  • BridgetGildea Bridget Gildea (@BridgetGildea) reported

Hi @Hyperoptic usually you are fantastic at customer service; but I've been on hold for 52 minutes now and it was telling me where I was in the queue, but that seems to have stopped. Am I going to get through some time soon or am I just in limbo now? @HyperopticCS

@Hyperoptic Really we have had an outage all afternoon, are they gonna reduce the bill

  • AnyaMartin8 Anya Martin (@AnyaMartin8) reported

Last year when I tried to cancel my broadband with Virgin I had to spend *hours* on the phone sorting out their admin mistakes (and they still referred me to a debt collector). I've just cancelled my Hyperoptic broadband through their chat function, took literally seconds

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.

@Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic you know what isn't easy? Speaking to your customer service team. Your engineers visited my site at 8am this morning. My internet stopped working at 11. Your engineers were still on site when I first contacted your customer support. To be told that i have to wait 8d.

Hi @Hyperoptic , what is going on with your service in Highbury? Been down all day. Any ETA on a fix?

  • Batteryhq Andrew Lanxon (@Batteryhq) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tbf initial delays were Council-related but today was booked over a month ago and customer services assured me it had the green light. A day of having moved plans to stay in wasted and means more time tethering to 3g at home.
