    Now over 24 hours without service, tried calling @Hyperoptic and they were about as useful as the social media team… no solution, no explanation, no timeline. Just no service.

    @Hyperoptic I raised issue of loss of service Friday last week in morning. Sunday still no resolution so raised complaint. Now it's still not fixed and no one is replying to me since Monday. Not one update. Stay away from this company you will pay and not get service for 5 day+

    Just had @Hyperoptic installed last week. It randomly stopped working, apparently due to bad wiring The next engineer available is in six days Dog **** company, avoid

    @Hyperoptic I've pay for 1GB internet but the speed is around 2MB! There's no customer support on technical issues. Many people with similar issues. Almost feels like a scam!
