@LloydsBank I tried the one next door...Its out of cash. Not upur fault, but can I pay my taxi fare by my card, is paying with card effected whilst my banks say NA? Another customer said he couldn't use their card to pay for food when their account says NA.

@LloydsBank Its been longer than the 90 minutes you predicted. Its nearly 3:45. I have a taxi booked for work for 4am. I need to be able to pay My fare by card as I do everyday. No good just letting twitter know. I only check twitter when I have a problem. Not everyone is a daily user

@LloydsBank Busy for 1 hour 4 mins at 6pm on a Saturday ? Sorry I don't believe a word of it . You don't have enough staff in the call centre to handle a simple call as you want to save money. Terrible customer service that has left me very embarrassed on a Saturday evening, can't pay

@anna_tims Do you know that @worcscc parking issue you reported (Guardian 5/10) is still ongoing? My daughter is travelling alone in Far East. Her funds are being drained, creating serious personal safety risk, while @LloydsBank /WCC drag heels & blame procedures. We're livid.

@LloydsBank if you have ever wondered why you are losing customers to Monzo & Starling, answer is they respond promptly and sort issues quickly. What took 10mins with @monzo, is now 30mins with Lloyds & I haven’t spoken to anyone yet 🙄

@LloydsBank very disappointed that after 20 years of household and contents insurance with you, you have increased our annual policy by 60% £1k per year and your customer service say our only option is to reduce to less cover - we will be looking elsewhere -loyalty means nothing
