Imaan Ahmed (@Imaan_Ahmed) reported@Hyperoptic have the worst customer service team - they make you wait hours on the call then ignore your query & request to speak to managers / callbacks & hang up on you & the same people handle the support inbox so you can’t actually issue a legit complaint #hyperoptic

sad jester (@noopdles) reported@GeneticGenesis @Hyperoptic I know, I bet they're just overprovisioning the network and overselling. If you look at reddit there's plenty of recent posts with the same **** download speed issue.
-
SanchoMagnifico (@SanchoMagnifico) reported@stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic I’ll also be reporting them to Ofcom if they don’t update this statement on their site: Reliability: Full fibre is the UK’s most reliable broadband tech, giving you a 99.9% reliable network you can count on. This is a blatant lie and false advertising.

Saika (@Saiccc2) reported@Hyperoptic Your internet are got really bad since Nov in some parts of London, like from 500mbps+ to 2mbps. Should you have a chance to investigate the infrastructure?
-
James Nicholls (@jamesjnicholls) reported@SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
-
faceforadio (@faceforadio1) reported@Hyperoptic The service has been down all afternoon. I switched because I thought Hyperoptic were reliable...the most important day in months tomorrow and no internet!! What is happening that can't be repaired in 6 hours?
-
Tony Costanza (@BarryDavid69562) reported@Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable

Chad West (@ChadWestTweets) reportedJust had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid
-
Mark Hills (@markhills205) reported@Hyperoptic Extremely poor installation & repair service. Cable left unsecured → chewed through. Engineer “fixed” with tape, then a junction box that fell off the wall. Business disrupted, extra costs for mobile data. Why should I stay? Compensation? #HyperopticFail
