@SkyHelpTeam Hi Chloe, I haven’t had any response from a PM to date on the fragility of red button streaming for #skyglass or the issue we are talking about here which goes beyond live sport & impacts programme availability on 3rd party platforms like @ITV #itvhub & @Channel4 #4OD.

It could be the case that there has been serious fraud acted out on my @HSBC account by local people to me in the London Borough of Bromley with the help of staff at both the Bromley and Beckenham branches. Also historically large amounts of money never reached my acc @BBC @ITV
