    @Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @Hyperoptic “keeping your network super fast” should not be done at our expense . For the gazilionth time you do maintenance and shutting down of services ( 2 hours this time ) during working hours . “Informed you so you can find alternatives” is not acceptable

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?
