    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

    @_Shareen267 Hyperoptic, consistently fast and strong speed constantly, even when there is lots of devices on at once, been with them for 2 years now not a single complaint.

    @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldn’t make it up.

    @Hyperoptic 16 hours no service, no updates no respond to chat and call. Most useless service provider ever.
