@Hyperoptic We're in 2022 and you're still charging early termination fees when I've been a customer for over 4 years and would have taken my service with me if you provided it at my new house. What a joke. Haven't been dissatisfied with #hyperoptic until now, don't recommend now

Day 47 trying to get @Hyperoptic service. Engineers have fixed everything, all the relevant lights are lit up and told I can activate. Ring to activate, get told there is a company wide issue and I can’t be activated yet. The stress and daily time I waste on this is draining.

Hyperoptic and the London fire service need to be visited. How are these two organizations that should at first glance have more make workers, having positive pay gaps? I'm really curious now.

Hi @Hyperoptic, we have been having issues with connectivity for the last week. We’ve trouble shooted our devices and checked with our neighbours, none of them are having problems. We think our router might be on its last legs and might need a replacement. How do we arrange one?

@Dan25932780 @Hyperoptic Oh, we're sorry to hear this, Dan. Please note that the Early termination fee is always mentioned when signing up for our service, renewing the package, and it's in our terms and conditions as well. We try to be completely transparent and we're sorry this made you part with us...
