@kieranmch @Hyperoptic Loved having hyperoptic. Only complaint is if you ever want to leave they bill very high cancellation fees, even if moving home,.

There’s currently no WiFi in my home because @Hyperoptic can’t figure out the problem. My whole house runs on internet apparently, so everything has come to a complete stop and being at home is the most boring place on earth right now

@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Great job managing to get an outage in Leamington right before the weekend and then not bothering to fix it, because according to customer service you can’t send engineers on the weekend (I guess being on-call doesnt exist?)

@JediandyTV I don't think it's a local issue as you're nowhere near me + according to the BT website we should already have been given one of these EE mobile powered mini hubs on that package anyway! 🙄🤔Am def lookin into Hyperoptic when here, are they over your way?epic speeds if ur gaming

Internet went out again after a engineer visited. Contacted @Hyperoptic to arrange another technician. They said they fixed it. I said it's going to cut out again in 20 mins so please can I arrange a engineer visit. They said they would email me if it does... andd they didnt🤬
