    @virginmedia our Internet has been off for over 24 hours in RG4 8SP, shocking service! Complete contrast from the excellent service I received for two years from @Hyperoptic 😠

    @iCave_Dave Can't tell you how jealous I am. I live in London and my street has no VM, no Hyperoptic, best I can get is 70 mbit down and I'm on the top tier broadband for the area. What utter crap.

    I had such high hopes of @Hyperoptic . So quick to respond when selling me their service. Now I have a problem, 15 min and counting on hold. #sameoldsameold As I am still in my cooling off period, I suggest you pick up the phone ASAP or I am off back to BT

    @Hyperoptic I’ve had zero internet since this am. I’m not complaining, bigger things in the world…but also complaining as my little one just wants to watch Frozen on @Disney_UK . Is there an issue in sw9?
