    @Hyperoptic - The UKs worst service. Don't subscribe unless you can afford to wait a month for installation as their engineers cancel last minute and customer service offers nothing other than waiting another week.

    @adambutler65 Yeah, I'm sure any fibre network is likely to be decent. It's only HyperOptic in this area right now. I had community fibre before and they were excellent.

    @babsc94 I use Hyperoptic. I get super fibre 20 quid pm. They've only had one outage in my 3 yrs and they were in contact to advise n update.

    @geordiegixxer BT, hyperoptic gig services are all gig up and down. 50 feels a bit crap for a 1000 down in this day and age.

    @Hyperoptic quick idea: help your customers to renew with the same price, jumping 20£ a month and sending an email saying you can cancel and open a new account, I DONT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT, just leave it at the price I pay for the past 6 years. this renewal experience needs REDO.

    @Hyperoptic is the worst service I have ever received. I was told my first bill when I changed would be £35 but was charged £58, I was told to just cancel the direct debit and phone up and manually pay £35, but the direct debit was taken out of my account-

    @JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money.     @Hyperoptic Internet is down in M4 (Manchester) area your website says due to a power outage but it is up for some people in our building. Has the 3rd party involved updated you on estimated time of resolution

    @Hyperoptic Can you say why our business static IP address is in use by someone else and why your telephone helpdesk don't understand that sending a new router won't fix that? Any IT manager with remote-working staff may feel my pain over the past 10 days..
