Your team let me know that the earliest available time for someone to come out is Friday afternoon. 48 hours without Internet that literally controls everything plus working from home has been a poor experience ๐คง๐ ๐ค

Forced me to move my entire setup to a different house just so I didn't flake on my commitments. Switched to a different provider immediately after the 2nd incident. Never looked back since.

We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again
