    Good god @Hyperoptic are absolutely tragic. Over 48 hours no service and solving world hunger would likely be easier than getting in contact with customer service. Complete shambles

    @asentance I needed to find a supplier for my father recently and @zeninternet commit to not raising prices during your contract, if they do go up you have the chance to switch supplier. Personally I've had very good service from Hyperoptic too if you can get them. Both offer fibre.

    @Hyperoptic Ongoing outage since 11:30 yesterday at E3 4RW. Still no service or updates after almost 24 hours. Please investigate and provide an ETA.

    @theashrb It only shows how your Hyperoptic pricing sucks, as I have had 3Gb/s from Community Fiber for over a year for £41
