That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

@ITV WORLD CUP COMMENTARY why is it that every game, from whatever stadium, that Clive Tyldsley and Ally McCoist comment on I can hardly hear them above the crowd noise. No problems with other pairings and all BBC commentaries are fine.

One thing I ill not miss about #WorldCup2022 is streaming live content on @itv . Ask yourself how the BBC, Sky, Amazon and BT Sport can stream live sport without issues...
