@HyperopticCS Hi, we've had constant issues with Hyperoptic since we moved in - our WiFi works fine, but we cannot use any mobile apps on the hyperoptic wifi (Spotify, Messenger, Instagram, etc.) Every time I've contacted the support team, they reset the DNS - still no fix.

@HyperopticCS Heavily disappointed with ur service. Begging for internet for the past several days, no proper response & of course no internet. Dnt think u value customers anymore @GOVUK has advised to WFH, wonder how that's possible with poor service & no internet? @Hyperoptic

@Hyperoptic unbelievably bad customer service on telephone - worst I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with in the last ten years - it’s like BT in the 80s a joke

Moved from Virgin to Hyperoptic. Great speeds up and down, 🤞 hopefully more reliable. The only downside is HO do carrier NAT so I'll have to get a static IP if I want to access my stuff out of the house, and they reserve 80/443 for remote management, breaking LetsEncrypt 😢

@Hyperoptic Believe me, I've been trying for last three weeks. According to Your CS, my area is very busy. I believe in that, because I've seen your engineers two days ago connecting all my neighbours except me. Very disappointed how U treat Your customers.

@TGrayWrites @Hyperoptic Very similar experience. Great service when it's working, but repairs etc. are ridiculously slow, spent most of a month without service while WFH last summer...

Reading moving in guide for my new place: “All homes in East Village have free 30Mbps broadband provided by Hyperoptic, for £10 per month, Hyperoptic can provide 150Mbps service and for £20 per month a 1000Mbps service.“ £20 for a gigabit? Don’t mind if I do 😎

@virginmedia For what it is worth, I am a very happy @Hyperoptic customer. They sent me my router and my 1 gbps service was live the day I moved in. They don't harass me. I pay for an awesome service, done deal. Why would Virgin Media hassle a Hyperoptic customer to move to ****** ADSL2???
