The ref makes a call and if var sees a clear and obvious error such as a foul being outside the box, they inform the ref so he can change his mind. The only bias here is your own.

Zack King (@zacharyking) reported@martinthomson31 @ITV I am literally using the ITV app. I ended up getting it to work on another TV. Although even then the quality is ****. BBC is UHD, ITV is awful. This tournament happens every 4 years - just give it all to the BBC ffs!
