@gkh1970 @ITV I agree with you - trouble is the law has not adequately protected women from the kind of damaging harassment &abusive behaviour that Clarke is accused of. Men get away with this kind of behaviour all the time. Only people like Clarke can be called to account cos they're famous.

@itvpresscentre @ITV Trial by media? Really?! Nothing as yet has been proven yet you punish him and disappoint viewers and fellow actors and crew? If it’s proved then fair enough don’t employ him. I hope it’s available for at least a couple days for those who work!

  • JanieL24 Barren Janet (@JanieL24) reported

@alexandraroach1 @ITV Maybe a good idea to unpin this tweet now. So sorry that all your hard work has been tarnished in this way. Wishing you every success going forwards, and thank you for your acknowledgement of what's happened.

@ITV Imagine judging someone as guilty before they were innocent and deciding to remove before the claims were founded. Nice work ITV autocrats

  • bibirathbone Barbara Maria Rathbone (@bibirathbone) reported

@itvpresscentre @ITV While I take the accusations seriously, this excellent drama showcases the work of far more than one actor and it’s simply a disproportionate and inappropriate response. I was particularly enjoying the work of Alexandra Roach & everyone else. Please no more trial by media.

  • Austin30Emma Emma (@Austin30Emma) reported

@itvpresscentre @ITV Ridiculous. What about the viewer experience???? Just don’t work with him again if allegations are substantiated.

  • alternativeage Alternative Ageing (@alternativeage) reported from Saltdean, England

@RosieColeman61 @ITV Thank you - just what I was saying to a friend. Mind you, 20 allegations???? That's an awful lot. Still want to see the last episode though .

  • CharenteMec Charente Mec, avec mon chien.🇨🇵🇪🇺🌈 #FBPE (@CharenteMec) reported

And what are @ITV thinking of pulling the final programme ? All the other actors and team see their work go down the drain ?? Where is the fair play to viewers ???

  • StaceySim Stacey Sim (@StaceySim) reported

@ITV as terrible as what Noel Clarke has done, realistically what good is not showing the last episode of #ViewPoint going to do ? It really is not going to change anything ? What about the other actors who worked on it ? Are you going to ever tell us how it ended ?

  • interallia Derek Edwards (@interallia) reported

@itvpresscentre We have to show respect to the information gleaned from those investigating the allegations against Noel Clark, however turning @ITV into Judge & Jury is a one sided approach there is a judicial system in this country of ours and due process must be seen to work?
