    @Sophie__Hayes @Hyperoptic They really are ****, our area has been down 16 hours. Way too many drops lately. Thank god my contract ends in a couple of months

    Naively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money
