    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!

    @Hyperoptic I’m in Sheffield and your internet has been down for nearly 24 hours now. Your website is also down. What compensation is going to be offered to affected customers?

    @Hyperoptic Wouldn't recommend signing up with Hyperoptic. When the internet is down, usually weekends their attitude is tough luck, we'll fix it during the working week. Had issues with this several times, so they cannot be bothered with customers Internet. Cannot work from home with them

    @Hyperoptic How will users contact you when your Internet isn't working. Services went down yesterday, and nothing advised by you again. Hopeless company and you don't care
