    @indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

    @KCOMhome @Matty_MyStRo Yeah I received no notification, emailed you a week ago that's still sitting on no response. I had terrible connection 90% less than what I paid for and now for the last 19 hours the internet in my whole town has been offline with no communication. What's up with that kcom

    @danjsansam @ThreeUK KCOM isnโ€™t down they are just fitting new poles across all of hull to prevent widespread outages, they warned you of this 17 hours ago as it will last between 1-5am

    @AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is ยฃ35pm here as well.

    @KCOMhome I contacted my work IT dept and they confirmed it was a routing problem with Kcom

    @KCOMhome I have to say the service and response times from KCOM are well below standard and what should be expected. Every day this week my Internet is for 5 to 6 hours. Engineer is now due tomorrow. How do I claim compensation /good will refund for the poor service to date please?

    @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.
