**** Johnson (@iamdickjohnson) reported@Hyperoptic Instead of virtue signalling how about you fix the internet connection that hasn't worked for five days now, this is day six. Support on the website is useless with no updates.

Dan Brack (@Dan25932780) reported@Hyperoptic We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend now

Ballsy (@Ballsy___) reportedDay 47 trying to get @Hyperoptic service. Engineers have fixed everything, all the relevant lights are lit up and told I can activate. Ring to activate, get told there is a company wide issue and I can’t be activated yet. The stress and daily time I waste on this is draining.

Amy (@Miz_Amy_) reportedHyperoptic and the London fire service need to be visited. How are these two organizations that should at first glance have more make workers, having positive pay gaps? I'm really curious now.
-
HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported@Dan25932780 @Hyperoptic Oh, we're sorry to hear this, Dan. Please note that the Early termination fee is always mentioned when signing up for our service, renewing the package, and it's in our terms and conditions as well. We try to be completely transparent and we're sorry this made you part with us...

Maureen (@Maureen57493621) reportedI am contacting you as a last resort. Moved into a new build, told your company, Hyperoptic would be able to have my broadband up and running in minutes…. That was on February 25th. It didn’t work, there was a problem. I still am waiting- HELP!!!

Poochie.. (@Jazmine__x) reported@sheenkelly @bobbyleeswagga @Hyperoptic They were crap in my area, I literally had to change after a month, my sons game lagged so much I couldn't take the noise.
-
Dougie Shirlaw ★ (@dshirlaw) reported@fitbatweets Why are you ditching Sky? It’s just a white labelled BT service. Is your area not Hyperoptic capable?
-
B Righteous (@BeeeRighteous) reported@HyperopticCS @Thisanambragirl @Hyperoptic of which you have none or I wouldn't have to contact support dozen times
-
Honey Badger (@HoneeyBadg3r) reported@Hyperoptic I’m waiting for your service like for a Christmas. But still nothing. I have to use useless TalkTalk with 20mbit broadband. Make my neighbourhood happy and connect us to hyperoptic
