Watching anything on @ITV has been utterly ruined by terrible UX / delusional monetisation strategy. Endless adverts for anyone refusing to pay for their premium access. But why would anyone subscribe when the ‘free’ experience is so terrible. @youtube @amazon - you win.

@atilatstokbroka @atbestrubbish They are actually there to produce low budget, low quality reality/talent shows. Brain dead TV in its absolute purest form. This, my friend, is the primary function of @BBC, @ITV, @Channel4 and @Channel5_TV. Get used to it. It’s not going away anytime soon... 😕

@AnnCleeves @ITV Ruined by mumbling and gabbling actors - need a dialogue coach. Worst offenders are the two lead detectives, especially the woman. No idea what she is saying most of the time. Excellent story and setting completely ruined. Sorry.

@DavieDavieDave @ITV @Aida_Khan_ Nah, it's not that bad. It's the usual break every X minutes, but they all Star at the same time so all the breaks line up. The caption typos are the bigger problem since they end up on VOD with the same issues.

One reason #TheLongCall didn’t work very well was viewers couldn’t invest in a character they had not seen when he was alive, even for a short time before the murder, or in a flashback @ITV

Watched #SecureHospitalUncovered and yes there is a massive understaffing problem that contributes to poor care but I am concerned about the care that may have been given by the undercover reporter towards vulnerable patients. @ITV
