@LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!

Had to research and discover all of this myself as the customer service for @LloydsBank did not want to help me..even though I told them I have no idea what these transactions are..had to research myself, contact a company in America to cancel

30 mins and still waiting @LloydsBank 17 people in queue only 2 cashiers one of which hasn't taken a customer for 10 mins. So glad you continue to shut down high St banks. Obviously no need for them...

@LloydsBank hi I need to verify a payment, and the system tells me that I need to call +44 207 481 2614 from abroad. I spent ten minutes speaking to 2 different ppl and they said they didn't see any pending payment, while my mobile account said so. Help me pls, thanks

@LloydsBank I thought of just deleting but I'm worried about debt collection, which they could do even if i don't owe I'd still be marked, I am trying to deal with it with talktalk directly but no use, as I have no account = no information = no security = no access to my own private info

Spent 30 minutes on phone to @LloydsBank trying to give them my Insurance Number, no luck. Not very good service. Gave me unexisting email in the end. Not sure if i will be keeping my savings with them

Why do @AvantiWestCoast settle delay repay claims by cheque during a period of postal strikes (which I support)? They tell me they do this because the bank credit card (@LloydsBank) I used to pay for my ticket won't accept refunds! Is this true @LloydsBank ?

@LloydsBank Hi Tony, I'm not sure to repeat this transaction, as everytime I logged on to Lloyds mobile app and website, the pending payment was still there and it said I won't be able to log on until I spoke with Lloyds' staff (which I already did, and had no solution), could you check it?

Four months in row @LloydsBank have failed to block a fraudulent subscription going out on my credit card. Four months in a row I have to sit and explain over and over the same situation. Absolute joke of a company.

@LloydsBank I do, I don't want to be sold anything, I just want to know how much % I'll be charged per transaction for using my card in Germany. Is this how you take care of vulnerable customers? Try take advantage and sell them a service they don't understand? Brilliant.

@LloydsBank No point, apparently my policy doesn't include trace and access which is needed to locate the leak, even though it cists less than the £1000 cover I'm supposed to have so I'm left with a flooded kitchen and waterless taps. Thanks after being a customer for 30 years.

Seriously @LloydsBank why does it take more than a month to process a change of signatory form for my struggling #allotmentassociation? 1st you close down our #local branch, then the next best one, and now we can’t do anything without pestering our previous treasurer. Very poor.

@LloydsBank hi, I recently switched to lloyds bank. I was looking at my upcoming direct debits which were moved over from my previous bank, there is a direct debit to TALKTALK, I've never been a customer with them so I'm confused as what it is, there's no pay amount

@LloydsBank The reason it looks like phishing that it only contains a call to action. No explanation as to why. "must login to your account by clicking on this link" It would be better to make secure email easy to find on the website and direct people there.
