Watching anything on @ITV has been utterly ruined by terrible UX / delusional monetisation strategy. Endless adverts for anyone refusing to pay for their premium access. But why would anyone subscribe when the ‘free’ experience is so terrible. @youtube @amazon - you win.

@ITV Your ITVX service is shite. I had endless problems using ITV Hub but now it's beyond belief! Start watching something it cuts off and goes back to the beginning of the episode. This has been happening for too long now - GET IT BLOODY SORTED!

@GMB @adamlambert @ITV Why does MSM only discuss pay when reporting strikes? Most of the strikes at the moment are also over working conditions - not just pay. When you reduce it that way, it puts the wrong spin on the issue.
