@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS awful customer service experience today, ongoing issue since February - the same fixes keep being tried - had support hang up on me and exit the live chat in minutes - hopefully they're just trying to fix the issue and not leaving me in the lurch...

@Hyperoptic Dudes!!! There is little greater than Symmetrical Service, it plays a huge part in overall service quality and performance... Any provider who thinks otherwise is simply.... Lopsided!

@Hyperoptic trying to renew with you for the fourth year in a row with you but you can only seem to offer the same prices for existing customers? I DM’d and was told to go to webchat who told me this. Do you not value customer loyalty? #customerexperience #customerservice

@HyperopticCS @hyperoptic No internet connection since a technician “serviced” our building. No one answers the phone, nothing useful from DMing on social media. Support chat can only send over a router to help check the problem in 3 days. Useless

@Hyperoptic is your support team answering questions? This is the 3rd time I contacted the support team with a question, got a ticket number and no answer. Seriously?
