  @JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.

  @KCOMhome Really??? No duh, current KCOM service it’s in 99.3% so ******🤮🤕I'm curious if I’m able to apply to a tribunal🤔

  @KCOMhome I have now been on hold to KCOM for 40mins and been passed from one team to another trying to get my Internet sorted. Can whoever it may concern be made aware that I am at the end of my tether with the level of support I have received since joining KCOM.

  @Pivotless Awh that sucks, I Say as a Joke but it wouldn't surprise me if a company setup in your area before Kcom even get to you

  @steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom

  @lilminx1966 @KCOMhome @Kcom Contract states 14 days without service and you will be compensated.
