So have @ITV now realised that having @piersmorgan on tv is now very clearly a mistake. The last two days have been all about his opinion of Meghan and his insults were awful. When he didn’t like someone else’s opinion he walks off, not enjoyable watching at all.

It's unlikely Charlotte is a subordinate, that would do something she didn't want to. We need to stop seeking outrage to showcase our moral superiority.
