    @ShelaghFogarty @ITV My Dad had a brain haemorrhage in Oct & then in vegetative state like Derek. He's very slowly coming "back". How much, I don't know. I haven't been able to visit him ONCE, it's awful. Family is SO important to neurorehabilitation, but so is health, infections set it back badly.

    @Noelmc1972 @GMB @ITV U know she is NOT being paid for it she has done the documentary to help her and others who are going through it I haven't heard anybody still in hosp in a coma like Derek for a whole year

    @GMB @kategarraway @ITV Incase confusion, although Traumatic brain injury is to do with physical injury there is the slowing down of the brain reaction time etc so it's worth asking if things to help the symptoms of that can help this kind of damage too.

    @kategarraway @ITV I have just watched this on catch up. I moan I am bored, my hair and nails are terrible and I miss my family- this was terribly humbling! To all the vile trolls, she is his wife and knows him better than anyone and would know he would be fully supportive of sharing their story x

    @MyNewNormal01 @ITV If you go into live TV on the left hand side of the itv hub, then right click to ITV then scroll along you should find it. It doesn't work on search for some reason.

    @ITV after watching the families that have been living in mouldy conditions I have hope.... I have been in the same situation and have contracted fungal pneumonia from the property I live in... PLEASE CAN U HELP ME!!
