@jammach @theashrb @Hyperoptic I used to use hyperoptic. Their service was very unreliable. A few xmas's so we were without internet for over a week due to not having access to the cabinet on our estate. We're with community fibre now which has been much more reliable (and faster)

While everything else goes up in price, my broadband bill is going DOWN in price over the next 2 years - unreal work for the consumers from Hyperoptic honestly

@theashrb Hyperoptic is actually a good network (used to work for them). Starlink makes sense if you live in the sticks

@Hyperoptic no internet and no updates for over 6 hours in WC1X 9HF - simply “hopefully it works soon”. What is going on - give your customers transparency on issues and estimated time of fix. This is unacceptable

@theashrb Hyperoptic is severely limited to specific blocks of flats in urban areas and isn't available elsewhere. **** comparison.

@theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.
