He can only receive itv as a small screen and the same on a few other channels, whereas BBC is full screen. It’s driving him mad, ( he tried calling but 33p a min and a 30 min wait, he hung up) please help 🙂

U call police they won't act on it until anyone has been hurt. And even after some one has they can never proof it. Instead they ask the public for help what are police getting paid for.
