    @Eleanor_Hewitt @KCOMcare I'm getting 65ms (Normally have 1ms) ping. 550 Down (Normally 900). 42 Up (Normally 50). I love how they are not even acknowledging these outages! Unprofessional service from Kcom as always.

    @Steve09425095 @seanroyce1 10mbps download and 0.75 mbps upload here thanks to @KCOMhome. Yet the CEO claims that all KCom customers have lightstream, a groundbreaking internet connection. I struggle to do my job from home because of the poor internet.

    @KCOMcare can someone help me please? You keep sending bills to my uncles house when KCOM was notified that he had been found dead 17th March shortly after, my sister was then advised the account had been closed down and the nominal amount had been removed from the account?

    @taff_owst @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 Thanks I hope so too just fed up of getting put through the ringer with lies from kcom that there are no restrictions etc I've sent them lots of evidence screens of packetloss etc have it logged with customer complaints and pre logged issue with ofcom ready for 8 week deadlock

    @G79Rumi @Plusnet Don’t bank on a resolution even if they do finally respond. Cant wait for KCOM to roll out in my area. Plusnet has gone downhill of late despite what they advertise!

    @KCOMhome hello kcom, I've noticed for the last couple of days my dl speeds for the Steam platform is terrible. Not even hitting 1meg sec. Are these being throttled? Thanks.

    @effin1233 Almost two hours on hold, and then when I'm almost through, it telling me they've technical problems with their phones! Laughable! Come on @KCOM pull your fingers out.
