  @bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency.   @jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

  Hey @Hyperoptic your service to me in London has gone down multiple times this week, with no issues reported online. It's been fine for the past 4 years. What's going on? You used to be so good.
