    @Hyperoptic Hi, hyperoptic internet is down again in the N7 area. This is the 4th time in 6 weeks. Can I please get an update on what the problem is and when this will be resolved? These outages seem to be occurring on a weekly basis

    @ananthjk @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCEO Hi, our Customer Care team provided all info they had at that moment, and we can see that our System Support team is involved and working on this case as well. Sorry for the delay, but we're sure that this will be resolved soon.

    @Hyperoptic so disappointed with this company. Huge lack of information between Engeneer and the customer service. I was told that my apartment is unserviceable while the whole building has Hyperoptic.

    I am extremely frustrated that I have been without an internet connection for nine days and have called Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic twice already, yet the problem remains unsolved! I am now switching to Virgin Media @virginmedia , I cannot tolerate this level of inefficiency anymore.

    @freetoswitch Will you be campaigning to end your early termination charges too? Particularly where you're unable to service a customer in their new home due to the lack of @Hyperoptic infrastructure in that area..

    @Hyperoptic internet in our area (CM8) is still down for 2 days now. Their reasoning: "we are still ttying to access the premise" is getting ridiculous now! How can you not "get access to the premise" for 2 days??!!! Its affecting is a LOT!
