@bellamackie I couldn’t agree more and I’m baffled it’s allowed to continue. It’s manifesting into an obsession that ITV is enabling through the vitriol that comes out of his mouth. They have a responsibility, he needs to be held accountable/seek help.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. @NFLUK @ITV Have to agree with the sentiment on here. The midweek show was so much better than the NFL show for non-new fans. The BBC only had the Saturday night show 2/3 years ago and it was awful. It was a week behind and they pretty much ignored the Thursday game
