it. Nothing since. Worst decision of a provider made

    @XmasRights @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic is the supreme customer service example. Had them for 4 years at my old place, price only ever came down, while keeping the same speed and great service. All the other providers (broadband and cell) operate a bait and switch model, and good luck if anything goes wrong

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic your customer care services are too poor. Been trying to talk to your customer care representatives for 3 days now and all efforts have been a waste. Tiring tbh!
