@lungelomoss1 @ITV I know it sounds counter intuitive, but the trolls actually need help themselves. Imagine what must be going on in their own heads/lives to treat people in such a disgraceful way? It's a reflection on our society's failures that it's producing people capable of this scorn.

@katiek1990 @itvMLshow @ITV Yes. The main issues you will have heard about are the meter version. Some of them won't work when you change company so would then revert to meter readings. The newer ones work when you change company.
