@darrengrimes_ Channel 4 is an exemplar of how a public boby should work: it’s completely self funding, is independent of any commercial forces which it means it can concentrate on its job: providing quality programming and unbiased news (provided for them by ITV!).

@wrebel_nicola @JeSuisTinkerbel Who the hell is voting for him and why did Mike Tindall go before him? If Jill and Owen aren’t the final two it will definitely be a fix @itv

@JasonManford I don't watch the crap, but I am guessing they'll try to fix it for him to win. @itv have got to make their investment in him worth while.

@prodnose @ITV Totally agree. Makes me so sad for those who went through the most terrible times due to the impact of his flippant decisions. 😢

@MaryWheeler14 I think you could be right. 🤮 worst decision EVER by @ITV bosses to put him in. I'll never watch it again if he wins.

@prodnose @ITV Manipulation to crown someone who should be available for his constituents in this £ crisis Apart from the Covid tragedy other reason this is so wrong. If a teacher, nurse, civil servant disappeared from work then popped up on mat Rv, sure they would be crowned with a P45.

@prodnose @ITV That tweet is about as factually correct as thinking Matt made decisions on his own re. covid. Making stuff up makes you part of the problem, not better than anyone else. What a sanctimonious moaner you’ve become. If you were in charge of a pandemic, you’re only saving yourself.

@SBoinger9 @prodnose @ITV No, just the thousands dead in Britain, which happens to be one of the worst outcomes on earth. Well done for the whataboutery though
