Sumzy82 (@sumzy82) reported@Hyperoptic There has been no internet service since 1pm in Craven Park and no indication to when this will be fixed have not been able to do any work or use any services all day. I work from home and have no access to the network which is ridiculous!

Rameez Kaleem (@RameezKaleem) reported@Hyperoptic I've pay for 1GB internet but the speed is around 2MB! There's no customer support on technical issues. Many people with similar issues. Almost feels like a scam!

Edwin Bradford (@edwinbradford) reported@asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.

This is a blatant lie and false advertising.

What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful
