@DavidOlusoga black history is not taught in school. Maybe a TV series on black history for years 9-13? Schools given a free copy to use with discussion questions. @bbc or @ITV would help. Maybe an organisation that profiteered from slavery would help fund the distribution?

@Sarah_Sudsey @GMB @ITV Exactly. But because people operate under incorrect blanket assumptions that cross-breeds are healthier than pedigrees, and certain breeds (pugs frenchies etc) are all bad, it perpetuates the problem. Bad breeding is the root cause of all of it, mixed or pure!

The Geoff storyline brought back some awful memories & remember thinking I couldn't bear watching it anymore at the time & I did have a break from it.
