@kieranmch @Hyperoptic Loved having hyperoptic. Only complaint is if you ever want to leave they bill very high cancellation fees, even if moving home,.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 14 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2

@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

Jeez. @Hyperoptic is so far the WORST company I've ever dealt with. 2nd time trying to get booked. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Keep telling me to book online, and they have no online booking system! Call centre says I'm already installed, and I'm not!

I’ve had @Hyperoptic for 3 years now and I don’t think it’s ever gone down or had any sort of problem in that whole time. We need more competition & small full fibre providers.

@Hyperoptic your engineer is waiting for someone to pick our call from the last 40 minutes, we are calling your 24*7 service to complete the activation of our new connection!

No broadband since Wednesday morning and @Hyperoptic can't send an engineer until Friday??!! Disappointing service in these working-from-home times

Last year when I tried to cancel my broadband with Virgin I had to spend *hours* on the phone sorting out their admin mistakes (and they still referred me to a debt collector). I've just cancelled my Hyperoptic broadband through their chat function, took literally seconds

@rclstudio Hi, I have Hyperoptic and had them since July 2019 and can 100% recommend them, had zero issues at all. I can give you a DM with my referral code to get £25 off your first month off if you are interested ?
