Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.

Keep telling me to book online, and they have no online booking system! Call centre says I'm already installed, and I'm not!
