    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    Friends who understand broadband, why ******** do companies ONLY offer asymmetric speeds with their fibre deals? I’d love to get @Hyperoptic but they don’t cover the property I’ll be hopefully moving to, I’m looking at options but most of them are pretty bleak…

    @mariucha77 @lulu_veganx @Hyperoptic Day 5. Supposedly they found the failed node yesterday but didn't fix it. They told me that they will be back trying again at 10am today. Incredibly slow

    @DeathlyAcorn Had such bad experiences with Virgin and Sky. TalkTalk were okay but then they started jacking their price up. I went with Hyperoptic this year and it's been ******* brilliant

    @Hyperoptic Terrible service and terrible customer support. If you want stone age internet then look no further than Hyperoptic!
