    @davelee1968 You may have an issue somewhere if that happens, Dave. Lightstream should do that at all. I’ve never had it happen. Ring Kcom, see what they say, they usually send you a new router first.

    Kcom Internet is not working at my shop and They can't connect because their businesses customers service team is off and no one else can help🙄

    @SkintDad @KCOMhome That's the general opinion I hear. I think the damage was done to KCom during the broadband era. Which was utterly appalling. But they've improved a lot and as I say, I can't fault their current services. They're also very good to deal with too, should you need to call them.
