@Hyperoptic It is hyperSLOW. I've just got the service two weeks ago and now the router is faulty. Now, I have to wait two weeks for the engineer's visit to fix it.

@mwt2008 Yes, I suspected it was fibre related. BT cutting corners as per usual. Our block is getting Hyperoptic. They wanted to connect us to their network via an overhead catenary wire to an adjacent building. We objected, proposing a more discrete route which they were happy to adopt.

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic I have been without internet for 36 hours and my issue is not being resolved. I am not even being told what the issue is. I am tired of calling the CS every hour and spent the entire day yesterday and today trying to even what the issue.

@HyperopticCS I did send a DM. And the follow up info. Another day has passed and no contact from Hyperoptic. My internet isn’t working as expected - why is it so hard to get some help from customer service?

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Your lack of support and low efficiency is giving me a mental breakdown. I need to wait for a week to get an engineer after already waited for 2 weeks. And Sorry is all you got. Shocking.

@Hyperoptic good morning, I have had hyperoptic for just over a week, it’s terrible, I’ve called twice within this time. I wish to cancel my contract please. I can’t deal with internet dropping and turning off by self for 12 hours. Especially not in 2021 and working from home.
