@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic the internet is cutting off like I’m on a train- but I’m home. Box installed since 2018- help a gal out?

  • hannah_benhariz Hannah Benhariz (@hannah_benhariz) reported

@Hyperoptic Internet has been down in West London for over 4 hours. What is happening!

  • Jamieonthisday Jamie (@Jamieonthisday) reported

@ByJamesJones @TalkTalk I would say I’m surprised… I paid more for BT. Better customer service, can actually speak to them, too but when I moved went with Hyperoptic. Easy to talk to as well.

  • jkearton uoʇɹɐǝʞ ɯıɾ 🇳🇿 (@jkearton) reported

@SkyUK are putting up my broadband bill by 12.5% for the 2nd year in a row. They treat loyal (read: 10yrs at this address) customers badly yet they offer NEW customers discounted rates to hook them in. Time to shop around for a new provider. Pity @Hyperoptic aren't in my area 😞

  • MarkFGrogan Mark F. Grogan | Atari ST | 16BiT Creative® (@MarkFGrogan) reported

Got a HyperOptic installation at mine tommorow afternoon, twice the speed for half the cost of what I'm paying with Talk Talk. That's what it's all about these days - getting a better service for less money . .

  • lizardUnicorn Nuclear Summer (@lizardUnicorn) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?

  • singhtoon balboa (@singhtoon) reported

@Hyperoptic I don’t like to complain, but I contacted your customer services to try and transfer my broadband to you. They were very abrupt and dismissive when I asked if they could still provide a deal that expired 48 hours ago. If they couldn’t, it could be communicated nicely.

@HANCXCK @Hyperoptic @virginmedia Called virgin media even though they constantly **** their customers. What a lie.

  • EddieMakesGames Eddie (@EddieMakesGames) reported

Honestly, screw these companies advertising "superfast internet" when it's below 100Mbps. Superfast = 250Mbps MIN. I've had 60 down for a decade, at least. Places like @Hyperoptic and @CityFibre could be making huge wins right now if they could get rolled out quicker.

  • truthtellerGB CustomerServiceTruth (@truthtellerGB) reported

We need @Hyperoptic to do mobile phone services. Just got a £5 a months increase which is insane as I get the same service that I always did without improvement or extra benefits.
