    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS MARKING 10 DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET! Oh boy, what a journey,I had all spectrum of emotions, from denial to anger to acceptance. This is the worst internet provider. I strongly recommend you not to sign for 24 months, and consider with caution signing for 12

    @Hyperoptic morning, is there any expected maintenance in the Leeds area this weekend, my internet has been down since Friday night, LS9 8BX Router works fine but the connection externally doesn’t work

    Been sat in the @Hyperoptic online support chat queue for over an hour. Still not at front of queue. The quality of service had better be worth the missing of lunch!

    @Hyperoptic second time i am having outage with them and no one is able to fix it. I rely on the internet for work. Also, since joining ive only been getting 1/3 of the speed i was supposed to get

    Never going with @Hyperoptic again ever, will recommend no one buys these guys. Filled with incompetency across the organisation it seems and new personnel who haven’t got a clue on how to provide support.

    @Hyperoptic your engineer came to my flat in SW18 on Saturday. He could not complete the install, but said he would come back once an issue was sorted. Phoned support today and now the building has been blocked from installs, even though they are installing in the building now.

    @Hyperoptic the most unreliable, rude and humiliating customer service I have ever experienced… do better and reply to your customers instead of ignoring them until the next payment day so you can charge them an extra month (or 3) when they wanted to cancel. Sickening

Rest assured that we're working on getting you the service however, we have run into issues that require time to resolve. As soon as we get an update, you will be notified of it in the complaint ticket you have raised.
