    @helen_spirit1 Did you see the @ITV doc last night.. GP holding back fake tears because so overworked?. Turned into Govt-bashing fest with Union Rep talking about starving NHS of funds. what a load of crock it was. Presented by GP Amir Khan who's so rushed off his feet he has time to work in TV
