@ITV @ITVX @ITVXhelp you seriously need to sort out itvx we never get through a programme without it crashing on the adverts at some point, only way to make it work is pressing stop and playing again which then forces you to start the adverts again.

Is it just our @ITV app on fire stick which is TERRIBLE!!! It NEVER plays anything without buffering constantly and then just crashes all the time!! So frustrating!! Thanks for making us miss half the #OlivierAwards2023 🤬

Dear @ITV please can we have the @OlivierAwards live next year? That way I can be going to bed at 10pm, rather than impatiently waiting for the highlights to start! Sincerely, a woman in her 30s who is tired and has to get up for work tomorrow. #OlivierAwards2023
