@Hyperoptic your wifi sucks ! There is nothing fibre or hyper in your wifi! Takes ages to load a social media page or profile! It’s been weeks. Disgusting and lier company! What’s the point? Terrible service! Waste of time and money! Bastards !!!!!!

@GNetworkComms why is your ad speed 600mbps when you can only get 300mbps on WIFI, while @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS advertise is 500mbps and you actually get 500 WIFI Isn’t this missleading the customer ??

Finally had the fibre connected to my new house, just need @Hyperoptic customer service to enable the line. modem is showing link up so hopefully wont be long!!

@MartinSLewis Been a customer of Hyperoptic for nearly 4 years, and have just now been put on a Fair Fibre Plan of 150mb, for people on low income/benefits. This means forever.
