My last bill date was 15th January 2023. I'm paid monthly and my next payment's due 7th Feb and my next Kcom payment will be on or around the 7th.

Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.
