@ITV when I try to save my postcode in my details in your app, it doesn’t work. This means you can’t detect my location, which in turn means I can’t watch ITV1 live. I can, of course, pay for ITV Hub+ and watch it there. I’m sure this is just an oversight , however… 🤑🤑🤑

@itvhub @ITV you seem to love an advertisement so could you possible advertise that your app simply doesn't work for live TV. Multiple tweets of people having problems with no reply. @BBCiPlayer head and shoulders above your offering.
