Got notification today that @Hyperoptic will/should/might be installing full fibre broadband to my building next week! My days of suffering slow broadband may soon be over...might have to book some time off just to download things.

  • AndrewJShirley Andrew (@AndrewJShirley) reported

@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

@GeeMcWhizz @ron_mould @StFilansDream Of course. You highlighted another area that makes it even more unfair is that it seems only BT gets tax payers cash, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear, VM etc as they don't have nationwide coverage don't get bungs. BT inherited their network from the GPO. Tebbit has a lot to answer for.

@Hyperoptic got a complete outage in the South East London area! Any information as to why? Thanks!!!

  • philwelsch Phil Welsch (@philwelsch) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Great job managing to get an outage in Leamington right before the weekend and then not bothering to fix it, because according to customer service you can’t send engineers on the weekend (I guess being on-call doesnt exist?)

  • Nick_Q22 Nick Quinn (@Nick_Q22) reported

I think I honestly may have had the worst customer service experience with @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic 👀👀👀
