    @LloydsBank Hi Kerian, I appreciate its busy as it does take time to sort a problem but having to wait for more than an hour about fraud is extreme by any account. 80mins and counting. Can't even solve issues in a bank without going online. Truly disappointed in the entire banking system

    Hey @LloydsBank why does your fraud line have a 50min wait time. I question the security/safety of your entire banking system if your fraud number is this backed up. Is it not a 24hr service?

    Hi @LloydsBank, I'm searching on the app & on my account online. My card expired at the beginning of August, but haven't had a replacement in the post. I don't want to order a replacement for a broken one or freeze my current account, ya know, so I can pay for things. Advice?

    Only way to get a frozen transfer released is via an 0800 number. Sits on phone on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I’ve called the wrong number. @LloydsBank - your customer service needs to change. Have words with @StarlingBank - they’ll show you how it’s done.

    Had to speak over phone to sum 1 about a banking issue I told them was hearing impared so that's why I had to double check every thing i ended up apologiseing for being hearing impaired when the call handler was rude sounded like he hated his job. 2nd time happened @LloydsBank

    @ColeAccountants @LloydsBank Same problem- Had to take in I.D. They said it could be done on iphone, but it wouldn't work from my new iphone! When we went to branch on a Saturday morning it was closed!!!!! Cannot get hold of branch or ANYONE at LLoyds to arrange!!! Even the APP message system blames covid!

    @LloydsBank Incompetent, uncaring bank. Online debit card security system sham. Lloyds cost me a great deal of money, messed up random security regarding an online transaction. Now blocked. 35 years of banking with Lloyds. With SCs on the increase, time to move on. Poor service.

    @LloydsBank Do you have any idea when I can sort out online banking for my 17 yr old plse? Went to branch and told they couldn't help us due to covid. Can't do it online. Surely you want to attract him as a customer as he'll be a student next year and then onto adult life?

    @LloydsBank I keep getting communications text to my mobile phone about a credit card. I have never had an account with Lloyds. I can only assume someone has registered my number by mistake. I have tried to sort this via your support channels to no avail. Can you help?
