No one turned up . Messaged the engineer who confirmed appointment. He does not seem to remember and asked for address. After providing address still waiting for a response. PM to Hyperoptic support on twitter multiple times , no response. Is this how the service should be run?

@jemmaphysics @Hyperoptic One month?! 😱 We're 10 days into waiting for our '15 minutes to set up' hyperoptic Internet in our new house and the customer service has been shocking We've given up and gone with EE!

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic Replied again. Please please please help. It's very urgent. Need installation today itself. @HyperopticCS

@HannahAlOthman Depends on what kind of connection (e.g. is it BT "full fibre"?). Virgin can oversubscribe leading to slower speeds at peak times (but can be a problem with anyone). If BT are offering ~60 Mbps or less try Virgin? In Manc worth check for local fibre first (e.g. hyperoptic, brsk)

@Hyperoptic struggling to get service up an running since beginning of the month. It did work for a few days but then came to a halt a week ago. Called support services multiple times. Promised an appointment for today at 10 am by their engineer. Arranged to be at home for this

  • samuelfurniss Sam Furniss (@samuelfurniss) reported

@Hyperoptic can we get an actual update of what is happening with the service in SM4? Been out since Sunday morning!

  • CHAYHO1 CHAYHO Christina Hughes-Onslow (@CHAYHO1) reported

@HyperopticCS Once again my call has elicited no satisfaction other than a vague promise to contact me 'when the issue is resolved'. @hyperoptic could learn some lessons from @zeninternet customer service. April to November is not satisfactory

@Hyperoptic Internet been down in Rochester riverside Kent now since midnight last night. No updates? I work from home.. day lost already

  • jemmaphysics Jemma (@jemmaphysics) reported

@Hyperoptic absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. We are one month in our new house and still no internet. They sent an engineer who didn't know what was wrong and then we've had zero updates for two weeks. Appalling customer service. Avoid!
