@Hyperoptic Hyperoptic have misinformed, lied, let down and completely shafted us after getting us to sign up. Not a good sign of things to come. We’re now without internet and we’re keen to leave hyperoptic before we’ve even started using their service.

… one of the worst aspects of BT was the extended process to signup or switch, even if you have all the physical connection and gear. If all you need is a standard (ish) modem and router, then there’s no reason it should take more than a phone call to activate, like Hyperoptic.

@Hyperoptic …tomorrow. Hypertrophic employee said “great, you can cancel it then.” I once again asked for confirmation that hyperoptic was ready in our building, she confirmed. I got home from work on Thursday and phoned in to activate my hyperoptic router. The network wasn’t ready…

@ingotism69 @NTulswani @HyperopticCS I'm loving the ticket portal at Hyperoptic. My fault report for the initial outage report is flagged as "Solved". No it's not !! Every follow-up, "Solved" Nope, they're not either. New speak at its finest. If you can't fix the problem, redefine what the problem is !!
