@Craucoes @KCOMhome @Kcom I never said it was, you're lucky if you can ever get thru in the first place

@TheRealJamieKay Those phone boxes have been there for literal YEARS. We're talking pre-pandemic. Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

    Dave Evans (@davy_lad) reported

@leemelonopie @KCOMhome It's not our equipment, it is kcom not supplying the service we are paying for

@andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

@RadioHumberside Too little to late kcom..Uve acted like a cartel in Hull.. Good riddance to ur network..

@indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

  • Andy_Ross1962
    Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported

@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

@KCOMhome Internet is down for those Hull citizens wondering πŸ’© #KCOM

@kcom might just be the worst Wifi provider ever

  • dinkyrach

@Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.
