That's how informed the young people running these channels are about disability issues. I knew then there needs actual disabled people in positions if power before change will come. Hence my new career path.

You establish a career but it slips away not through lack if talent but the industry focuses on new trainees & conferences without supporting existing talent to proceed. Which doesn't bode well for younger people now sadly.

You either buy early to guarantee a good seat, or wait until prices drop and risk not getting the area you want
