    @The_B KCOM have THE worst comms processes. Literally took them 5 hours to even respond and the website still says no issues. Terrible.

    @ciaran296 @KCOMhome I know it might be hard to believe (especially after today's outage) when I say this, but as someone who has lived outside of hull, kcom lightstream is actually more reliable and stable then some of the providers of had elsewhere

    A KCOM spokesperson, said: “We apologise for the service disruption earlier today that affected customers across Hull and parts of East Yorkshire. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to fix the problem and everything should be returning to normal now.

    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM

    @KCOMhome @houdsmum Hi Alyson, I’ve had exactly the same issue today. KCOM advised there’s an issue with the letter not including details of phone bolt-on package. Hope this helps.

    @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.

    @MrCowper I don’t know what kind of deal you have with @KCOMhome but it is about how much you loose man. I lost more money than I pay for monthly service. Do you think Kcom will compansate? Not in a million years.
