@lottyburns @BT Hyperoptic are good. I'm really gutted that we couldn't move to them when we moved. We're with Vodafone and as a fellow millennial I've not found them too bad. Rung once in 2 years and that was because I accidentally switched the router off on the initial download 🤦

@Hyperoptic Why do I wait all day for a call back from your customer "service" team and then when it finally comes (at 8pm..!) do they only let it ring for 1 second? #terriblecustomerservice

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

All the apartments in my building have their internet working perfectly fine, yet 20 days and 2 engineer visits later - they still couldn’t fix mine. Thanks @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic …..

@Hyperoptic some of your engineers came while we were away on hols to do work in our building, and now that we’re back the wifi isn’t working, which is pretty bad since we’re WFH. Tried a reboot & factory reset and still down…

@HyperopticCS I'm thinking about having a Sky Fibre Broadband connection installed to be able to use the internet while I wait for my Hyperoptic service to be fixed on the 20th of September. Can you confirm if I'll be able to use both services at the same time thereafter?
