  • f_akca Fatih (@f_akca) reported

Your network still don't give me IPv6 address. It is NOT related with my router or computer configuration. Your network routers/switches are not configured properly to provide IPv6. Can you please fix it? @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS

  • EllieAtko Ellie Atkinson (@EllieAtko) reported

@Hyperoptic - wifi down again.. second time this month! My husband is freelance and now will not get paid today just like last time. Two days of pay down :( Recognise you do what you can but this is really painful! Any support would be appreciated.

  • gwidan Gwion (@gwidan) reported

@HyperopticCS @JusticeCladding I have been given less than 24 hours notice for loss of service for planned maintenance by Hyperoptic that will occur tomorrow. It appears that lessons have not been learned, and this will cause significant inconvenience.

  • TSousaPereira TSousaPereira (@TSousaPereira) reported

@Hyperoptic I am also facing the same. Two days without internet. Talked with you guys yesterday and an engineer was supposed to be solving the issue around 4pm yesterday, but it is still down. Any updates? (NW10 zone)

  • chonchol91 Ruhel (@chonchol91) reported

Hi @Hyperoptic/ @virginmedia can you please hurry up and provide internet service in my area. I’m sick and tired of the **** service by @bt_uk!

  • 1Ccuse 1 (@1Ccuse) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS are the biggest pile of shite. Wifi is unbelievably slow despite paying a fortune for a decent package (500mb). WiFi has stopped working so they disable online chat and no one is answering calls. Absolute joke of a company.

  • UG_is_Here Udara Gamalath (@UG_is_Here) reported

@Hyperoptic is pretty terrible. Had the service for less than 9 days. Now it's not available and the earliest they can provide a fix is in two weeks. Absolutely shocking

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@lvalenciarivera @Hyperoptic We are terribly sorry for any trouble caused by this downtime and we can assure you that our business partners are working hard on finding a fix for the issue, so we can restore the connection on our end. We know how frustrating it must be, and thank you for holding on!
