    @LloydsBank Vulnerable customers to manage without a phone. Was told point blank nothing else they can do and that all customers have to be treated the same regardless of Vulnerbale customer status and that if I didn’t like it it’s not for me. What customer service level is that?

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank no sorry wasn’t asked to confirm ; other apps ask you to login to confirm. Lloyds just refuses the payment which mean that work around a have to be found to SPEND your own money ; which is not right

    @LloydsBank hiya, my debit card isn’t working for online transactions. It hasn’t expired and it’s not a large amount that’s being paid. I have plenty in my account too.

    @LloydsBank The issue is clear enough! I can't talk to your fraus team about my own account if the fraud was perpetrated with my wife's card! The fraud affects me as much as her.

    Been Banking with @LloydsBank for 28 years since I was 16 & after visiting their #Nottingham branch today I'm moving bank, bank was organised chaos with 0 privacy for transactions, I'm embarrassed to be a Lloyds customer as can't be bothered to look professional.

    @LloydsBank Since last app update I've been unable to view my credit score or notifications statements etc. Message states can't view due to technical problems.

    @LloydsBank So it’s my phone and the cameras broken. Called to have it repaired and told it had to be sent away. My mum had carers in and is a fall risk. I get the first notification of a fall before the ambulance to go and try and get her up. How do you expect
