    @KurtRobsonn @Hyperoptic 48 hours.... 😭 Remote working tomorrow should be fun. Compensation, it's something ridiculous like £10 a day after 48 hours no service after reporting it.

    @Hyperoptic no information from your support team and no internet for +7 hours in WC1X? You prompt people to contact customer support but all they say is “hopefully it will work soon”. Can we do better?

    @Hyperoptic Comms re: today’s outage have been nothing short of abysmal. 1 text at midday then 9 hrs of silence. We had to scour Reddit to get info from 1 of your engineers. Do you have even have a comms team or did you cut them to save £££? Are they on holiday? SHOCKING.

    So @Hyperoptic is down AGAIN in London. SORT IT OUT. Shouldn’t be paying this much for it to be going out every other week (position number 12 in queue though)
