    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    Whatever @LloydsBank i go in, the minimum wait seems to be 20 minutes from kings Road to Streatham. Poor service big profits. Suppose I should be grateful they still have branches open.
