  @MrRoflWaffles Hyperoptic are actually evil. Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.

  @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

  Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

  @1Nicdar Like you, I don't qualify. I stopped buying dental insurance after I needed an implant that after insurance still cost 10k about 5 years ago. Never again. Same with vision care and I'm hyperoptic. This is the first year I let the health insurance lapse. I guess we shall see.

  Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

  @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

  @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think that’s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoever… Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.

  @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.
