Has @BBCiPlayer been terrible for anyone else during the Euro’s? Constantly dropping to low resolution if not completely stopping while buffering. Happens on my TV app, Series X app and iPhone app. It’s not as rubbish as @ITV Hub but it’s really poor.

I usually watch Netflix but am watching something on @ITV at the moment, and the adverts are ruining it. I mute them but they go on forever. Awful.

I have 60mbps fibre to the door broadband yet @itvhub always says ‘we encountered buffering’ and stops working. Luckily the 2pm game is on @BBCiPlayer and that never has a problem. It’s not me, it’s you @ITV

Today’s performance was miserable based on the quality we have (except the first 5 min). No determination. If U want people to take U seriously, U need to win these high stakes games. No discussion.
