    @Hyperoptic internet's been out since early Friday morning. Something that should've been fixed in a few hours is still down, with no real updates so far!!!! no one answering calls, are you even trying? the worst providers, ever!!!!!

    @Hyperoptic Sorry, just spoke to Davis and he was useless. Still not resolved my problem and will not send an engineer out to diagnose a reoccurring problem. 0/10 Ps folk. Do not, I mean never use Hyperoptic because if you have problems they don't care. Currently looking for a new supplier

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant
