@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS my internet connection suddenly disappeared 3 weeks ago and no one from the helpline seems to be able to help! I am the only one in the entire building with the issue and tour engineers can’t find a solution so I keep being asked to wait. Can you advise?

@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

@Hyperoptic Hi. I’ve been unable to connect to the PlayStation Network since yesterday. Everything else on the Wi-Fi is ok and the PlayStation Network isn’t down. Please could someone have a look into this?

@AM_UK19BONG @Hyperoptic We do understand your point of view, however, in our T&C it's stated that we guarantee the service at the address where the account is opened. We can't guarantee our services on the other address in case you decide to move during the commitment period. :/
