    and we do have a qualified heaker among kcom so i do not see the need for ysa to be a healer too, im not against ysa being a support bcs her support is still Essential to kcom, every member is essential and has their own strengths but if they reduce her to this role.. euagh

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

    @peter_levy Bt have to let other companies use there network so why are KCOM being like this . This will give people more Choices on who will provide there services

    it's easy to slate german Internet infrastructure because it is diabolical, but crawling over glass would be less painful than getting KCOM to actually help need to hear back from the engineering team to see when they can do this 5 minute job (bcs they just cba today i guess??)

    @andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

    @RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/

    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM
