    @ITVX Why do you make it so difficult to set up an account on ITVX. I've spent 20 minutes, typed in various codes, received numerous emails yet it keeps coming up with an error at "your end". Sort it out! @ITV

    @itvx app is awful! Terrible quality, sound issues and for some reason cannot get it to play episode 6 of The Twelve! Poor service @ITV sort it out.
