    @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

    @Hyperoptic Worst ever customer care, I have been trying to connect to customer care and in position 1 for last 1 hour but no one is picking up. When you are with them they are are and once you come out of the service, they won’t respond and keep you waiting.

    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?
