Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Nicky Hill (@nickyjanehill) reportedUrrrgh got my new @Hyperoptic broadband installed not realising what a nightmare it would be to get all my smart devices connected. 4 hours with Amazon customer help and only one reconnected after very tricky technical instructions followed. Be warned if you have older devices!
