@LloydsBank I called again, was told to go to a branch, then put on hold then the call went dead after 10 mins. Really awful service and it's been 2 weeks now since I requested my money back from @LloydsBank.

@VueHelp hi, Is there a problem with booking system? For 2 days it won't take my @LloydsBank promo code. I gave up & selected a seat which I'd pay for. When you to review booking, it selects another seat for you #vuewestfieldshepherdsbush

@LloydsBank It is showing as money taken from my account at the minute, I've just called Lloyds customer service and was told to wait 24 hours to see if goes back in and then call again. I'm with another bank.

@LloydsBank Does it really matter? It was a number which came up when I tried to use my card. I spoke to somebody and they said they would "pop me through" to another team! That was an hour ago now! Do you only have one phone answerer? This is totally unacceptable customer service.

@LloydsBank not been able to get in touch, several times a day, for 7 days.... calls to your customer services centre have also failed to get hold of the branch. I've gone elsewhere for banking services, I'll move my business and personal accounts shortly too.

Does anyone have a clue how you get a PIN for a @LloydsBank credit card have had the card 2 or 3 weeks & can’t use it yet, poor service much to my surprise :(

@LloydsBank Over the past week I have spent 90 minutes on hold only to have to give up, and had two emails rejected as undeliverable when sending to an official address - absolutely appalling customer service, let down even further by very poor IT systems. Please help
