    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @TheLionXB1 @stuarthazeldine @Hyperoptic They never contact you. And when they say they’re visiting they don’t do that either. Caught them out last time when they said that. Turned out they never bothered to attend just gave the impression to show they’re ’working on it’.

    @Hyperoptic Here’s a simple but firm X post you can use: @Hyperoptic broadband down since this morning. no update. No reply to email or chat, and your phone lines.This is unacceptable for a service I rely on for work. I need an urgent update, fix and info on compensation.

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    @Hyperoptic Your post states that I can contact Customer Support via the online chat but when I try, I get an everlasting waiting to respond signal. I can see how embarrassing it is for your lack of customer support to be advertised on social media. Not a good advert, is it?
