@gillesoffthenet @JohnBrewin_ We had something like that for the kitchen. BBC1 around 21, ITV around 25, BBC2 around 27 and C4 around 30. Then nothing. I used to think that was a terrible waste.

@RossMc11 @mumoss Pretty sure it was Blind Date, but I know ITV used to flash the numbers up after the draw and then go to a newsflash at the next commercial break to read out the numbers properly. I bought a lottery ticket on the first day of issue. Kept the ticket, but no idea where it is now.

The biggest issue with this format is that they didn’t broadcast the sessions on ITV, so you’ll watch Quali on Saturday and then on Sunday you’ll hear Jim Rosnethal tell you another driver was on pole. Madness.

The writers on Emmerdale are the worst in uk soap history, they’re terrible at their job and should never be allowed to work in tv again

@emmerdale @ITV @WeAreSTV Just watched last nights episode - for goodness sake. It was beyond painful and had to fast forward. I’m sorry but the story line with Meena is absolutely awful. What is happening with the writers! I don’t know how you can go from Vinny and Mandy to absolute stupid! Please stop!
