  Had an internet outage all morning and had to use my office phone as hotspot. Reported it to my ISP, and the issue was fixed around 1pm. I asked if there was any compensation for the disruption, and they knocked 50% off my next month’s bill. Hyperoptic l’ẹ́kàn sí. 👏

  @AFCBUDDY85 @Hyperoptic Speeds are great I must say and the follow up customer service from management has been very good. But trying to raise the outages and get timeframes was near enough impossible. I went almost 2 days with no wifi. They’ve now given me basically 3 months for free.
