    @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS another unsuccessful attempt to connect service! Put through to the advanced team which was a mailbox full and the line hung up! 30 mins passed around 😡

    Can someone in @Hyperoptic pls explain why their service is so bad and 2 engineers don’t even know how to make the system work. I don’t recommend at all

    @hyperoptic Hi I am disappointed at my renewal options, considering I am a long time happy customer. New customers get treated to much better deals, and I have already asked if there is anything that can be done, or I will have to go elsewhere. I don't like the play around game, so consider this a last chance before I move my custom.

    Any update to these full fibre figures? BT/Openreach 17.1 m UK premises passed; ~52% CityFibre 4.0 m PP; ~12% Netomnia (YouFibre) + Brsk 2.03 m PP; ~6% Virgin Media (RFOG) 1.7 m PP; ~5% Nexfibre (Virgin Media O2) 1.6 m PP; ~5% CommunityFibre 1.5 m PP; ~5% Hyperoptic 1.2 m PP; ~4% Others (FullFibre Ltd, Zzoomm, Gigaclear, etc.) ~4.4 m (combined) PP; ~14% Note premised passed is a very different number to service available.

    People don’t believe how often @Hyperoptic WIFI services fail… My mobile hotspot has used 17GB of data and I only use it for my work laptop in WIFI emergencies when WFH. I’ve been with them for 6 months. You do the math and tell me if that’s reasonable.

    At this rate, the @Hyperoptic hold music is going to make it to my Spotify wrapped. Absurdly poor. 5! FIVE! Days now with no internet having torn up my front steps to fit it and after all that, leaving it a mess with tonnes of exposed wires and wobbly flags.

    @Hyperoptic I’ve been at position one of your phone queue for over 20 minutes now with “an estimated wait time of 3 minutes”. Is there any chance of someone picking up?? When did HyperOptic get this bad????

    @Hyperoptic @InGoodEspirito @Hyperoptic absolutely shocking service for new customers! Staff with no clue what is happening and conflicting information provided by sales, engineers and support services! Being told broadband is ready to be activated and then radio silence!! 💩

    @Hyperoptic why do my tickets requesting technical support get closed without an answer? It's been over 2 weeks and I'm struggling to get a response from support even with new tickets.
