    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP

    @TheLionXB1 @Hyperoptic 3000 customers are down in NW & W London. A ‘Zayo link’ is down. A main Internet fibre highway, apparently, but one just used by Hyperoptic customers it seems. No idea when they’ll fix it.

    Hey @Hyperoptic I think your network has just died - I live in a complex with exclusively hyperoptic and all networks apart from a sky connection have died

    @HyperopticCEO I moved over to Hyperoptic over a week ago. The service has not been connected and I have to wait a week for an engineer visit. You have also disconnected my old supplier. Not good enough @Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic why do you insist on doing your maintenance work during working hours? Causes major issues with working arrangements!

    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @theashrb It only shows how your Hyperoptic pricing sucks, as I have had 3Gb/s from Community Fiber for over a year for £41

    @Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
