I’ve had @Hyperoptic for 3 years now and I don’t think it’s ever gone down or had any sort of problem in that whole time. We need more competition & small full fibre providers.

  • julianvallis Julian Vallis (@julianvallis) reported

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.

  • Batteryhq Andrew Lanxon (@Batteryhq) reported

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tbf initial delays were Council-related but today was booked over a month ago and customer services assured me it had the green light. A day of having moved plans to stay in wasted and means more time tethering to 3g at home.

@Hyperoptic I am SO SICK of your connection faults and drop outs! Literally the worst service out there!

  • ughmendussy ughmendussy (@ughmendussy) reported

@HyperopticCS hi I’ve been calling custom service for ages. I set up a new contract in an apartment that already has hyperoptic but I was given no network name or password. I found the SSID on a booklet and that’s all I have

  • RealLadyV Verity Cameron (@RealLadyV) reported

No broadband since Wednesday morning and @Hyperoptic can't send an engineer until Friday??!! Disappointing service in these working-from-home times

  • biron_io Chris Biron (@biron_io) reported

  • MuscularMermaid Hayley Moseley (@MuscularMermaid) reported

@Hyperoptic seems to a problem in Sutton.... Lamborn. Internet slow or not working

  • Drsukritbajpai Sukrit Bajpai (@Drsukritbajpai) reported

@Hyperoptic really disappointed with the services provided. It’s been 4 days and no one is able to activate my broadband connection. Customer care is clueless about the whole issue.

  • brudermike Mikeybob (@brudermike) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 14 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2
