It’s a does your party have the numbers issue - and the Lib Dem’s are a small minor opposition party and don’t merit equal treatment to Labour. These transcripts are expensive. Sometimes they hand down written judgement. Those go automatically onto the record and are freely available. For some reason Timmy Fancourt decided to do this one as oral only. Almost as though he didn’t want a written record of it. That would probably be a conspiracy theory though.
