I have to share this, from an email received from a service provider: "We will contact you in the weeks ahead regarding the novation of your contract from KCOM to Nasstar. " Now I think I command a pretty reasonable vocabulary but WTF? #plainEnglish @KCOMhome @Nasstar

idk what's stunted the growth of Hull more, the bombings in ww2 or Kcom's insistance on giving the city the worst possible internet coverage with 0 competition

@KOMCARE problem with account. But waiting too long on phone and no response to emails. KCOM owe me money from my old account and are overcharging me on my new account.

Internet has been down for 4 days now, been waiting for an engineer since Saturday but had no communication from KCOM themselves. From a customer standpoint this is absolutely unacceptable. @KCOMcare @KCOMhome

And another thing...

@McBazface @EmmaHardyMP Service is good but costs are high. KCom are a monopoly provider which means bundling broadband, phone, TV together is significantly more expensive here than I’ve paid anywhere else in the UK. Also the hole drilled through wall wasn’t blocked properly so got rising damp.

If you're in Hull and having issues accessing certain websites, it's a KCOM DNS issue. KCOM currently have engineers working on the problem. #hull #internet #kcom
