  @Hyperoptic I sit in my lounge, on the first floor of an apartment in W13 8JP and my Wi-Fi picks up 6 hyeroptic routers broadcasting, My postcode is not covered, neither are any of the neighbouring postcodes. Do you have dummy routers advertising a service not available?

  From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

  @Hyperoptic I’m a customer of 4 yrs. Absolutely love the service- faultless! I upgraded 1 month before contract end after advised by your CSA that this was the best offer all year. Disappointed you now have a flash sale that I could have taken advantage of and saved money.

  @saradietschy In the UK you can have 1Gbps up and down for 50-60 bucks. Company is called hyperoptic.

  @DinzedFPS That sucks. May as well register interest. Other than Hyperoptic everyone else is pretty on par with each other. I’m with Sky now, had BT in the past, not great tbh.

  Contacted @Hyperoptic last week about moving house last week, I was told everything was sorted and a new router was sent. I checked today the situation and none of it is done and now I’m getting the complete opposite message. Service may be worse than Virgin Media
