Their support is useless and have been trying to gaslight me that it's an issue in the flat. Today they sent me an email saying it was fixed (funny how they never sent anyone to my flat) and now it's down again.

We're now approaching nearly a full workday of outage and I've had six messages in total alternating between it's fixed and it's not working again

Only a few months ago they charged me £600 to cancel after I got fired from my very first job I had to move into the city for. I lost my flat and among other things left THOUSANDS in debt and had to move back to an unideal situation. I’m only 22 btw.
