paulusthewoodgnome 💙 (@woodgnomology) reported@mwt2008 Yes, I suspected it was fibre related. BT cutting corners as per usual. Our block is getting Hyperoptic. They wanted to connect us to their network via an overhead catenary wire to an adjacent building. We objected, proposing a more discrete route which they were happy to adopt.

I am tired of calling the CS every hour and spent the entire day yesterday and today trying to even what the issue.

I can’t deal with internet dropping and turning off by self for 12 hours. Especially not in 2021 and working from home.
