Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Interesting. The light on my router went green and sure enough the Internet is back up if I switch back from mobile tethering to my usual Wifi. I'm at two hours three minutes on hold but I'm at position three and it seems to be going down.

James | JD 🇬🇧/🇮🇪 (@MaddogSuperior) reported@TheMexicanMoose @Hyperoptic Basically to do with the wholesale network provider, people like BT/OR have the capacity to do symmetric, but they're afraid of ruining their Leased Line business/income. DM me on Discord and I can take a look at options for you - work for an ISP on the side :)

Chris Panteli (Co-Founder) (@Linkifi_) reportedI've said this multiple times, but hear me people. @Hyperoptic is not only the worst internet company in the world, they are the worst company in the world, full stop!! We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

Xeu (@Xeu_uk) reported@Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

Alex Nixon (@alexnixon_uk) reportedNaively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money
