Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank are you aware there is an issue with your phone authentication process? The phone rings but cuts out before I can enter the four digit pin. I have a non UK mobile number and I am located outside the UK. Same issue yesterday for my partner with a different UK bank.

@LloydsBank She’s 89, in ‘end of life care’, unable to type clearly to access website as hands v shaky- used to enjoy checking her account in the app though as so easy. Why do you give the option to download an older compatible version, when that particular option doesn’t then download?
