@Hyperoptic I would label your customer service as useless but that seems an insult to useless people. 3 hours of holding and being hung up on

  • aonghusa87 Sean Magennis (@aonghusa87) reported

Why is @virginmedia so **** tho? @Hyperoptic on the same NTL infrastructure is wildly better for less money and they actually give you an upload speed!

  • SoundwaveXI Soundwave (@SoundwaveXI) reported

@iam_MaryMiller @Hyperoptic Their support centre is in Serbia?!

  • captainwonkish Wonkish (@captainwonkish) reported

@HyperopticCS @Xbox (Yes it's just the Xbox that has slow downloads, no this isn't a new issue, and "directly" means Hyperoptic Ethernet port -> Xbox, no router involved)

  • DrEllisCrawford Ellis Crawford (@DrEllisCrawford) reported

I'm off to Cambridge for work but our bathroom is still without water. @Hyperoptic and their contractor, Pioneer, seem more interested in arguing over whose fault it is, and that I refer to that correctly, rather than fixing the issue. Having to arrange all call outs myself.

  • baker_kaja Kaja Gjessing-Baker (@baker_kaja) reported

@Hyperoptic You are officially the worst provider with the worst sales team. As a potential new customer, I am unable to get help with getting your services installed. Your support team don't respond to emails. It's as though you don't want or need new customers. Unbelievable!

  • iam_MaryMiller Mary Miller (@iam_MaryMiller) reported

I’ve now cancelled my order as a customer - the service is an absolute joke. Your call centre in Serbia have not a clue what is going on. I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and have received only 1 part of my order. The service is absolutely disgusting! @Hyperoptic

  • philippepolleux philippe polleux (@philippepolleux) reported

Dear @Hyperoptic . I complained because I don't have internet since I switched to your company. Installation was done on the 17th of September. I received a response telling me I can wait another 10 days to get an answer. Is that really your customer service level. Impressive !

  • JitanEDM JitanEDM (@JitanEDM) reported

I’m told 24/7 support, then when I ask about it they say “the team involved in the support needed doesn’t work 24/7” then why the hell are you advertising 24/7 support. @Hyperoptic @ASA_UK #Misleading #NoSupport #KillMeNow

  • JesusFr Jesús Bracamonte (@JesusFr) reported

Day 11 of my @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS activation saga. They told me they expected the team to check between today and yesterday (as if almost 7 working days haven't been enough) still no updates. Wonder what @Ofcom thinks of them offering a service that they can't really provide
