@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank Yes. And it IS one of the types that can be closed online. Only (as usual) your IT not working. So I have to go to a physical branch? Like I said - completely ableist. Just provide a working link or an email or an address to write to. Not everyone is fully physically functional

@LloydsBank No, they said that HAD made the change. I discovered last night when trying to make a purchase that I couldn’t use my card. Check my banking app and found the change was never made. Frankly, this is diabolical service. I’ve been on the phone 15 minutes and still not been changed.

@LloydsBank Hi the main reason is that it has not expired yet this month. When reading on your website, it states that you should not use your new card until it expires. Otherwise it will cause complications. I did know

@LloydsBank The payment was pending but we were told it was not possible to reverse by the person on the phone. Regarding contacting the website - Having read responses from other people on trust pilot it is extremely hard to contact them. We automatically cancelled the application online.
