@LloydsBank New customer here, I'm trying to set up and activate my online banking via your app, but I'm stuck on creating memorable information, it won't accept anything I enter doesn't allow me to re-enter the word, so I can't progress any further, help!

.@LloydsBank Why does your business banking site not hold my cookie - if I wanted to log in with the annoying card reader every time I would - cleared cookies re-stored it and still have to use the sodding reader - why? whats the point of memorable information id I cant use it?

@LloydsBank I contacted you on June 16 and spent ages on the phone trying to sort out my dad's S&S ISA account, which I have financial power of attorney over. The guy was helpful but heard nothing back since. Given that I'm not a Lloyds customer myself, how can I follow this up?

@LloydsBank I really do wish the telephone banking service of Lloyds was better. There are too many things wrong to list but pleeeeeze anyone at Lloyds reading this try going through it yourself. Date of birth Never works - why ask it as a security question? Paying a bill - awful. Etc

@mbna Your confirmation code callback option is not working. I've tried repeatedly for weeks and the call never comes through. Nothing wrong on my end, so are you no longer calling non-UK numbers? Very frustrating as having same issue with @LloydsBank.

@LloydsBank Asking a very important question on your chat service with Sayeed 15 minutes and still no reply.. Too many issues with Lloyd’s service these days. Allowing money not authorised to leave my account is one example.

@LloydsBank Yes! That worked. I managed to setup the memorable word. Now I can login to the app and online banking. Thank you. I tried support numbers and support FAQs but no mention of this. I suggest adding for future customers to find it

@MartinSLewis I was £3000 in debt with @LloydsBank - Then some insanely helpful guy over the phone went through my entire finances with me, to the penny. He worked out a plan with me and I cleared the lot. 100/100 customer service. So I was, but now I’m not.

@LloydsBank awful awful experience today. Wanted to change account type and via it app it says "You can have one sole and one joint Club Lloyds account but you need to apply in branch for the second one". Took time off work to visit the branch. Was told to message via the app.

Trying to report fraud on your Lloyds credit card is neigh on impossible. 30 mins, transferred 4 times and now told I have a 40 minute wait to talk to someone who no doubt will transfer me again. @LloydsBank

Reported a fraudulent credit card payment to @LloydsBank 8 hours ago via the app. Still asking dumb questions, pretty sure it's AI + plus excuses if "busier than normal". Will be a trip to branch to cancel this. Zero customer service or urgency from them.

@LloydsBank After 14+ years with Lloyds, my Islamic account was closed suddenly in late 2024. I received a damaged cheque and, living overseas, can’t visit a branch. Calls/chats haven’t helped, and I can’t file a complaint without a UK postcode. Deeply disappointed—need support.

Customer service in Lloyds bank @LBGplc has become non-existent. Yesterday I went in to withdraw £1,100. I asked Teller to count cash before giving to me, but she refused. Machine does it so she won't. So when did counting money in a bank become an issue? #badservice #lloydsbank
