    @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

    it's easy to slate german Internet infrastructure because it is diabolical, but crawling over glass would be less painful than getting KCOM to actually help need to hear back from the engineering team to see when they can do this 5 minute job (bcs they just cba today i guess??)

    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to their website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time ๐Ÿค”

    @andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

    @KarenJukes2 @andreajenkyns You find out. Educate yourself at the same time instead of proudly displaying your ignorance. They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.
