Kyle 'Olly' Walker (@Kyleyuu) reportedUtterly disappointed with @Hyperoptic and @HyperopticCS team. Due to unfortunate circumstances out of my control I’ve had to terminate my fixed term contract as the landlord has sold the property and source last minute accommodation. Now charged with a hefty cancellation fee!

Lloyd (@LloydLabs) reported5th day now without internet with @Hyperoptic, sent a replacement router on Friday and still not here. Apparently the service is great, only if I had a router to actually *use* it.

Dan Bell (@DanBell1) reported******… @virginmedia is the most frustrating example of market failure. They have a natural monopoly and their service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been a customer for 10 years but I cannot wait to switch away. Please @Hyperoptic @WeAreOpenreach service our area in KT11. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Friendly Shutter (@FriendlyShutter) reported@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS How dumb of you guys to call yourselves ''UK's fastest hyperfast broadband'' when the customer has been repeatedly complaining about ''UK's slowest hyperslow broadband''.
