    @ajhall23 @Hyperoptic Has anybody got a Hyperoptic internet connection at the moment? Seems like they've just given up trying to provide a service of any sort (except posting memes on twitter of course)

    @Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic Aye, I believe that BT have teamed up with EE to cover their outages in the same way. The first time we got hot with a 24hour+ outage, I wasn't able to get the unlimited data, I resolved that as soon as I could and had to use it multiple times in 12 months.

    @Hyperoptic hi, I have just set up on your 500mps plan and it's struggling to get 70mps.... id been told on WiFi it would be 280mps and 480 on cable, please help!

    @Dafydd_62 @Hyperoptic (I would say, when it works it's great and really fast - it's just such a bloody shame that their CS is such an awful experience).
