@Hyperoptic hi, support sent me an offer about a discount for a 12 month contract... I replied but seems I have been charged full price. How can I get this fixed (12m contract March->March)?

  • PanJamGames Jacqueline (@PanJamGames) reported

@no_name_964480 @virginmedia If its available in your area. Hyperoptic. They're the best Internet we've ever had. Both in service provided, and customer service. I seriously can't recommend them enough.

  • cherrie2502 A. Cherrie 🇺🇦 (@cherrie2502) reported

@Hyperoptic hi, are your phone lines down? I’m trying to activate my broadband and none of the numbers I’m using are connecting including 0333 332 1111. Help please!

@virginmedia absolute *****. upgraded to you from hyperoptic to get 1gb/a speeds from 500mb/s 2 weeks ago and it’s been down 4 days since i’ve joined.

  • BlitzerGirl BlitzerGirl (@BlitzerGirl) reported

@RealTigz Had the same issues with them and I had the 1gb package. Would randomly cut out a few times a day. Moved to @Hyperoptic 1gb package , great service but usually only available in newer builds, even get better ping than I did with Virgin.

Now on day 16 of no internet service whatsoever from @Hyperoptic & still haven’t got to the bottom of why my previous two tweets on this subject disappeared for @Twitter. Perhaps @HyperopticCEO may like to comment. #unhappycustomer

  • DJGaryBaldy DJGaryBaldy (@DJGaryBaldy) reported

@BrianGameyGamin @virginmedia I ditched them after 10 years of bad customer service I'm now with HyperOptic and I don't have anywhere near the outages I used to have. I've had 2 that I can think of in 16 months and one of them wasn't their fault.

@Hyperoptic hey I’ve been having issues with talk talk setting me up and am getting no where. I’ve already got a router and all the fibre stuff in my house. How soon could I go live if I purchase a fibre 500 package? 👀

@GNetworkComms @JGnetworkCEO Appalling service. 3 months on and still waiting for my correct contract (received 2 incorrect ones with higher rates than agreed). Still asking them every week since. INCOMPETENT. If you can, take @Hyperoptic instead
