It’s a does your party have the numbers issue - and the Lib Dem’s are a small minor opposition party and don’t merit equal treatment to Labour. The ref makes a call and if var sees a clear and obvious error such as a foul being outside the box, they inform the ref so he can change his mind. The only bias here is your own.
