    @JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic won’t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK

    Got through to @Hyperoptic, biggest network outage ever apparently. They can’t provide any timeframe for reconnection but said they hope it’s fixed within ‘48 hours.’ Surely we need compensation if this lasts longer than a few hours wtaf
