@bigbencorrie @LloydsBank I've found in the past that a scathing review on Trust Pilot usually gets a speedy response. Not the same problem as you, but I got a reply and refund within the hour....👍🏻

@LloydsBank Hi Ronnie, yes that's normally where I go to check them. I already phoned for help and was told they can't force it to generate a statement, so I'm a bit stuck on what to do. :)

@LloydsBank Your support of customers living abroad is bad. You have my correct international number, but when verifying the app the call never gets through. Your fix? Send me a code via the incredibly unreliable and slow mail. You have my email, why not use that!!

Awful service from @LloydsBank home insurance. Had two vehicles drive in to our boundary wall and into our fourth month now the first one STILL hasn’t been satisfactorily repaired and still awaiting contact from yourselves after several calls totalling FIVE hours with no reply 😡

Very disappointed again at @LloydsBank at the service level. Called today & the only message I received was that #LloydsBank is closed today. Nothing at all about when next open. Once again shows the shortcomings; the disinterest in customer service, just like endless wait times.

@LloydsBank I am, and I've just spoken to someone by phone who has ordered a new card. I think I was more upset by the shrugging of the shoulders and walking away of the person who was locking up the branch that I asked for help...
