@LloydsBank why is it so hard for my partner to log back onto an account once he's logged off? He has his username and password. But they are never recognised. It takes hours each time to reset everything, usually having to ring up as well. Absolutely rubbish website!!

@LloydsBank He has thanks. It's a shame that the website always has a problem letting him log on. And he's now waiting for a new telephone banking password to be posted snail mail because he can't remember his (if he ever received one). And can't log on without help via the telephone 🙄

I don’t know how @LloydsBank justify taking £7 from struggling micro businesses for NOT paying a standing order. If money is unavailable just don’t pay it, don’t add salt to the wound by charging when clearly having the money in the 1st place is a problem. A tax for being poor?
