We found ourselves watching Ex on the Beach once and it was dire. Never looked back and can avoid so called reality TV really easily

Police officers do not go to work to be fatally injured, wounded, injured or even threatened and when facing a life threatening situation the gloves are off and anything goes until the threat is removed

It’s value was talking about issues such as miscarriage or breast cancer which may have helped viewers. @itv bosses are unimaginative
