@LloydsBank The app still wasn’t working this morning. But thankfully it is working now. I think with the number of complaints you’ve had, you can see that was a Lloyds issue - and not an individual customer issue with their devices.

@LloydsBank Hi Gavin. I have just followed @LloydsBank you need to follow back from me to be able to DM. There is an issue with not being able to have anything in email as it allows multiple people to tell us different things at Lloyds and have no written proof to get the issue resolved.

@LloydsBank so 15 mins before someone answers a call, automatic rubbish before I even speak to a human and then 30 mins on hold to your fraud department and then get cut off, all because of a fraudulent transaction on my account.. Great customer service. Rubbish !!!
