    @LloydsBank Hi! Trying to transfer money in the app to a regular contact but it won’t let me. It keeps asking me to set up a new payee and I can’t find any of the payees I have set up. Is there an issue with the app?

    @LloydsBank I just called and the director was on the phone for 20mins and you could close the account. The lloyds service lady said she could send a form to us by email to close it but she would transfer a colleague to do checks today to close it. And they just hung up.

    @LloydsBank your customer service is absolutely shocking your mortgage department in particular and your canton branch mortgage advisors, unbelievably shoddy service and always passed from pillar to post! Absolutely disgusting

    @LloydsBank are garbage. 1 card swallowed by their ATM & a new card ordered. Thought it was sorted but no… They’ve ordered a card for the wrong acct. So now 0/2 cards can be used & there’s a b/h so have to wait even longer for them to come. How will I do the food shop next week?

    Called at a branch of @LloydsBank the ‘system’ was down and couldn’t be served. Called back an hour later to find the problem unresolved. It’s unbelievable that @LloydsBank don’t have a manual override facility for such circumstances. #unacceptable

    The 2 worst companies I’ve dealt with recently are @UPS_UK and @LloydsBank both are absolutely appalling, showing complete contempt for their customers time. Name and shame the ones who’ve messed you about. I can’t stand poor customer service

    Appalling @LloydsBank. Today again 40 minutes on the phone for an IT issue that has nothing to do with me, I’m still unable to log into my online banking after a month. Called 4 times about it, every time starting from scratch, no one looking at the issue in the meantime.

    @LloydsBank They had passed me around departments and escalated to the higher management and said they will fix it and get back to me months ago, and a card change didn’t work, seems amazing that I used this for years with no issues

    @LloydsBank please could u make your credit card statements easier to read? More like an invoice. I find it hard to work out which bits are on which bills. Maybe just me, but a list of transactions with ‘credit received’ halfway down is confusing. If I’m alone I’ll blame my M.E.

    @LloydsBank Just spoke to a Service operator who said she could email it to me, and then she hung up. Please clarify why you said you cannot and she said you can and why you are not allowing me to close the account? Please note this is being recorded for a compliant with Ombudsman
