  @rupechat @Hyperoptic Hello Rupechat. We are sorry to hear you have been left without connection due to duck collapse. As we see it's a recent chat, we are unable to provide more information than the support agent on the chat did. Once the engineer updates us, we will be able to take action.

  @Hyperoptic internet is down (again).. told it will take until 29 March for an engineer to visit - completely unacceptable as 2 of us work from home and for the reasons explained to your customer service team … so I just drove past your van on my street? You need to sort this!

  Installing/updating from Apple App Store doesn't work on @hyperoptic (both iOS/macOS). On the phone I can get off the wifi and download on 4G. Luxury not available on the desktop. I can't connect to @GarminUK Connect IQ store. As soon as I get onto 4G, it works. @HyperopticCS ?

  Hey @Hyperoptic what's the point of sending out sales teams to flats and getting them knocking on existing customers doors? I've had that twice now in the last 3 months. Surely they should know which flats already have service?
