    @NicolaClough1 @kategarraway @ITV Kate just watching you on tv, im disabled, my other half is my carer and works not to do with covid, you speaking out will help so many other people that are going through similar, keep strong derek will hopefully make little steps will lead to bigger steps, look after yourself
