    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

    @LloydsBank you have put up your service charge fees too much. Been with you since 1991 and now looking to leave. You will lose all your business customers. Your fees are far too high and we also have no manager as you have got rid of them all #lloydsbank #badcustomerservice

    @LloydsBank Please this is a negative feedback towards responsible bosses of this bank which is putting shame on them too for the lack of possibility to use the Lloyds Bank payment cards in the SAMSUNG WALLET. Is there a rational explanation why your bank can't add this service?

    @peterboghossian I tried buying online an instrument (1500€). #Lloydsbank kept rejecting debit payment. I called, veriryed my id, after 1 hour on the phone they still wouldn’t allow it. I had to go personally to cancel my account for them to react. Hackers could access my money much quicker.

    @LloydsBank I've always paid cheques in via your app without issues, which is very convenient. However since an update a few months ago it's not worked. I always get a message saying that the image isn't clear enough, even thought the image is very clear and readable.

    @LloydsBank I have been on the phone for an hour trying to get a request for a simple letter to be sent to me. The Lloyds bank systems are so complicated that no-one can generate this simple letter. Anyone from @LloydsBank please msg to help me.

    @LloydsBank really shocked at the service in your Bristol Cabot’s circus branch. The cashier was laughing towards me (not sure why) then was really unfriendly and curt in general. No customer service whatsoever.

    @grieve51166 @LloydsBank Government overreach, we had this 2 years when we wanted to buy a small towcar. Our bank asked what we wanted to withdraw the money for? God help us in the future if it's not deemed "appropriate" by the government. We're in a bad place.

    @LloydsBank Hi Paul. Yeah I started the switch today and got my account details. When I go on to the app it accepts my login details then asks to set up memorable data, I type in the word, then underneath it asks you to repeat it but it's greyed out and nothing happens when you tap on it.

    @LloydsBank so I've started a CASO to you and regretting it already. On the app it's asking me choose memorable data. When it asks to repeat it the box is just greyed out. I've closed the app but it's still the same. Tried to call but your stupid IVR said you couldn't help.
