    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?

    @Hyperoptic Your internet are got really bad since Nov in some parts of London, like from 500mbps+ to 2mbps. Should you have a chance to investigate the infrastructure?

    @virginmedia I had raised request via your agent to switch effective 2-March from HyperOptic to VirginMedia UK. I had asked him to cancel on 6th Feb but not received any confirmation till now.

    @Hyperoptic I've pay for 1GB internet but the speed is around 2MB! There's no customer support on technical issues. Many people with similar issues. Almost feels like a scam!
