@HyperopticCS Hyperoptic also has fake reviews like this one just to manipulate people into signing up with them. But once you're signed up they will treat you very poorly because all they care about is money

@InThisDancerie I use Hyperoptic and they're in your price bracket. I've been with them since December last year, got a pretty sweet deal of the first couple of months free, and the service has been reliable with only one brief outage that I can recall.

@HyperopticCS Don't trust hyperoptic, they will mess up your service then not resolve it and avoid contact with you, they will send automated responses but will never deal with the issue, I've been a customer for a while and been treated really poorly by them, they have no shame at all

@HyperopticCS I’m also disappointed to be told I’m not eligible for automatic compensation as this was reported via Twitter DMs (linked to my Hyperoptic account) for an area wide issue. This means that most affected people will not be compensated if they reach out via Twitter.

@ixdStudio @Hyperoptic The whole point of NPS is that people gauge their responses truthfully per their 1-10 rating, with the “meaning” of that rating interpreted later. If I gave you 2 options to pick from and one was red, one green, it’s implied that green is correct. However - also, yes, NPS is crap

If anyone changing broadband service just a heads up. @Hyperoptic offer fantastic speeds but the customer service is the worst you will ever experience. As long as no issues guaranteed would recommend, as soon as you have an issue good luck.
