Gareth smith (@Gareth416) reported@KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

Kev (@kevbez1969) reported@leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

Mel Brooker 🐝 (@MelJBroo) reported@HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

Gary Yorkshire (@GaryYorkshire) reported@JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.
