    @Hyperoptic your support service is a joke. Put on hold for 48 mins now to get my connection cancelled. What other channels can I use to cancel my connection? #shocking

    @notiyda @BeCoolBlinkie @theo Depends on the UK ISP. If all you can get is the likes of BT or Sky or Virgin then guess that's true. Hyperoptic do static for an extra charge. But you cannot get a block of 8. Also support is consumer. Custom router with port settings their end and troubleshoot is a **** show.
