    @theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @Hyperoptic I raised issue of loss of service Friday last week in morning. Sunday still no resolution so raised complaint. Now it's still not fixed and no one is replying to me since Monday. Not one update. Stay away from this company you will pay and not get service for 5 day+
