    @LloydsBank Hi Dee. You are both the sending and the receiving bank. We are sitting by the pool both messaging the service app. It's nearly 3 hours now for a payment that was sent at 6am yesterday morning. He has sent money to someone else and it showed up straight away.

    @LloydsBank I’m having trouble downloading / viewing PDF statements via both the Lloyds and MBNA apps. I can see I’m not the only person experiencing issues. Are you looking into this?

    Sorry @LloydsBank, your university student cards look really terrible, why am I shopping with a card the colour of a neon green highlighter or nuclear waste? Please release something closer to the classic colours, it shouldn’t be the colour of the child aged spending account.

    @LloydsBank Hi, not sure if there's a glitch on your desktop internet banking? (windows 11/chrome) my current account isn't showing when I log in, but my online savings accounts are, not a problem on the mobile app though (android) thanks

    @LloydsBank WTF is going on in the Streatham Branch? Cashiers dealing with long winded enquires that should be dealt with on a separate counter. 25 minutes and counting just to pay in some money. 🤬

    @LloydsBank I don't want to use desktop my password etc all saved on the app with face id i would struggle to log in on desktop now i would probably lock myself out

    @LloydsBank Hi Cat Everything is up-to-date and I always fully close apps. I used the chat function on the app last week and was told that the glitch is being worked on but it’s obviously not a quick fix.

    Hey @LloydsBank, genius move revoking ATM-only account holders' access to about 96% of Ldn ATMs. Travelling 1hr+ on multiple buses just for access to cash is gonna be so much fun while disabled. If you just wanted us to crawl off & die why didn't you say so?

    @LloydsBank You wrote to us on 1 Dec 2023 confirming our mortgage was closed, yet the Land Registry still shows a charge. That’s over 21 months of delay caused by Lloyds, creating real problems. We expect urgent resolution and compensation

    @LloydsBank Thanks but I can now login using other browsers however the login box still pops up (as shown in the first screenshot) whenever I try to make a payment. I don't enter anything into this box and can still make a payment however. I can only assume it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

    Still no money!!!! Still no answers. Still getting passed back and forth online. Payment now bounced and being charged!!! This is terrible service!!! Why is it so hard to get hold of anyone with some sense???? @LloydsBank
