He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

And I bet, being a weekend, the corporate bigwigs whose cutbacks and profiteering has left the service on the verge of collapse are nowhere to be seen!
