    @donedgley1 @mariucha77 @Hyperoptic Well I just got an email asking if my issue had been resolved and if so they will close my case! You couldnโ€™t make it up.

    @Hyperoptic You provide speed tests on your website, but went the speed is 5% of what I pay for there isn't a means to propagate this into a support request. Is it simply there to confirm the service is performing horribly?

    @Hyperoptic I and others in my estate have lost service but the service checker on your website disagrees. None of your phone numbers work and the chat bot wonโ€™t deal with technical issues - please can you help??

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!๐Ÿ˜ก 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    @Hyperoptic why is your website / account section completely down? Chat support also completely down. No way to contact anyone. I have never been less impressed with a company Iโ€™ve signed up with. Huge sales team to get you in and then absolutely shocking once you sign up

    I am seriously confused why we are stuck paying ridiculous prices for 1GB Internet from @virginmedia because @toobbroadband and @Hyperoptic wonโ€™t get there stuff together to help the north of the UK
