@annesnelgrove @tds153 @Stevecathutch Not necessarily. Some are trained elsewhere. Quality shows get investment from somewhere. Hence why BBC work with Netflix and hbo etc like sky do now. Why would that not be possible with advertising etc like itv.and other channels.

@ITV @itvtakeaway I'll be more excited when you as a corporation could spend money on quality programming instead of crap like The Cabin and invest in new talent and faces, instead of using the same old faces time again in 4-5 shows.
