    @rayaleksandr @Hyperoptic Planned outage you were warned about? If not, do contact them, Ray. My service somehow managed to turn itself off recently. I phoned them and they restored it in minutes.

    @Hyperoptic Yet a loyal customer for many years has their price increased every year and you refuse to match new joiner prices. Great customer service that!

    @sunraios @HyperopticCS Outages are always inconvenient. Especially with the amount of stuff we do online these days. Practically everything! I've been with HyperOptic for 2 years and this is only the second outage I have had. From what I hear about Virgin Media, outages are a weekly occurrence.
