    @premnsikka Hyperoptic broadband are good. I've been with them for two years and their prices have never gone up. However, they do not offer a TV service.

    @devopstom @Hyperoptic Yep. The back is completely open too, has been for years. The hasp used to be attached by a single screw… it’s comically terrible

    @journey_ev @Hyperoptic @premnsikka Current issue is not length but an inflation linked price rise. This appeared shortly after regulator rubber stamped an inflation based formula for wholesale prices of largest retailers in 2021.

    So very disappointing that @Hyperoptic can't provide a 7-day engineer service to mend our severed fibre cable and can't even tell us when we might have Internet restored next week. Will seriously disrupt our work schedule. I'm sure competitors would do a lot better

    @babagana_ @Hyperoptic We are aware of a widespread issue affecting multiple areas and our customers, and we have been informed it is due to a third-party data center failure. We are actively working on resolving this as soon as possible, and we are thankful for your patience!

    @hwallop @GNetworkComms I get the impression from looking at tweets and talking to some of our clients that GNetwork is unreliable and support poor. Do you regret taking the service out? They dug our street up (Highbury) in July but haven't installed yet, Hyperoptic will be here in a few weeks.
