    @Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    Intermittent speeds as low as 0.35Kbps from @Hyperoptic for the last 3 weeks. Totally unusable service. Somehow the faster and more reliable of the two providers that actually cover my building so I can't switch, otherwise I would. Great job, guys.
