The biggest issue with this format is that they didn’t broadcast the sessions on ITV, so you’ll watch Quali on Saturday and then on Sunday you’ll hear Jim Rosnethal tell you another driver was on pole. Madness.

@RossMc11 @mumoss Pretty sure it was Blind Date, but I know ITV used to flash the numbers up after the draw and then go to a newsflash at the next commercial break to read out the numbers properly. I bought a lottery ticket on the first day of issue. Kept the ticket, but no idea where it is now.

@gillesoffthenet @JohnBrewin_ We had something like that for the kitchen. BBC1 around 21, ITV around 25, BBC2 around 27 and C4 around 30. Then nothing. I used to think that was a terrible waste.

@emmerdale @ITV @WeAreSTV My take, a thread... So Liv, Paul and Jimmy all end up in hospital but none of those die, Vinny will die due to internal bleeding caused by Paul and will have nothing to do with the crash.
