    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

    @TomStokesFC I found Virgin to be horrible Stokes and overpriced I had to switch I highly recommend Hyperoptic if they do your area much faster upload speeds, cheaper and overall better service

    @virginmedia I had raised request via your agent to switch effective 2-March from HyperOptic to VirginMedia UK. I had asked him to cancel on 6th Feb but not received any confirmation till now.

    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.
