Oh my word 2 hours on live chat with KCOM whilst I’m not complaining about the operators I’m disappointed I can’t have a engineer to come out it will cost me, surely if something isn’t working properly then they have a duty of care to fix it. Hey ho. Stuck with it.

@KCOMcare can anyone tell me how to pair up a TP Link extender to Technicolor router? Both fitted by KCOM pro team. 45 minutes on hold to be told customer service person was new and didn't know and couldn't help, bit frustrating. I'm sure it's simple but I've forgotten!

@49percentpepper Simply put, I think the beauty of it is that YJH doesn’t have to stay with KCom; there are no cosmic bonds or fate that tie him down to any person or role anymore. He can do anything he wants, his desire to be with people he loves is his alone and proof of his personhood

A broken internet box since Thursday. I wonder how long Kcom will take to send a new one out and what to do with it once it arrives!

@MartinSLewis Can't receive Social tariff broadband with KCOM as already a customer. However can receive it on lowest speed of 30 currently on 300. New customers can get any speed. KCOM is a monopoly

Does anyone on @KCOMhome fibre Internet have constant issues of being kicked from the network. Talk about frustrating. Sorted once only for router to reset and gonna have to contact them again to go through the fix again. Not good service that. #hull #withernsea #kcom

@WixHelp I think it might be an issue with my broadband provider (KCOM in Hull, UK). I can access the websites on my phone via 4G but not via wi-fi, so it's probably not an issue at your end.

@elonmusk Lol Hull uk as Kcom is terrible lol 😪
