-
David (@block13afc) reported@ells_afc @Hyperoptic Unfortunately Ells, when it comes to a broadband service it was no real service level agreement which is why you've been without a network for 48 hours.
-
Alex Nixon (@alexnixon_uk) reportedNaively thought @Hyperoptic was a pretty cool but nope, you automatically roll onto a terrible value plan and are forced into a tedious back-and-forth chat with customer service to change. I'm sure it makes financial sense but man that's a scummy approach to making money
-
Twiggy (@heyimtwiggy) reported@EKOcasts @Hyperoptic hyperoptic are by far the worst broadband provider in terms of both user experience and customer service i have ever had the displeasure of being a customer of, i would have doubled my already exorbitant subscription to get away from them
-
Farah Pop 🫧✨️ (@farahpopxo) reportedthe worst staff ever @Hyperoptic

-
Neil (@NRManc) reportedLogged a formal complaint about breach of GDPR with @Hyperoptic and after a 3 week delay I receive an AI generated response (which can’t even figure out my name) which pretty much says we have no idea who you are so **** off. Appalling
-
Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@hopper70 @Hyperoptic It's crazy. They've had only minor outages, as in less than an hour, for years. It went down late last night and it's as if there's no one working at the weekend.
-
Tom Thornhill (@TomThornhill_2) reported@FourthStreetDan @Hyperoptic Holy ****, they just told me my position in the queue. So I'm no longer queueing to be in the queue – I'm now in the *actual* queue.
