    @LloydsBank I've been trying all week to contact. No joy. The letter I received said a branch 'will be happy to help'. Please tell the branch, they haven't got the message. Lloyds Bank customer service is appalling 😡

    @LloydsBank The app still wasn’t working this morning. But thankfully it is working now. I think with the number of complaints you’ve had, you can see that was a Lloyds issue - and not an individual customer issue with their devices.

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to get through to your fraud team by phone since Tuesday. Last night I was on hold for an hour and a half and today I am so far on hold for an hour. Appalling service levels. How do I get through to a live person?

    @LloydsBank Hi Gavin. I have just followed @LloydsBank you need to follow back from me to be able to DM. There is an issue with not being able to have anything in email as it allows multiple people to tell us different things at Lloyds and have no written proof to get the issue resolved.

    @LloydsBank How about fix your security as i have now been on hold to your fraud team for well over an hour after someone tried to take money out of my account for the second time in the space of 6 months not good enough

    @LloydsBank My husband made the order yesterday & had confirmation that it would be delivered today by 1pm & nothing arrived when he call the person said , “what did we want him to do about it “ was very rude and unhelpful- today I have been on chat all day & no help

    @LloydsBank so 15 mins before someone answers a call, automatic rubbish before I even speak to a human and then 30 mins on hold to your fraud department and then get cut off, all because of a fraudulent transaction on my account.. Great customer service. Rubbish !!!

    @LloydsBank how come your local branch can’t tell you if a monthly statement has been sent in the post , as I’ve not received it yet !!! A very concerned customer !! Cashier very cold and unhelpful !!!! I’m always disappointed and frustrated!!!!!!!
