@Hyperoptic customer support really need some work. Internet down more than a week and still no realistic time frame to get it fixed! Sure to say I won't be renewing the contract.

@Hyperoptic hi. I missed my renewal option date by 1 day and am now unable to get the price quoted for my renewal. I am being treated as a new customer. Is there any way my quote can be reinstated. This type of treatment is very different to all other providers who value loyalty

@Burnzyyyyyy @Hyperoptic Strap in. I’ve been waiting for over a month for installation and each week it’s ‘we promise it’ll be next week’ to ‘sorry we couldn’t set it up again’. Don’t leave it too late to raise a complaint as the customer service team get ignored by field teams and not worth chasing up.

@Hyperoptic I'd love to know how you can claim to be BB provider of the year 2023 (it's April, grow up)? Especially as I'm paying you £50 a month for a dogshit service that buffers all over the shop on every. single. clip. I play on my phone. Utter garbage.

@jeffsprogress @virginmedia @Hyperoptic I was with Hyperoptic for 4 years, not a single outage I can recall. Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.
