@darrengrimes_ Channel 4 is an exemplar of how a public boby should work: it’s completely self funding, is independent of any commercial forces which it means it can concentrate on its job: providing quality programming and unbiased news (provided for them by ITV!).

  • paulineannejack pauline anne jackson (@paulineannejack) reported from Ely, England

@HelsBelsZZ @thecarolemalone @ITV It was awful. If this is the so called hacks can ask. My god .😖🥶

@ITV have some terrible pundits/co-commentators but Hartson is the worst to listen to, and by some distance. Constantly spouting the obvious but with confidence that it's insightful & expert knowledge nobody has heard before.

  • MooseSnoop LK (@MooseSnoop) reported

The awful #AllyMcoist is just ruining the best display of skill seen in many a @FIFAWorldCup. @ITV please hit the refresh button on @itvfootball as it was beautiful to watch but awful to listen to #BrazilvsSouthKorea

  • ochostrike Rich ⏱️ (@ochostrike) reported

The new @itvhub replacement @ITVX is awful. Half the screen on the live player is covered up by the "On Now" side bar that you can't get rid of. The TV Guide link is buried in the corporate links at the bottom of the page. Who designed this?? #UX @ITV

  • copey33 Kevin Copestake (@copey33) reported

One thing I ill not miss about #WorldCup2022 is streaming live content on @itv . Ask yourself how the BBC, Sky, Amazon and BT Sport can stream live sport without issues...

  • AdviceFut FUT_ADVICE (@AdviceFut) reported

This @ITV stream is so bad tonight - needs better servers

  • philk111 Phil Kennedy (@philk111) reported

@itvfootball @ITV Can you please explain why your picture quality is shite!!? On HD its almost unwatchable! Sort it out ffs.

  • SpireiteLiam Liam (@SpireiteLiam) reported

How does John Hartson get work? Seriously? I presume @ITV think there is no one better out there. Guy is stealing a living.

  • biswajitguha9 Biswajit Guha (@biswajitguha9) reported

@itvfootball @ITV Good decision. He is a problem.

  • DomOConnelll Dom O'Connell (@DomOConnelll) reported

Two @ITV adverts in two minutes: 1) Don't let "Bet Regret" ruin your World Cup - set limits, be sensible. Seek help if needs be. 2) @bet365 Ray Winstone "Make sure you have a bet or five on the game tonight you massive ****"

  • Leecenau Cenau (@Leecenau) reported

@itvfootball @ITV Watching 5 seconds, waiting 10 seconds for it to buffer, watching 5 more... Come on ITV, this is unwatchable :(
