@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Great job managing to get an outage in Leamington right before the weekend and then not bothering to fix it, because according to customer service you can’t send engineers on the weekend (I guess being on-call doesnt exist?)

@Hyperoptic Don’t leave jobs halfway and mark complete. Promised service from day 1. Cancelled order from other provider. Installation completed on paper with no actual connection or service. No engineer visit scheduled yet… day 3 & counting

Last year when I tried to cancel my broadband with Virgin I had to spend *hours* on the phone sorting out their admin mistakes (and they still referred me to a debt collector). I've just cancelled my Hyperoptic broadband through their chat function, took literally seconds

Got notification today that @Hyperoptic will/should/might be installing full fibre broadband to my building next week! My days of suffering slow broadband may soon be over...might have to book some time off just to download things.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Managed to create an outage on a weekend and conveniently keeping their systems in a place where they can’t access on a weekend .No updates on the site and long queue to get hold of an agent . Basically you are not 24/7 so please update that.
