    @itvpeston @uksciencechief @ITV Why has there never been a strategy to eliminate the virus. It's always let's lower the cases open everything up and repeat the cycle and it doesn't work. Ok we now have vaccine, if it works great, but we didn't last year and there was no plan to eliminate at all. Why? NZ did it!

    @JuliaBradbury @ITV When you sit still or do nothing your mind starts to work this is exhausting mentally ..when you walk your mind stops working so hard and you get visual stimulation which means you mind.doesnt work so hard .walking and looking around takes no mental energy its good for you

    Well that was a respectful dramatised account of the investigation of #ThePembrokeshireMurders Just a great pity that the solemn moment was broken by the crassness of the @ITV announcer cutting in over the closing titles and music. What a prat.
