Her private life was and the lack of support from ITV. The media and social media are the problem, as people like to troll. This could have played out, even if she worked on a different show.

For e.g I can't record Love Island because ITV 2, along with half of the rest of the channels on the TV Guide is completely blank. Just annoying.
