    @jdnoscrubz @ryantegan @skytv Matter of fact is I’ve been with Sky 11 yrs never once rang me or my landlord to offer to install better wifi beyond what I had for the crazy price they offer. I was approached my Hyperoptic and liased with them with my landlords permission and just like that have better product

    @c932x @Hyperoptic Mine too! I've been on hold for an hour and 30 mins. Got through to customer service and they said they'll transfer me right away on hold again

    I've said this multiple times, but hear me people. @Hyperoptic is not only the worst internet company in the world, they are the worst company in the world, full stop!! We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

    @Hyperoptic diabolical service. Approaching 48hrs with little to no service. Issue claimed to be fixed for it to stop working again 2 hours later. No estimated timeframe for resolution.

    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay £136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    @Hyperoptic Your phone support is a joke..57 mons on hold and still waiting…all for wanting to cancel my account
