    @Hyperoptic your customer service is in the gutter. Hundreds of customers have been without service for hours, yet there’s been zero communication, no way to reach support and seemingly no acknowledgement that there’s even an issue. Absolutely disgraceful.

    Hey @Hyperoptic do you understand people have better things to do than waiting on a call with you for an hour only to hear that you’re incompetent in fixing anything. You’ve the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

    @MRKCT_ @Hyperoptic Been having my speeds drop as low as 0.2mbps for over 3 weeks now. Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.

    @Hyperoptic Appalling service by Hyperoptic!😡 2nd time this month that the wifi has stopped for hours due to thunder. Incredibly frustrated with this provider! Have to wait 30 minutes on the phone for Customer Service, only for them to give you unreliable information! FED UP!

    @Mabs79 @londoncolly @Hyperoptic I got through to them. They are sending an engineer tomorrow as their troubleshooting picked up nothing. I'm in E2 - it seems to be a problem here too

    @JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with VODAPHONE, they were charging me Twenty quid for a maximum down speed of 10 MBps dsl, found company called hyperoptic, doing 1GB fibre for 25 pounds I was being ripped off scammed for nearly 2 years.

    Come home yesterday from a lovely holiday to find a @Hyperoptic Internet outage that's gonna last an estimated 3 (or more) total days, and no compensation for the outage till Monday cause the weekend isn't "business days" Crazy lack of consumer protection in the UK

    @Hyperoptic I have had no Internet since Wednesday afternoon. Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience 🤧😠😤
