Thanks for a terrible experience, @Hyperoptic! 1) Got notified our building was connected 2) Booked a pre-install, he didn't show up 3) Couldn't book an install because of an error 4) Opened a ticket, took weeks to resolve 5) My order was cancelled, "building not connected".

@Hyperoptic my Wifi is not working. I am told by customer care that cable connecting my flat and cabinet is broken and would need to either be replaced or repaired - to be done by engineer on 3rd May. I can’t wait for that long as my work will suffer. Can you pls prioritise this?

  • vsriv1 Vivek (@vsriv1) reported

@HyperopticCS Hi, Can you please help to expedite my connection issue. Its around 2 months I'm chasing everyone. Raised with "Customer Relations Specialist" but that team is also of no use. Please help. @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I hope by "specialist" you mean the people who would do the real on-ground work (Not the customer services team)

  • tomre44 Tom (@tomre44) reported

@SkyUK No problem in increasing my bill 3 times in a year, but unable to provide a service (subpar to other providers by the way … 60mb? hyperoptic gave us 1.5gb for £20 more) that works reliably. Switching providers tomorrow, enough of your shite.

  • vsriv1 Vivek (@vsriv1) reported

@HyperopticCS @HyperopticCS In waited whole day but no timeline has been shared yet to fix the issue. Can you please check with customer service team and confirm timeline. It's 2 months now waiting to get issue fixed. @Hyperoptic 😠

@ryan54752513 @shanethegooner Meanwhile I just got an offer to renew my Hyperoptic 1Gbit up/down for £5 cheaper than I paid last year (£45/m for gbit + static IP) :)

  • ridikewl Jacob I Modayil (@ridikewl) reported

@Hyperoptic Well my internet is crap Can you fix the connection issues first?

  • nabalfour neil balfour (@nabalfour) reported

@Hyperoptic they are happy to take your money and provide a second rate service. I now wish that I did not renew my contract with Hyperoptic a sham of an organisation. My advise is do not register with them or open an account. @BritishTelecom where are you?
