@LloydsBank Vulnerable customers to manage without a phone. Was told point blank nothing else they can do and that all customers have to be treated the same regardless of Vulnerbale customer status and that if I didn’t like it it’s not for me. What customer service level is that?

@LloydsBank no sorry wasn’t asked to confirm ; other apps ask you to login to confirm. Lloyds just refuses the payment which mean that work around a have to be found to SPEND your own money ; which is not right

@LloydsBank hiya, my debit card isn’t working for online transactions. It hasn’t expired and it’s not a large amount that’s being paid. I have plenty in my account too.

@LloydsBank The issue is clear enough! I can't talk to your fraus team about my own account if the fraud was perpetrated with my wife's card! The fraud affects me as much as her.

Been Banking with @LloydsBank for 28 years since I was 16 & after visiting their #Nottingham branch today I'm moving bank, bank was organised chaos with 0 privacy for transactions, I'm embarrassed to be a Lloyds customer as can't be bothered to look professional.

@LloydsBank So it’s my phone and the cameras broken. Called to have it repaired and told it had to be sent away. My mum had carers in and is a fall risk. I get the first notification of a fall before the ambulance to go and try and get her up. How do you expect

@LloydsBank She was with me. She authorised the handler to talk to me. She had been verified, as had I earlier in the call, so what was the problem? Am I suddenly less trustworthy because the phone has been handed over?

@LloydsBank This isn't going to help. There is a very poor signal here and I have already tried to call your Customer Service Team via an automated system and the signal did not hold while I was trying to put my details in. I have already told you that. I don't know what else to do?

Two very differing experiences at @LloydsBank @LBGplc customer service. First a Asian lady who couldn't care less followed by Muhammad who was exceptional, professional & polite.

@LloydsBank To switch an ISA & no I waited for a while then walked out as I said chaos & no privacy Honestly I don't expect much from a bank but there are minimum standards. To have closed all the other Lloyds branches in the city centre & ended up with this as a flagship branch is terrible

@RobOnABike @LloydsBank I wanted to put in a Sainsbury's order for my Mum recently. My bank cards were refused for no reason I could understand. Phoned bank. Waited AGES. Bank said cards were fine. Problem was Sainsbury's system. Bank Holiday so no staff to talk...
