  Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.

  Come home yesterday from a lovely holiday to find a @Hyperoptic Internet outage that's gonna last an estimated 3 (or more) total days, and no compensation for the outage till Monday cause the weekend isn't "business days" Crazy lack of consumer protection in the UK

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.

  Hey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

  @Hyperoptic I've been on hold for 50 minutes - will you just pick up the bloody phone? Ridiculous service - you need to hire more staff innit. Think it might be time to change provider - you're even worse than Vodafone and that is sayyying something!
