    @Hyperoptic what’s going on with your service? You said maintenance this morning from 9am to 1pm (4hours) it’s 3:17 and still no service! Last time you made a β€œmaintenance” I lost my service for 4 days!! 😑😑😑😑

    Received the most disgusting β€œservice” from @Hyperoptic this evening. Called to discuss a cancellation fee being applied unfairly only to have my time wasted by the most awful person deliberately going round in circles trying to avoid the subject. Disgusting.

    BT openreach van outside my flat earlier, and now suddenly there's no WiFi on my network #hyperoptic ... if openreach broke something I want compensation. I'm working from home! Not ok! @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic Deeply disappointed by the way Hyperoptics handled my account today. I was given misleading information by a member of staff, which left me feeling deceived. Customers deserve honesty, transparency, and better service than this.

    @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🀧😠😀
