    @DavidMeyler @HullCityStats @HullCity I remember Wally from when I worked the players lounge and some of the other bars at the KCOM. Never got to have many conversations with him, but he was always so courteous and polite, seems like a really tip bloke.

    @Ofcom @KCOMcare You mention BT and open reach a lot but no mention of KCOM or Hull or tackling the monopoly, you also don’t mention anything about how they overcharge customers for the same level of service with Talk Talk or Sky, or how they don’t offer TV, phone and broadband deals. P1

    @ysomendez Hello, yes this is a problem we have had intermittently since this morning. It is a KCom issue and they are working on it. Our apologies.

    doesn’t do bank holidays or Sundays, apologies to our customers who had a limited response to emails set over the weekend as we as currently using a router & 4g dongle from the IT junk pile. Hopefully #kcom will resolve the issue & get us connected again 2/2

    @pchapman24 @HullCity Worked ok for me but @Uzzell01 had to go onto 4g - could it be a KCOM issue?
