    @MartinSLewis My sister in Glasgow was with Plusnet they never haggled about the price she's now with Hyperoptic for £25 a month she gets 1GB hyper fast download speed against 65 megabytes download speeds of Plusnet and they were charging £36 a month for old phone line technology

    @Hyperoptic I received an email re getting in touch to discuss your renewal options on 20/06. I responded on 11/07 and since then I've been chasing the sales and support team daily for a response. Can you please have a look?

    @Hyperoptic have finally followed the herd and now have started to increase their prices on a yearly basis and by £3! And they won't even offer the prices online because I aint a new customer! How sad after 7 years of being with them.

    Seriously @Hyperoptic Three days in a row the Internet has gone off. This is ridiculous, I want some compensation or something, this cannot continue. How can service be THIS BAD?!

    @Hyperoptic I have contacted your complaints team 4 times with no response and am having my price raised again. I urgently need support. These issues have been going on for weeks. How can I get this resolve ASAP?

    @Hyperoptic Be careful of any offers that @hyperoptic promote. I have been waiting since January for the reward for a referral. Made numerous phone calls but nothing happens. Very bad customer service
