@Hyperoptic Exactly. My hyperoptic broadband has become substandard since 04/01/22. 58.75 mbps download and 139mbps upload vs the 500mbps paid for and previous. Location N1. Causing me hassle. Please help.

Do you know how stupid it is that a whole server is down in London and @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS cannot let their customers know as they “can’t be sure if it’s affected every customer or some”?!?! How about you send out some kind of info out just so everyone is aware?!?!

@Ricker666 That UL is impressive. That seems to be what lets everyone down — I think Hyperoptic does synchronous gigabit down south, but I might be remembering wrong. I now get a paltry 50-ish
