People are clearly frustrated with being talked about instead of listened to — and when media leans on shortcuts, it tends to backfire. The bigger issue is trust, and that gap keeps getting wider.

    @EFL Wouldn't know. @ITV showing how little respect for fans when they put on the highlights so late. Then again some weekends they dont even bother. Awful coverage and representation of a great league.

    @ITV @ITVSport can you change the score board back! For starters it looks awful but also I genuinely can’t read it properly. The ‘first to 3’ ‘sets’ and ‘legs’ is too small. Also it block the view of left handers throw.
