Hi @Hyperoptic, very prescient of you to send me a letter today saying you're coming to SW16. Because @virginmedia just went down again. If you can provide a more reliable service (and two tin cans and a piece of string would probably manage that right now) I'm totally in!

@PositiveLad @Hyperoptic @virginmedia And when I do speak to someone I get the same script, the same assumption it's a problem with my setup, which always proves never to be the case. (FFS I used to work in support. Do they think it never occurred to turn it off and on again?)

@HyperopticCS Would not recommend Hyperoptic. Where there are problems, trying to find out when the Internet will work again is a nightmare. Age on phone holding and cannot offer timeframes when it will be repaired
