Nicky Hill (@nickyjanehill) reportedUrrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!

Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic
