Kris (yes it's actually spelt with a K) (@kobraman88) reported@C9EmZ @virginmedia Quicker you move away from them the better, utterly useless overpriced scumbags, had nothing but issues with them for years then @Hyperoptic popped in my area after a few years of waiting and not looked back, cheaper, better quality and i sit on 5 ping (but im next to the hub)
