    @LloydsBank No, there is no error message. The button text changes colour to light green and the phone makes a sound, but the .pdf statement simply doesn't either download or open. I have tried with and without WiFi but the result is the same. There is no shortage of space on the device.

    @LloydsBank No, there was lots of waiting but no definitive conformation either way. So I'm left waiting to see her next statement As I said, if it wasn't for the fact I always get her a receipt i'd have just gone to the next cash point. My issue is the receipt said £180 WAS removed.

    @LloydsBank After a very long wait and a barely audible conversation then another very long wait, we were told that upon further checking, if everything checks out the £180 will be put back in the account. This doesn't help me with piece of mind till the next statement.

    @LloydsBank Nothing has changed There are 2 company directors - me and my husband. The lady on the phone wouldn't tell us whose signature was an issue and where a letter explaining there was an issue had been sent (we haven't received anything). Who can we talk to to get it sorted?

    @LloydsBank I had call to contact your customer services today on behalf of a vulnerable adult, to sort out a problem re a damaged card. The young man who dealt with the call was exemplary; sensitive, understanding and helpful. Kudos.

    @monzo @LloydsBank I’m trying to make a transfer from Monzo to Lloyds but it’s being declined and both banks are saying the problem isn’t on their end. How do I resolve this??? I’ve spoken to both banks today and both are saying it’s not being declined on their side!!!!

    @LloydsBank Yes, that now works. if I select a statement, click on Download and then pull down from the top of the screen I get a "Download Completed" system message for preview.pdf. if I click on that message it opens Adobe Acrobat and if I then click on the Acrobat icon it opens the .pdf.

    @LloydsBank Having issues with making and receiving payments since yesterday morning. Can't pay anyone, and my salary hasn't come through. Spent around 2 hours on the phone with Lloyds, still unresolved. Raised a complaint but it can take up to 15 days! Incredibly frustrated.
