  @RossMc11 @mumoss Pretty sure it was Blind Date, but I know ITV used to flash the numbers up after the draw and then go to a newsflash at the next commercial break to read out the numbers properly. I bought a lottery ticket on the first day of issue. Kept the ticket, but no idea where it is now.

  The biggest issue with this format is that they didn’t broadcast the sessions on ITV, so you’ll watch Quali on Saturday and then on Sunday you’ll hear Jim Rosnethal tell you another driver was on pole. Madness.

  @gillesoffthenet @JohnBrewin_ We had something like that for the kitchen. BBC1 around 21, ITV around 25, BBC2 around 27 and C4 around 30. Then nothing. I used to think that was a terrible waste.

  @LeonaraLondon @ITV I agree largely but the crux of my argument is "we watched that first half, we don't need explaining too like men have never watched a game of football" you go to any fella in a pub and he'd say what was wrong and who needed to be subbed to make it work.   @Leegend90 @ITV The problem with football and 4K is that you also need a higher frame rate. Otherwise you’re limited to certain camera angles to avoid motion blur, judder, and stuttering whenever the camera pans quickly or follows the ball.
