Wayne Crozier (@WayneC1000) reported@dpwax @BritishGas @ITV I also have had the worst service possible I’ve phoned BG at least 10 times , my direct debit goes out 1st so my first payment around 10 October it’s now 14th November and I’ve had 0 payments from BG - should of had £132 by now!!!!

He would have been guided by scientists in making such decisions… he wouldn’t have acted independently! Rules were broken by so many people we can’t vilify this guy for life!
