One thing I do not miss about the UK is the customer service. 30 mins on hold to @LloydsBank only for them to transfer me and now the wait time is another 30 mins. And the only reason I’m calling is because they told me to too! Urgh.

@LloydsBank my online account's suspended due to suspicious activity which was me trying to transfer money to a different bank. I have to speak to fraud dept before I can access online banking but the wait to answer phone is over 1hr! I don't have time to wait that long!

This week I have lost about 4 days on hold for two of the largest companies I the country. @LloydsBank your phone service is awful, after 30 mins waiting your advisor tells me I’ve come to the wrong area. He then shoved me back into the automated system to start again. #rubbish

@LloydsBank Hi, I know it's not instant reply, but the automated reply just shuts the chat down saying there is no one available. I wouldn't mind if the message sat there until someone was available, it's understandable that people would be busy.

@LloydsBank Yet another phone call to sort this out and another member of staff being rude and just passing me to another phone line that nobody answer’s I’m now closing my account and going to a bank that actually deals with customers problems first direct making it so easy to change banks.

@LloydsBank multiple payments declined again. I have funds in my bank payments constantly decline. Been to the store 3 times they can't give me any answers. Most useless bank out there an terrible customer service as they can't even tell my why the payments are declining

@LloydsBank it would be great if you could allow branches to turn off the Muzak to allow the hard of hearing to use their hearing aids more effectively. And also to allow disabled customers to sit down when dealing with transactions. Covid excuses are getting old now.

@LloydsBank Ok so I called last night and after spending 3 and half hours on the phone and several complaints later I still can not use my card. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experience. Trying to get in contact with you is impossible.
