Drahnier_ (@JaffaReinhard) reported@Hyperoptic Most useless and unhelpful customer service I’ve had with any wifi provider so far I was meant to have wifi up and running at my address originally over a month ago and still have no wifi. Engineers said they will come yesterday but didn’t and neither came today.

Rafael Lino (@maidaomd) reported@theashrb But hyperoptic is utterly unreliable, I live just about a mile away from their headquarters in Hammersmith, and have monthly outage that can last up to 5 days.

Caught them out last time when they said that. Turned out they never bothered to attend just gave the impression to show they’re ’working on it’.

What a joke. 40 mins wait on hold only to be told that they need to dispatch an engineer and the next available slot is Friday afternoon (3 days time) Awful
