    @evadne oh hyperoptic is a service provider! for a second there i was like woah there's something _above_ fiber optic already jesus. all the stops i'm checking on rightmove say "ultrafast ~1500mbps" which frankly is more than i need (assuming its not shared with the whole building)

    @TheEternalJay @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic Glad but also not...that it's not just me experiencing **** with Virgin. I didn't have any alternatives near where I was at the time ๐Ÿซ  pretty sure it got me out on a warning list as unreliable due to internet for a while

    @EKOcasts @Hyperoptic you think thatโ€™s bad try the Netherlands, we had a cable problem and it took them 3 months to fix it no compensation whatsoeverโ€ฆ Still incredibly annoying and they should do better as a company.

    goddamn Hyperoptic in the UK just mogged Sky right off my internet subscription, cut 20 pounds off the cost of my internet, and are installing their magic fibre on a Sunday. that's service.
