Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Steve Parker (@steviee_p) reported@indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

Steve Parker (@steviee_p) reported@indianasc0nes @PollardRach There's no other line based provider in the area for people to review, that's the issue and a lot of people tend only to leave reviews when disgruntled. If any other provider was enter the area it wouldn't make a difference as they would rent Kcom lines though M3 are laying cable

In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.
