Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.

Merlot&Shiraz (@Merlot1109) reported@KCOMhome appalling connection at HU17 all day, we have a smart wifi booster and that is of no help whatsoever. In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.
