@Hyperoptic @Daily_Express Yes, I wish I stayed with BT. Our internet’s been down since 5am (been over 7 hours now) and the sassy customer service lady snapped at me informing saying that you can solve an issue within 48 hours and she doesn’t care how long it’s been. I work from home….or trying to!

@eliseybell Which magazine just did a big feature on home broadband - TalkTalk did pretty bad. The top 4 were Zen, Vodafone, Hyperoptic and Now Broadband

@Hyperoptic I feel distressed and aggrieved, I have been mislead on the availability twice. First in June 2021 and now again in April 2022, AFTER being told and confirmed service was available this time. I am broken by this experience, I was very keen on getting full fibre.
