    @TheAA_UK dear AA if you had not lied to me 12 hours ago telling me someone is 30 minutes away I would have gotten a private rescue vehicle. I am a premier #Lloydsbanking @LloydsBank customer. Why do I pay for this for zero service??? 12 hours later I’m still waiting. 😭😭😭

    @LloydsBank Had yet another depressing letter from Lloyds interest rates on my savings are going down to almost zero. Crypto currencies seem to be the future Banks are just robbing people.

    @LloydsBank Shame Lloyd's couldn't help me yesterday as if make bank transfer for anything and been scammed or ripped off they don't help but natwest and barclays give you money back as my son and sister in law got theirs back Friday shame I bank with the wrong one so disappointed

    @NatalieJRead @NatWest_Help I did this with my 12 yr old son. @LloydsBank Angel complete with passports, ID, proof of address and they said 'sorry we are busy, can you come back'! Useless, the High St banks don't deserve our/their business. They just lost a customer they might have had for 60 years! Crazy.

    @LloydsBank so now your double verification system that often fails to call has a new glitch...worse It stops a purchase saying we need your phone number to verify ! When said number has always been on my profile !!! Iron these things out before we have all torn our hair out

    @LloydsBank Can't find Lloyd's Bank International on here. Since the "maintenance" on Saturday 4th Sep 2021, when I log in the system claims it is August 5th, My balance is from end of July and there's no transactions at all from after. Wrong balance, missing months...

    @LloydsBank is there any possibility of someone answering the phone at Axa Ins linked with the bank. Been trying now for 5days continuous , I urgently need to speak to someone re the Ins linked to my bank account which I pay generously for. HELP PLEASE

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to get through to telephone banking as my debit card has been blocked again, I keep getting the automated message "due to unforeseen circumstances we are currently unable to offer this service try again later". How long will this last, I need my card?

    @LloydsBank I check my bank statements daily but you don't have an option for that. I don't believe your original statement that half do not check their statements frequently, now we have easy online access. Who did they ask, not me?

    @LloydsBank Well a change ok... but why can't your system find a number already registered ? Its useless. Been locked out of one of my accounts already. And why not use a better system like revolut or Société Générale with simple in app acceptation of a transaction by the customer ???

    Very poor service from @LloydsBank on my mortgage - need to confirm some payment details. First call they hung up because I didn’t get my mortgage total correct to the penny (sorry) and now been on hold 20 minutes no answer. Then got 1 minute of help before holding another 5.

    @LloydsBank What is happening with your international branch?? I have an account there and my balance is off and "due to unforeseen circumstances" phone support is not available. This is a shocking service, will I have to get lawyers involved?

    @LloydsBank Both, when I call any number on the website it leads me through a series of options and then says that it is putting me through to an advisor. And then it says "Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to offer this service at the moment" and the call is disconnected
