@HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

@KCOMcare im leaving KCOM Can't message you. "unable to send" and customer service sucks. Speeds are awful and I pay for 400mb down. Lucky to get 200. I'm out of contract and wont be renewing

@JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

@jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.
