@virginmedia 2 months waiting for Virgin to sort themselves out and get my internet installed. Finally gave up and cancelled today. Signed up for @Hyperoptic and within FIFTEEN MINUTES I have working internet. From the worst service I’ve ever received to possibly the best.

No one use @Plusnet, they told me it would take a month to fix my internet connection and that there was nothing they can do. Coincidentally, the day after I enabled @Hyperoptic, Plusnet engineers finally come and fix the issue. Scummy business practices

@mrjack86_ @Hyperoptic No micking around, Jack. This looks like we re-opened a fault on the site, as part of the site is reactivated and the other still has work ongoing. Sorry for getting your hopes up so quickly, only to find out you still don't have the service.
