@thejsa_ I'm no expert in any of this by any means, but I'm with Hyperoptic and it's £19 a month and has never once in 10 months dropped or caused me issues!

@domineeektwitch If you can get Hyperoptic, go with them. I get 1GB down and 1GB up and it has never gone down for me (touchwood). I did have BT Infinity 300MB previously and the service was great, but they charge far too much.

@Angela82590371 @Hyperoptic Hi Angel! While we are very reluctant to issue any fees and we send out warnings before issuing any, once applied, certain fees indeed cannot be waived.

@Hyperoptic There's been an issue lately for a flat I am about to move into. This is the only flat out of 50 or so flats that is not serviced because of potential repair cost? There are 6 identical ground floor flats right next to each other who all have hyperoptic service-Why?

Day 41 trying to get my @Hyperoptic service live. I got up early today to call the call centre and requested to speak to people higher up and I’ve been informed that the issue is expected to be fixed this week, and my service should be live within 7 days. Fingers crossed!

@KFatima27 @Hyperoptic Hello! We're so sorry about the loss of service. We've located the issue and we're currently working on it. The issue turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated and the fiber issue that was found is currently being sorted. Hope to have you online soon!

1/2 Day 39 without any @Hyperoptic internet. Everyone I speak to claims they are waiting on a reply from the area delivery manager even though it’s been multiple weeks. Im constantly reminded that they are compensating me for this elongated problem as if it solves the issue

@Hyperoptic 392 days since an issue was first reported to you and still awaiting a resolution. Three times hyperoptic installers have tried to gain entry to the property we manage without authority to do so and then have been abusive towards the residents.

@Hyperoptic Suspicious emails on your network. You did a deal with @lb_southwark when Peter John was leader to install your cables on their property. Today I received a letter from the repairs man at housing office who kindly acknowledged receipt of a letter I sent to the elected TMO.
