@Hyperoptic This, for anyone else, is @Hyperoptic 's reply. What we need to know is the cause/how long it will take to fix. Another 36 hours? "We're sorry about the disturbance due to the outage. We understand that this is a big inconvenience, our team is still at the area working on this."

@ninjahippouk @Hyperoptic Still nothing.. TV, iPad and phone saying there is Wi-Fi but no actual internet connection. Spoken with three staff members but still no internet service for 24 hours. Just about to cancel my Direct Debit.

@ella_kemp If it’s available in the building hyperoptic is great, they do up to 1gb speeds. I’d say avoid plusnet, kept losing signal and low speeds. Both of these were in Greenwich!

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS worst internet provider I have ever encountered. I’ve had no broadband in my apartment for over a week now with no explanation of when the issue will be resolved or why it even occurred in the first place. #hyperoptic

@TRealSlimJadey @HyperopticCS They now refuse to proceed to resolve UNLESS I test the speed using a laptop ( which I don’t have ) that is connected via Ethernet to their router 👀👀👀. Running out of patience now Hyperoptic, it’s YOUR problem not mine, now any chance I can get the service I pay for ie, 500Mb

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic still no internet access, counting 6 days now. Reminder that it was your engineer that caused this issue. CS not giving an update and clueless as to what the problem is. Who can fix this?! You have 24 hours until I switch. Do not use this provider

@andyAVAVsystems We have hyperoptic Their (Polish?) crews put a lot of purple conduit about first and then came back round hooking it up To be fair - and I am a misery - they weren’t that bad. There aren’t that many cabinets. Some pods put on poles

@UKPolicyPro @Hyperoptic They don’t give a **** about the impact they have on peoples lives. I went 11 days with no internet and it went down again 2 days after being fixed. On day 2 now, hardly any data left on my phone contact and it’s the same lines each time.

@Dingdong429 @Hyperoptic You still have probs? We are connected to south Glasgow but are 8miles away. We have nothing either. Don’t use a hyperoptic router so they won’t help. My google mesh says it has internet but nothing on the house is working.
