@HyperopticCS @IAmAGiantMonkey We’ve used our work holidays waiting around for Hyperoptic for there to be no resolution. I’m not letting this slip. I’ll be writing a very thorough complaint to you guys because this whole process has been a COMPLETE **** show. Are you guys running your company from a shed?!?!

@judgedvirus I've only been able to use Virgin since we moved in here in 2012 I'm out of contract with Virgin and they're currently asking £46 a month for Broadband Hyperoptic is faster and cheaper and i hope the service is better than the outages with Virgin Virgin pissed me off!!

@Hyperoptic our broadband went down over 48 hours ago. Your customer service has been of no help. Really enjoyed leaving Virgin Media for you but it seems your service is the same.

@virginmedia @richie_rich77 One of the reasons why I went with @Hyperoptic excellent service and customer care. See if its in your part of town. If Virgin are messing around cancel within the 14 day period.

@HyperopticCS @IAmAGiantMonkey He never told us there was any issues. Turns out I caught him driving back later on he didn’t knock on I chased him down to be told he’ll need to come back the next day. Maybe? I have no time slot and this is nothing official from Hyperoptic. Who am I letting in my house?!?!

  • MattarOfFact 🌖 Patrão ⛓️🕸️ (@MattarOfFact) reported

Avoid @Hyperoptic at all costs. Worst broadband I've ever had. @HyperopticCS I've been on hold for 20 minutes just trying to cancel this crap - can't even get that right.

  • TomPascoe_ Tom Pascoe (@TomPascoe_) reported

@Hyperoptic Unfortunately I can’t spend £500 on Black Friday because due to my landlord selling the property you’re charging me that much to terminate a service I can’t use. 💩

  • swagatsourav Swagat Sourav (@swagatsourav) reported

@virginmedia It’s not about being unhappy , it’s the manner in which the whole issue is being dealt past a week now. Looks like VM is more interested in closing tickets rather than putting permanent fixes. Can’t wait for provider’s like @Hyperoptic & @CommunityFibre in the area

Hyperoptic internet is so so ****...
