Honestly, The quicker my contract is up with @virginmedia the better, Tired of having issues and I want to switch to @Hyperoptic The sooner the better.

@Hyperoptic we have not had any network for almost 2 hours now. We rely on this @Hyperoptic network for 98% of our services and business and now we just waiting. Please what's happening.

@Overlite1 That’s annoying :/ depending on your provider the might offer a faster package so upgrading could be an option? It depends though, the place I live in didn’t have fibre so we only had really slow options until I got Hyperoptic to install here.

Sorry guys the stream just abruptly stopped. The @Hyperoptic having some outage so rip Internet. Will be back once the Internet is back up if its up not too late. Cheers

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS outrageous service: two weeks since our internet is down and today you told us that sending someone to “look into it” on the 1st August is the best you can do??? Not a word of compensation either… Searching for new provider straight away

Stay clear of @Hyperoptic, waiting 9 days en-counting to get broadband activated. Customer Service just say ticket is raised and no updates from Technical team, apparently "Urgent priority". Sometimes it's worth paying a bit more for a much better service.
