    @IainSankey @virginmedia I’m with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @MrRoflWaffles its crazy how i would put them as one of the best, had it for 4 years and never had more than about an hour of down time :( Sorry its been so terrible for you man! @Hyperoptic sort it out

    @status_is_down 2 days without service - SW5 London. Terrible incident management by #hyperoptic No updates/comms whatsoever.

    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.
