That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. In the FOUR MONTHS since the programme was made, edited, viewed, re-edited and finally complied... no one picked this error up. I find it slightly baffling that the response from ITV was "This was a genuine mistake by the panel. We apologise if this caused any upset to viewers."

Constantly seeing “Technical fault” for @ITV on @skytv other channels are fine. Restarting box doesn’t help. Who needs to fix that?
