@ITV your #ITVX app is a degenerate. I had to start the #ENGFRA game from the start and couldnt fast forward so I thought I'll watch from start. Your app then crashed and guess what I can only watch from the start. Your app needs to grow up its terrible.

@thedeadballarea @ITV I work in software and this is a genuinely bad app. Poorly executed UX and the lack of ability to handle packet buffering is stunning in this day & age. Feels like code that was rushed out, I’m sure the designers & developers don’t want it to be like this
