    And another thing! I've just placed an order with @mattressmanuk. They took the money but haven't, as their website tells me, sent me a confirmation email. I can't get through to them. I've tried contacting @LloydsBank to cancel the payment - but can't get thru to them either.

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBankNews Hi folks, Recently, I opened a bank account unfortunately two accounts were opened under the same name, I want to close one of them. Tried calling customer care and there was no response I am a new customer and that is how I got a response. Pls help.

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank Hello, thank you for your reply. No error code, just says cannot process this action as account is restricted. I tried phoning, but the wait was nearly an hour. Could in branch help me? I can then show ID, etc to prove it's my account.

    SO unhappy with the service provided by @LloydsBank - I’ve been told for 3 weeks I’d be receiving my refund for a concert that was sent to my expired card. They’ve now told me it’s down to me to contact the original sellers to provide evidence to receive my refund🥴

    @LloydsBank your service is awful. 45 minute minimum wait times, messaging response awful, bot hopeless. I just want you to verify my Amazon prime renewal. I have used my card and my husband’s and still nothing. 3 times I have messaged same info in 24 hours. Employ more staff.

    @LloydsBank 35 minutes hold time and still waiting is not an acceptable wait time for any of your customers. Yet I am sure that if wanted a new Credit Card, open a new account or invest in some way the phone wait would be less that 5 minutes. Customer Satisfaction 0

    @LloydsBank trying to deal with a possible fraud from my account. Got through, transferred to insurance dept got diverted to transferred to customer service to be informed by an automated call it’s office is closed… not exactly good customer service

    @LloydsBank hello, I can access my online banking fine, but when I try to transfer the money there to my own account elsewhere, it says the action is restricted. I haven't used this account for two years, my bank card was not renewed. What do I do to get my money please?

    @LloydsBank "I would like to keep track of my spending", but @LloydsBank lost my account info., then lost Recorded Mail to attempt to fix part of problem resulting in 8+ months with frozen assets, no cash & an enquiry by @financialombuds. This bank is a bureaucratic nightmare.#ByYourSide

    @LloydsBank Something strange is going on with Lloyds Bank. I had a genuine notification in settings on my iPad that my password had been leaked and I now needed to change it. So I did and now Lloyds is having “technical problems” and I can’t log on. Anyone else having trouble?
