    @Ambraneri Mine was the same. Apparently Kcom are having problems with their internet this morning. I’ve turned off my wi fi and now using the 02 data. It’s working fine now.

    @McBazface @EmmaHardyMP Service is good but costs are high. KCom are a monopoly provider which means bundling broadband, phone, TV together is significantly more expensive here than I’ve paid anywhere else in the UK. Also the hole drilled through wall wasn’t blocked properly so got rising damp.

    @kcom Any chance of some help as to why my connection to my Internet through my mobile phone is rubbish? It spends nearly as much time disabled as I do!!
