    @Natalie91__xox @LloydsBank Good luck with that. I have had the same problem for 6 months now with letters coming to my address for someone who has never lived here. Endless calls to their fraud team and still the letters come. They don’t care and have done nothing

    @LloydsBank when trying to open a new account on your UK website by clicking 'compare savings' it shows a 'site cannot be reached' browser connection reset error screen

    @LloydsBank @LBGplc absolutely disgraceful that after 3 days of trying to send money with Internet banking, which keeps failing for a "technical issue " I am unable to speak in person, but keep getting a chat bot....seriously bad service.

    @LloydsBank He did call, and ultimately was put through to a machine saying call back tomorrow. He’s now made 5 phone calls since last night to report this. Truly woeful service e. He has been customer over 30 years. So so bad. I will write to ur CEO.

    @LloydsBank My brother (60s)visited LDN lst week.tried 2 withdraw £ ATM Kings Rd, SW11. guy in hoodie, began pressing buttons saying, not working, other ppl shouting. brother stopped transaction, got card, went inside brnch withdrew £50. returned hme £500 withdrawn. Wat 2 do?

    @HMCTSgovuk @LloydsBank I cut 200 up , they was taking my money for over a year , cards working half year later , even my numbers came up my card . Letter saying I’m overdrawn it’s not on my statement they would charge to jump out of the garage and grab my phone. They won’t give me the video to watch.

    @LloydsBank Your club Lloyds benefit is clearly a scam and your team did not help in the slightest. Far better things to do on a Saturday than spend it with your poor customer service team

    So these days the counter staff @LloydsBank are instructed to only take ten coin bags per visit 🥲 ‘ ‘To save a queue forming’ ‘But there is no queue’ ‘Sorry .. but those are the rules…’ ‘You can always come back on Monday….’ All very polite but customer service 0/10

    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank just had the most horrendous experience of using my Lloyds breakdown number with AA Call sends you to an website Can’t speak to anyone Noted I had a flat tire and no Spare 2 hrs later a van turns up who can’t help Saying 3rd call this week the same problem

    @LloydsBank I called earlier, was assured my account would work as intended in a few minutes. Instead of fixing the issue of lifting the block from a single transaction you guys just locked the entire account. And say that unless I visit a branch in person I can’t use what’s rightfully mine.

    @LloydsBank You’ve locked my account with a couple hundred pounds inside, demanding I visit a UK branch with my passport to unlock it. I’m traveling internationally with no return plans. This is unreasonable. Fix this now. #LloydsBank #PoorService #BankingFail
