  • matty_verse Meta Matt (@matty_verse) reported

@Hyperoptic Had no internet since last Sunday. The technical department needed not working weekends. Taking holidays when behind with service tickets. Can’t speak to anyone in charge, can’t get any timeline to fix. Don’t use this company.

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • HyperopticCS HyperopticCS (@HyperopticCS) reported

@JustGloow @Hyperoptic We are sorry for the delay in our response time here. We have replied to your DM with more details, as the engineers are currently on site and dealing with the fault. We are hoping for a quick resolution, and please check the messages when you get the chance, for more info! 💙

3 years at my old flat with Hyperoptic and never had an issue once. 2 days in my new flat with @virginmedia and we already have no Internet. Impossible to to speak to anyone as well to resolve the issue?

  • riotstarz shirk hard gay hard (@riotstarz) reported

ppl in the know about these things - if my place isn't on the bt fttc network, and the obvious alternatives (e.g. virgin, talktalk's own thing, hyperoptic) are dead ends, is there any way for me to get better internet than adsl+?

  • carlosevans1975 Carl Evans (@carlosevans1975) reported

@Hyperoptic we currently have no internet in the WS13 area and it has been down since 11:00 today ! We have had no communication from you to say there were planned engineering works ??? And it is still down !!! When will it be back up and running as I am unable to work 😡😡

  • deadsoundman Rob Summers (@deadsoundman) reported

@Hyperoptic your support is below par. Workmen cut my cat-5 last Thursday and I reported it but still nothing. What are you playing at?

  • Jules2906 Jules2906 (@Jules2906) reported

@Hyperoptic My daughter moved in 6 days ago and still has no service. When she calls she is fobbed off with it's been looked at, a ticket has been raised. When she asks to speak to a manager, she's told they are not customer facing. Absolute joke! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER 😡

  • UniqueDreaam Chloe Dweam★~(◡‿◡✿) (@UniqueDreaam) reported

@Hyperoptic I would like to put in a complaint how do I do this?

  • thislittlemel Melisa Greenfield 💙 (@thislittlemel) reported

@The_Stockboy @Hyperoptic A streamer I watch uses these guys and has had nothing but trouble for months. Beginning to think they should be avoided at all costs.
