@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic you know what isn't easy? Speaking to your customer service team. Your engineers visited my site at 8am this morning. My internet stopped working at 11. Your engineers were still on site when I first contacted your customer support. To be told that i have to wait 8d.

@Hyperoptic Internet down in SE London, it has been 3 hours now, can we have an update?

  • brudermike Mikeybob (@brudermike) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

God help anyone who chooses you as their isp. I only hope this thread will be a warning to others. Avoid at all costs. These guys are chancers and you don’t want to have to deal with this bullshit. BEWARE - HYPEROPTIC IS A LOST CAUSE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.

@kieranmch @Hyperoptic Loved having hyperoptic. Only complaint is if you ever want to leave they bill very high cancellation fees, even if moving home,.

@Hyperoptic What is the point of this tweet? You are not expanding and you never come back to people subscribing. We will get to Mars before you reached decent coverage.

Hi @Hyperoptic usually you are fantastic at customer service; but I've been on hold for 52 minutes now and it was telling me where I was in the queue, but that seems to have stopped. Am I going to get through some time soon or am I just in limbo now? @HyperopticCS

  • kieranmch Kieran McHugh (@kieranmch) reported

I’ve had @Hyperoptic for 3 years now and I don’t think it’s ever gone down or had any sort of problem in that whole time. We need more competition & small full fibre providers.
