    @Hyperoptic there was a problem installing the fibre at my property last week. I've still had no update when the engineers will be back. And to top it off I've had the email to tell me my bill will be ready for next week for the internet that I haven't had yet...

    @no_name_964480 @virginmedia If its available in your area. Hyperoptic. They're the best Internet we've ever had. Both in service provided, and customer service. I seriously can't recommend them enough.

    @virginmedia You could learn a thing or two from @Hyperoptic . Undoubtedly the best provider i've ever had. Too bad they are not in my area otherwise i would never picked you.

    @Hyperoptic the wifi has been bad for 2 days now. It keeps buffering & the quality is particularly bad. Have had to put my phone on 5g to send this tweet. Please help.
