    Internet down, chat bots don't work weekends 🙄 so on hold to provider for over half hour @Hyperoptic not acceptable!

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @hyperoptic I would like to know why you think I will pay £136.79 for a service you never rendered. Granted, you cut my service 2 weeks into an unpaid contract and I do owe you for that month. But why will you charge me for subsequent months knowing you never rendered any service to me? @Hyperoptic

    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

    Disgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!
