    @diptyquer @Hyperoptic For the best! I must of been 1 of the first to call and they haven’t got a scooby. Useless now I’m hearing potentially 48 hour outage

    @Hyperoptic as you won't answer the phone and your robot can't speak or understand english be advised I don't have a contract and you can cancel my installation visit tommorow oss I don't like threats

    @HyperopticCEO I moved over to Hyperoptic over a week ago. The service has not been connected and I have to wait a week for an engineer visit. You have also disconnected my old supplier. Not good enough @Hyperoptic

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic Here’s a simple but firm X post you can use: @Hyperoptic broadband down since this morning. no update. No reply to email or chat, and your phone lines.This is unacceptable for a service I rely on for work. I need an urgent update, fix and info on compensation.

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @Hyperoptic The service has been down all afternoon. I switched because I thought Hyperoptic were reliable...the most important day in months tomorrow and no internet!! What is happening that can't be repaired in 6 hours?
