    @Hyperoptic “keeping your network super fast” should not be done at our expense . For the gazilionth time you do maintenance and shutting down of services ( 2 hours this time ) during working hours . “Informed you so you can find alternatives” is not acceptable

    @Hyperoptic @ofcom your network is down (check Reddit), Your helpdesk phone disconnects after 1 ring. And yet your network status says no problems Do you hate your customers?

    @Hyperoptic Amazing. Got hyperoptic less than a week ago... it's been down all day. No updates. Now have to pay to work outside of my home tomorrow, take time off work and still nothing from you. Not a great start. Might be the end of a very short relationship.
