.@LloydsBank Problem - I'm trying to pay a cheque in with the Android app, but the cheque is 21cm by 8cm so filling the corners omits 1/3 of the cheque, and it won't take the pic otherwise. Solution please?

@LloydsBank Yes as they can’t help! But they can’t be that busy to not be able to answer the phone for an hour! Ive tried everyday now and its getting frustrating, and even more if im getting charged for calling

@LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

@LloydsBank Yes he banks with Lloyds and is 18 there was a temporary block on his account last week, he went in and the block was all lifted however his account has gone overdrawn and it won’t let me transfer money into his account to clear the overdrawn money

@LloydsBank so like…you wouldn’t change the non-UK address on my account because apparently the signature on the request I sent “didn’t match” your records and you’re “working to reduce fraud”…but you still went ahead and sent that notice to my new address? Make it make sense.
