    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

I couldn't withdraw any money until I presented with my ID. My money was held to ransome for >24hrs until I complied. This is how easy it is

    @philfreie @kathrynhall_ @LloydsBank A bank is a service provider not the fraud police. If I am willing to accept the risk then I should be allowed to do so. The point is it's 'acceptable' to freeze my account & have staff unwaveringly stick to a script even when it doesn't make sense. I pay £28pm for that account!
