@KCOM as large areas of Hull are without internet, at what point do consider your customers? Give us an update and likely timeframe. There are businesses and customers working from home. Don't treat us like crap cos we will walk.

  • RightHater WanderingSocialist (@RightHater) reported

@The_B KCOM have THE worst comms processes. Literally took them 5 hours to even respond and the website still says no issues. Terrible.

@RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/

  • LeighJane19 vVSoull (@LeighJane19) reported

@KCOMhome That's all u ever say kcom " working hard to fix it" 6 hours later joke

  • ExileAryui Daniel Rose (@ExileAryui) reported

@JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.

  • sophgamess soph (@sophgamess) reported

I just wanted to play battlefield 1 all day and my internet is still down🫠 ****** Kcom surprise surprise

  • EnfieldTiger James Lockwood (@EnfieldTiger) reported

@lucyk512 To get the data to your local mast, the mobile networks will use a line to the mast. In the rest of the country there's a choice of providers. In Hull there's KCom. So if it's a core problem with KCom, that probably explains the reason

  • Jakewoolford01 Jake woolford (@Jakewoolford01) reported

@kcom might just be the worst Wifi provider ever

  • Craucoes ItsJustJosh (@Craucoes) reported

@JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they aren’t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days
