    Made a complaint on the 6th February, we are now on the 15th and I've only had one email from @HyperopticCS (Which I replied to 5 days ago) STAY AWAY from Hyperoptic

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic any issue in CR0 area (CROYDON) since yesterday afternoon internet connection drops for few mins and comes back. Happened a few times a day. Never had issues in the last 2 years. Very odd.

    @JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money.     @Hyperoptic - The UKs worst service. Don't subscribe unless you can afford to wait a month for installation as their engineers cancel last minute and customer service offers nothing other than waiting another week.

    @AppleSauceTraum @zeninternet I was using them at my old place, new place is using hyperoptic. Let me check about referral code. I probably would have signed up with zen again if hyperoptic wasn’t already installed here. I didn’t have any problems with them during my time.

    @Hyperoptic Internet is down in M4 (Manchester) area your website says due to a power outage but it is up for some people in our building. Has the 3rd party involved updated you on estimated time of resolution
