    @annesnelgrove @tds153 @Stevecathutch Not necessarily. Some are trained elsewhere. Quality shows get investment from somewhere. Hence why BBC work with Netflix and hbo etc like sky do now. Why would that not be possible with advertising etc like itv.and other channels.

    We always go on about what do we do with unemployment migrants people in prison well we make everyone up to a certain age even up to retirement if you do not work for any reason you have to serve in the forces unless signed off and learn a trade us we all do our bit @ITV
