  @lulu_veganx @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Still broken late on Day 4. Seems hyperotic have 2 systems. The new system is fine and the old one has broken for everyone in a km radius. No meaningful updates being provided.

  Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5–7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

  Logged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling

  @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤

  @TheMexicanMoose @Hyperoptic Basically to do with the wholesale network provider, people like BT/OR have the capacity to do symmetric, but they're afraid of ruining their Leased Line business/income. DM me on Discord and I can take a look at options for you - work for an ISP on the side :)

  @hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.

  @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

  @Hyperoptic Our business in London has been effectively offline for a week due to an unresolved fault on our business line. Around 12 staff have been impacted and client delivery has been disrupted, yet there is still no stable resolution. (1/4) #UKBusiness #Broadband
