    @Hyperoptic Exactly. My hyperoptic broadband has become substandard since 04/01/22. 58.75 mbps download and 139mbps upload vs the 500mbps paid for and previous. Location N1. Causing me hassle. Please help.

    @Hyperoptic Just been told by I have a fault in a cable and you can fix it in 7 days. Doesn’t sound reliable and hyperfast to me. Meanwhile we can’t do our job for the next week but am expected to pay you £50 a month!

    @arscott69 @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Hi as I have said you should be careful and check the terms as you may get free broadband or you may pay. I suspect in the future this will be a viable option. Hyperoptic don't use BT Openreach as they have their own network.

    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS it would be very nice to email when service is down. Also when you drop the speed in half even though we pay 1gb and get 250mb. You were better a few years ago, now it is the same as the other companies…really bad, unfortunately.
