Gary Yorkshire (@GaryYorkshire) reported@JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

Rosemary Pearman nee Bakes (@butchsekab) reported@KCOMhome My phone line is not working. My service charge is only £22.98 per month. I have an outstanding balance of £0.00. My last bill date was 15th January 2023. I'm paid monthly and my next payment's due 7th Feb and my next Kcom payment will be on or around the 7th.

Mark Adams (@A96740Adams) reported@KarenJukes2 @andreajenkyns You find out. Educate yourself at the same time instead of proudly displaying your ignorance. They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.

Adam (@Cardinal_Malt) reported@ciaran296 @KCOMhome I know it might be hard to believe (especially after today's outage) when I say this, but as someone who has lived outside of hull, kcom lightstream is actually more reliable and stable then some of the providers of had elsewhere

Richard (@Droid_1989) reportedThat KCOM issue in Hull last night is the exact reason why KCOM's monopoly over there is a really bad idea.
-
Bean. 🍇 (@HLJOHNO) reported@TheRealJamieKay Those phone boxes have been there for literal YEARS. We're talking pre-pandemic. Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

Paula Burnby (@BurnbyPaula) reported@jobrady68 @KCOMhome Appalling service from Kcom
-
Rach "Favus" Smith" 🏳️⚧️🦒 (@mrfavus) reported@KCOMhome I contacted my work IT dept and they confirmed it was a routing problem with Kcom
-
Jake James #FBPE #RejoinEU #FBPA (@MFIJake) reported@ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Yet more ignorance from Reform activists. Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes. It's always had its own independent telephone company, now KCom. And its phone boxes are cream. BT has never operated in Hull.

Patrice (@Patrice_Supply) reported@pdaantizio @halfironmum We're all EE in this house and the WiFi is KCOM. I don't know if it was Internet based or network based.
