    @LloydsBank Is this possible with an inactive account? I couldn't log in before. Card was closed some time ago. Refund is pre-covid concert tickets.

    @LloydsBank Hiya. Contacted nearly 3 weeks ago. Refund to expired credit card. Was told 3-5 working days. Bit disappointed.

    @LloydsBank A notification to account holders prior to this scheduled maintenance may have been a nice idea. So they didn't have to go on to Twitter to find out why they can't access their account for example? Nah said Lloyds. Let's just assume nobody will notice cos they're all in bed.

    @suzseddon I had the same thing with @LloydsBank (UK). Refused to tell them (none of their business), said I'd take full responsibility but they froze my account. I complained to the Financial Ombudsman, won and shut my account. Don't bank with Lloyds if you want access to your money.

    @LloydsBank We won’t able to leave our homes so why would break down cover be needed and I told them when signing up I already have mobile insurance. Iv tried to downgrade several times with no help

    @LloydsBank Jesus this is saga. All I wanted to do was transfer a Help to Buy ISA to an Investment ISA, because let's face it, I'm never going to buy a house. First I go online and it says I need to do it over the phone.

    Outrageously poor customer service from @LloydsBank in Market Place, Ilkeston DE7. I have a receipt from my old bank that 2 sets of money (£11.5k and £50) have been transferred to 1 Lloyds account but apparently it's "nothing to do with Lloyds" that only the £50 has made it.

    @LloydsBank Thanks for your reply. I rang yesterday and have been told there’s nothing they can do until the payment clears in the loan account (which is with Lloyds). So I’m out of pocket all weekend and most likely next week too. Embarrassing customer service.

    @LloydsBank must really be up there for worst customer service of all the Banks. So far 3hrs 15 minutes on the phone to get card added to phone wallet. TIP: if EVERY time we call it is a particularly busy time, then maybe you simply do not have enough staff!

    @LloydsBank She explained that your charges are made one month in advance but had no explanation for £19.60. She did however persuade me to part with yet more cash before 'permitting' the account to be closed. It would be better to have account closure procedures on your website. Not happy!

    @LloydsBank are there any reported problems with your banking app for personal customers please? Try to deposit a cheque but as soon as it’s taken the photos it just defaults back to the account screen without confirming or processing. Thanks
