@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank From my experience of them Lloyds bank aren't on your side unless you have plenty of money in your account. No help to me when I needed information about a d/debit on my joint account. Left years ago.

@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

@joelycett can you help? I raised a dispute over a payment with @LloydsBank. All was fine and I got my money back. But yesterday Lloyd's took the money back saying there wasn't enough evidence. I had no warning. I'm down £2k and have been told its a week before they..🧵

@LloydsBank service falls short. Started with International payment being denied, then not being able to contact the bank (too busy), waited 1.5 hours in branch to get it sorted. Then my account was blocked for a further hour. 😡

Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.

@HalifaxBank account holder has taken a deposit from me and sold goods I put the deposit down for. Despite contacting @LloydsBank and Halifax no action has been taken to retrieve the amount. Halifax and Lloyds part of one group. It’s sad that no one is helping @actionfrauduk

Customer service with @LloydsBank is a joke! 45 minutes on hold only to be told to call another number that's quoting a 50 minute wait time. All because I had the cheek to try and use my card to buy a laptop in store.

@LloydsBank Hi yes it was for an overdraft, you've instructed a debt company to take over the debt for you, so I think technically still open? I just can't access it. The payment was for an event which was cancelled, they can't refund into anything but the old payment method.
