    @TomPickering @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Virgin Media died on me less than an hour before a broadcast...twice. Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.

    @MoMayet3 @electrodrummer @Hyperoptic I’ve had to hang up as having calls but still in chat and 1.5hrs 😳. Crazy as just need to be online and back from holiday 🫣

    @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

    Hyperoptic service outage for an entire day. No help from their online chat, and been queuing for 2 hours on their phone line. Not sure why they charge so much for such poor internet and customer service @Hyperoptic what’s going on?

    @Hyperoptic - I live in Colindale, in the Trinity Square development and our entire block hasn’t been able to access the Internet since yesterday. Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!
