@LloydsBank my daughters boyfriend sent her some money on sat 25th March and it still hasn't arrived in her bank, she's just spoke to a customer service rep on the phone and they have just said there is nothing they can do!! Wtf where has this money gone! Disgusting!!!

@LloydsBank I have spoken to them 3 times now and they told me they are unable to help, which surprised me as I still have the original card that the duo card was attached to!
