    @Hyperoptic LS16 constantly dropping off all evening, didn't have a problem for 3 years and its been a nightmare for.the last week! Please sort it out.

    @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    @Hyperoptic diabolical service. Approaching 48hrs with little to no service. Issue claimed to be fixed for it to stop working again 2 hours later. No estimated timeframe for resolution.
