    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.

    @Hyperoptic Your tech support is non-existent. No tech support on chat. No email. Only phone. Don't even have hold music! Just repeat same sentence saying "We are currently experiencing a higher than usual call volume" on every call. No choice but to hang up. Service very intermittent.

    Waited four days for my hyperoptic router only for it to arrive and there’s a fault somewhere in my flat and can’t get an engineer till next week. Wouldn’t have been the worst thing but O2 has next to no signal so I’m basically stuck in the stone ages in this flat.

    @Hyperoptic No internet at TW8 0AX following your maintenance today. Outage is now 8 hours and counting. When will it be fixed?

    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid
