    @SanchoMagnifico @Hyperoptic It's totally unacceptable. We used to be on Virgin Media and whilst their service was mostly crap, they at least provided regular updates for outages!

    @Hyperoptic I swear I will ******* lose it with you people. Refund me my £700 NOW. And furthermore what is this bullshit that I can only call or chat within certain times. I have hadbthe worst experience with your uncouth business. I want that refund immediately.

    @Hyperoptic Any news on the internet outage at Brighton Marina… You said an engineer is on his way and will be in the area at 10:30am to fix it, it’s now 2pm and nothing, I haven’t seen a single engineer anywhere!

    Hey @Hyperoptic, loved the service for several years and always had a good response on your portal. Now i have a connection problem, suddenly not allowed to report a fault on the portal and phone line busy - 10 min wait (plus all the questions) - how can i get my service back?

    @Hyperoptic your customer service just told me I can’t speak to a manager snd when I asked for a manager call back she said she’s not going to arrange it And then hung up the call on me which I have also recorded #hyperoptic I want to raise a complaint ASAP
