@RossKemp @ITV Difficult one. Personally I think it would be a sad day if we do. However gun and knife crime is becoming such an issue and I believe will get worse.The lives of the public and our brave Police are at such a threat that they may need equivalent measures to tackle and protect us.

@kategarraway @ITV The other lady whose husband is still in hospital should request A Care Act Assessment. They may get Continuing Health Care funding to support her husband to come home. He may also be eligible for benefits to help with their bills. Please ask her to contact her local LA for help.

@kategarraway @ITV Not brave enough to watch yet. My partner caught covid at work in Mexico last February. I went to be with him there where he spent 2 months fighting for his life. His path is very similar to Derek’s so understand what you are going through. My partner still in hospital xx

@lorraine @kategarraway @ITV It’s been my entire life for the past 5/6 years. With no help. I want to watch it but I don’t think I can. There was no light at the end of our tunnel sadly and he passed away. The void is immense when you have been a sole carer for so long.
