    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @Hyperoptic what a bloody dreadful company you are!! I’ve been on the phone for nearly a hour trying to get the internet activated!! Shocking **** and I think your ratings are fake! Dreadful service!

    My @Hyperoptic has been dropping as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks. Front-line support has been patronising and useless and I haven't seen an email from the technician I spoke to in almost a week now. Got an email saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Pathetic display, guys.

    Good god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles

    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?

    Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!

    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too
