Cancelling #LoveIsland isn’t going to prevent suicide, FACT. No one killed themselves because of the show. The ‘aftercare’ isn’t the issue. Peoples expectations and lack of talent mean they find themselves disappointed and unfulfilled leading to depression. But that’s not on ITV

Is Saturday night tv the worse for viewing, last night on channel 5 we had almost five hours of the royal family road show . Heaven help us . On ITV we had Britains got talent. With the usual crap choir. A handful of kids , a guys playing the piano who horrendous .

My issue is more that their tv deal (which left a lot to be desired) still worked out at a lot less money than WWE but they’ve worked to better ITV free options and got a live paid option. .@ITV got to say, the bitrate and stream consistentcy on the ITV Player browser is absolutely shocking. Cheekily trying to watch the TDF on the side and it wants to buffer every 20secs. All day today, all day yesterday... Certainly not my issue, it's only streaming on ITVplayer
