MazardsLtd (@MazardsLtd) reported@Hyperoptic Our business in London has been effectively offline for a week due to an unresolved fault on our business line. Around 12 staff have been impacted and client delivery has been disrupted, yet there is still no stable resolution. (1/4) #UKBusiness #Broadband

Intelligence Service 🕵🏽♂️ (@london_Iran) reported@bikhialoo 1- Good neighborhood is better than good home infra or larger flat 2- Check warm water during visit 3- Prefer to have a on-site management 4- Access to under/over ground and ELZ line is the key 5- Do lots of search, don't settle with the first flat 6- Avoid Dexters. Chase Evans if better letting agency. 7- Avoid east, go west if possible 8- Check if the home is damp or not. Check molding 9- Check consoul tax and make sure it's reasonable 10- Check avg monthly water/electricity price 11- Check if Hyperoptic has installation in the building or not 12- If you like a flat to rent, check RightMove for the building history. There might be signs of issue 13- Avoid places near council homes. 14- Take pictures of the flat if you decide to rent. This can help resolve disputes later on. 15- Always use a letting agency. Do not deal with the landlord directly. Good Luck.

Gregor_Masterton (@GregorMasterton) reportedGood god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles
-
Darán 🏆LFCCHAMP20NS🏆 (@DazLFC79) reported@JoshCF_ @Hyperoptic are even worse with their service. 8 years loyalty and they want me to pay 3 times as much as a new customer for the exact same service. Where is the business sense in disrespecting loyalty for short termism ? Also needs assessing by @CMAgovUK for unfair treatment

karen thompson (@karenthompson52) reportedDisgusting service from @Hyperoptic which I had installed on Tuesday and still zero internet. No front door bell, lighting, heating, sound system etc. Spent hours on phone 3 times but apparently no engineers available and no idea how many days before they can get one WTAF?!
-
Lidia Cantele (@CanteleLidia) reported@Hyperoptic Disappointing service from Hyperoptic. Switched from Virgin having been told I’d be credited my £200 early termination fee once evidence of charges provided. 7 months on- multiple times raising this- still nothing done to apply credit. Case is being ‘investigated’. Sort this out!

Zakaria Mahmud (@zmahmud17) reported@Hyperoptic some part of E14 area broadband not working more than an hour now. What's going on??
