DD/paper bill users won't be 'cut off' BUT pp users,if you don't physically have any ££ to put on your key that=no elec/gas! Police officers do not go to work to be fatally injured, wounded, injured or even threatened and when facing a life threatening situation the gloves are off and anything goes until the threat is removed
