If we are able to throw them at plug stage it is less wasteful altogether than throwing them at a finished stage. Yes... awful. But lesser of two evils for many of us.

Should they strike? Everyone else does it, why shouldn't they? They deserve a pay increase, especially after Covid 19 at it's worst!
