  • Si_Berry Simon Berry (@Si_Berry) reported

    @Hyperoptic You don’t quite have the service coverage of BT though yet do you… get to more homes faster and you’ll be quids in I’m sure! P.s I’m already a FTP customer but only BT can supply 😠

    @Hyperoptic down again...

  • MewzahTV Mewzah (@MewzahTV) reported

    @KeviSkillz Im in Manchester and @Hyperoptic have been nothing but awful sadly, endless packetloss & download speed never hits the 500s nevermind the 800s on a 1GB package :(

  • NickHulin Nick Hulin (@NickHulin) reported

  • willmorgan Will Morgan (@willmorgan) reported

    @Hyperoptic Your service has been down for around 3 hours, could you provide an ETA as to the fix? Website information scarce.

  • CoachKybet Coach Kybet (@CoachKybet) reported

    @RhaelCasts I have Hyperoptic currently, I have to leave them because they're not available in the area im moving to, its pain trust me, currently get like 1gbps for around ~£45 but its never gone down on me once in 2 years, virgin ~£62 same thing but ill lose my mind if it drops at bad time

  • JKempEnergy John Kemp (@JKempEnergy) reported

    @oiltraderlondon There are a small number of inner urban blackspots - too urban to qualify for subsidies for broadband rollout - but with antiquated infrastructure NONE of the providers have bothered to upgrade. BT, Virgin, Hyperoptic etc have ALL failed to offer better service in the blackspots

  • tommc10 Tom mckee (@tommc10) reported

    @HyperopticCS Hey Hyperoptic, you said this on trust pilot and then you never investigated nor contacted me ! We can talk here !

  • kalpavrukshcap Abhishek Acharya (@kalpavrukshcap) reported

    @SuspiciousPleb @JKempEnergy Interesting. I thought the London fiber market was super competitive, i.e. extremely lucrative for consumers. I know Hyperoptic focus primarily on Multi dwelling units. Communityfiber/G.Network any better among the altnets?
