    @Hyperoptic I’m in Sheffield and your internet has been down for nearly 24 hours now. Your website is also down. What compensation is going to be offered to affected customers?

    @AussieBromo I pay £35 in Scotland for 1gig down / 1gig Up from Hyperoptic. Your costs and speeds are shocking.

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    @Hyperoptic Disappointing service from Hyperoptic. Switched from Virgin having been told I’d be credited my £200 early termination fee once evidence of charges provided. 7 months on- multiple times raising this- still nothing done to apply credit. Case is being ‘investigated’. Sort this out!
