    How has @Hyperoptic told me I'm second in the queue for them only to keep me on hold for 20 mins. First day of service and theres no internet lol.... looks like ill be finding another provider

    @Hyperoptic hi. Your service people just destroyed our Internet while putting in cabling for another flat in the building. This is the SECOND TIME and we need this fixed IMMEDIATELY. The hold time when calling is hours long. DM me or I’ll go on a campaign

    @Hyperoptic what the hell is going on? Internet has been down for 10 hours so far today. This is the second time in the space of a couple months. I hate that I renewed my contract with you for another 24 months only a few months ago. This is diabolical!

    @Hyperoptic My router has had a red Internet light for over 3 hours. I’ve power-cycled it several times, but the Broadband light is green and the Internet light stays red.. could you help please?

    Wi-fi down for a second day. @Hyperoptic are very slow to respond, and won't even guarantee an engineer visit today. It looks like my time with this company won't be very long. Not good enough.
