    @virginmedia broadband down again, third time in a month 🥵 Speeds are up but reliability down on this premium service, both apparently coincident with the arrival of a new router. Out of contract, considering #Hyperoptic now.

    @jamesjnicholls @Hyperoptic That’s because Virgin have an actual team behind them. Hyperoptic service center is probably run out of some clown’s basement.

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @Hyperoptic I have had no service for 3 days and am currently without internet. I now have to wait another week for an engineer visit. Not good enough.

    @Hyperoptic @Hyperoptic My internet keeps randomly dropping out, multiple times in a single month, and each outage lasts days. On top of that, calling support often means waiting 30–40 minutes just to be told it can’t be fixed. This level of instability is really annoying

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!
