Tom Pilla (@tpilla) reported@CryptoCap97 @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic Yep, I spoke to them at 1pm and asked the service rep a) how widespread it is; he said about 1,000 customers in west London (I’m in queen’s Park) and b) suggested that he connect with their social media team to start communicating about this an updating their users.

Flowerbomb212 (@Flowerbomb212) reported@Hyperoptic you’re not experiencing a higher than normal volume of calls. Your renewals team are most likely offline. Why don’t you say that instead of lying, especially to customers who are looking to potentially cancel? Shambolic service.

B o b W o o t t o n (also on BlueSkyj (@bobwootton) reported@virginmedia broadband down again, third time in a month 🥵 Speeds are up but reliability down on this premium service, both apparently coincident with the arrival of a new router. Out of contract, considering #Hyperoptic now.

Stuart Hazeldine (@stuarthazeldine) reported@TheLionXB1 @Hyperoptic 3000 customers are down in NW & W London. A ‘Zayo link’ is down. A main Internet fibre highway, apparently, but one just used by Hyperoptic customers it seems. No idea when they’ll fix it.

This is a blatant lie and false advertising.
