    @Hyperoptic hi, support sent me an offer about a discount for a 12 month contract... I replied but seems I have been charged full price. How can I get this fixed (12m contract March->March)?

    @virginmedia There's one Virgin company going under at the moment, hopefully this one will go down too with them when alternatives start to appear in wider areas such as @Hyperoptic and @CommunityFibre who all provide a far better service for less money, fancy that!
