Luke Bedford (@lukebed79) reported@ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

James Lockwood (@EnfieldTiger) reported@lucyk512 To get the data to your local mast, the mobile networks will use a line to the mast. In the rest of the country there's a choice of providers. In Hull there's KCom. So if it's a core problem with KCom, that probably explains the reason

Sam Reed (@tehreedy) reportedHmm @KCOMhome you seem to have members of staff coming down my street telling lies. I’ve just had an argument with someone telling me I haven’t got fibre, but I definitely know I have. It may not be KCOM fibre, but it is Openreach fibre. This feels very misleading to customers
-
vVSoull (@LeighJane19) reported@KCOMhome That's all u ever say kcom " working hard to fix it" 6 hours later joke
-
Kev (@kevbez1969) reported@leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

Paula Burnby (@BurnbyPaula) reported@jobrady68 @KCOMhome Appalling service from Kcom
-
HullCamGuy (@HullCamGuy) reported@angus_young61 The Connexin poles don't have foot pegs on them. This is an old Kcom pole that should have been removed before putting tactile paving down.
-
Rach (@dinkyrach) reported@Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.
-
Anthony Blanchard (@AntBlanchard34) reportedAll I want to do is settle down with a nice movie on Netflix but I’m still waiting to see if I’ll be allowed the internet in my new place because KCOM charges £60 per month and my Appointee might say that it’s a bit too expensive to pay

Adam 🐯 🌿 (@AlterAdam89) reported@lilminx1966 @KCOMhome @Kcom Contract states 14 days without service and you will be compensated.
