    @Hyperoptic “keeping your network super fast” should not be done at our expense . For the gazilionth time you do maintenance and shutting down of services ( 2 hours this time ) during working hours . “Informed you so you can find alternatives” is not acceptable

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @Hyperoptic I and others in my estate have lost service but the service checker on your website disagrees. None of your phone numbers work and the chat bot won’t deal with technical issues - please can you help??

    @Hyperoptic - broadband down for over 30 minutes and your customer care unreachable. Downdetector also showing multiple reports, is there an known outage?

    @Hyperoptic our Internet is down in our apartments block. Can’t get anywhere with sorting it. Have tried the troubleshooting on your website. Hasn’t worked. Been down for half hr so far.
