    @KCOMhome is 2 to 3 working days for an engineer to even start looking into an internet outage really acceptable in todayโ€™s day and age? Especially for new customers, especially when they rely on the internet for their job? #kcom #internet #outage

    @FrEaK_HullFC Hi Steve, our customer service & technical support teams have been open since 8am today. If you call 01482 602555 you should be able to select the options to get through to an adviser. Apologies you haven't been able to reach us yet. Many Thanks KCOM.

    @andreajenkyns Firstly, Hull is not in Lincolnshire. So it's not on your patch and is none of your business. Secondly, Hull has never had traditional red phone boxes, having its own independent phone company, KCom. They are cream.

    @JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldnโ€™t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, itโ€™s a shamโ€ฆ and needs addressing.
