    @LloydsBank The OTP was an activation code to log in the internet banking, so that would be the former one.

    @LloydsBank I’ve read the FAQ section and it doesn’t help. I’ve now been on the line for and 1hr45minutes. Is there any indication on wait times cos this is an absolute joke

    @LloydsBank I am really disappointed. onetime pass call could not be received because of cellular carrier outage, so I've been waiting to be sent an overseas onetime pass mail that is supposed to be sent w/in 10 days for overseas customers for 2 weeks. plz send it asap

    @rogercdavies @LloydsBank Thanks for publishing. Yesterday I had a "very good" fake email 'from' Amazon telling me my account was Terminated, due to an issue relating to card address & delivery address. I was asked to Cluck on the link and give my life history! Here it is 1/2

    @LloydsBank really disappointed today, phoned to check the huddersfield branch had re-opened, told yes, only to get here and it’s shut. Halifax won’t let me access their bank for withdrawal either.

    @LloydsBank just had the worst ever representative taking my call. After trying to explain a situation regarding my Dad who just died 4 weeks ago and my Mum with late stage dementia who is now in a care home,the response was rude & upsetting. Abysmal service

    @LloydsBank My first online application sent had few errors in address. They said me to re-submit fresh. The website has to be fixed. Even now I cannot make an online application at all! I asked for an alternative. They said to get an appointment to fill up the application.

    @LloydsBank The system needs updating to at least let people know what position in the que they are or offer a callback service. Leaving someone hanging over 4 hours from £Billion companies the size of Lloyd's and AXA just isn't acceptable.

    @LloydsBank They wont issue my licence as there computer system does not like like my title of Mx so it will never be replaced online and would I would need to apply via post. For the refund they have just told me they would not be issuing it as the staff are concerned its been ordered.

    @foxcubofwm Honestly the phone systems are ridiculous - @LloydsBank give a switching number which says “Halifax press 1, RBS press 2” - I’m not either. I’m getting stressed because it’s payday Friday too so my wages go into an account I have no access to! Gonna have to go in and see them! 😔

    Hey @LloydsBank Your SPECTACULAR incompetence is looking like costing me £100,000s today. The issue that you should have sorted 10 years ago and then 1 year ago you are telling me can't be sorted today (having told me it would be sorted yesterday)
