    @JuliaBradbury @ITV Keep positive. We lost my dad to pancreatic cancer in November - it really does take the best and is awful to watch. We have amazingly strong friends going through treatment at the moment all with young children and the fear is awful but we stay as positive as we can x

  • jasondobrien 🇮🇪Jason🇮🇪 (@jasondobrien) reported

    @LucidWhim @JuliaBradbury @ITV I have no issue with the term battle. Technically the body is fighting against itself and some people choose the term battle to describe it that way. To ask to describe it differently will be unfair to those who feel like they are fighting cancer. My body fought cancer and won.

  • mjashton0049 Michael Ashton (@mjashton0049) reported

    @ITV sort your app out please, rubbish on sky glass. What’s the issue?

  • beckscurley Rebecca Curley (@beckscurley) reported

    @JuliaBradbury @ITV Wow, how amazing are you taking the time to reply.. thank you. It means alot... I think the fear of the unknown is the worst... had several failed biopsies recently (Apparently having tiny boobs is an issue...!) But hopefully get answers soon...

    @richardcookson @ITV @Katherine_C I'll miss my Friday night #Grantchester fix.

  • simonelouise9 ewkah enomis (@simonelouise9) reported

    @JuliaBradbury @ITV If a strong athletic healthy woman like you can be struck down by this awful disease there’s no hope for the rest of us. All the best with your treatment.

  • welliesnseaweed WelliesandSeaweed (@welliesnseaweed) reported

    @JuliaBradbury @LucidWhim @ITV Yes and sometimes getting through the next day takes determination (fight). The problem is when other people use the battle/fight/won/lost language especially in the media as it suggests cancer progresses or people die because they didn’t try hard enough…

    @MrChipsOnlyFans @StephenMulhern @ITV Can't wait for this tonight, but now have to get ready for work xx
