Dusty Wolfman (@dusty_wolfman) reported@LloydsBank Can you advise whether this was a result of errors made by onshore or offshore colleagues? If your development centres in India are not following change processes you need to be bringing the work back onshore and taking advantage of skilled UK workers. #HelpingBritainProsper

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @jatroa Having access to, and seeing full details on screen, are completely different in Lloyds eyes, so there’s no need to report a breach now
-
Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reportedImpossible to get through to your fraud team @LloydsBank this is not great. My account is being attacked and I’m in a f**** queue of over 20 mins to get through. Really? This should be immediate for fraud. The online chat isn’t any better. Totally disengaged with the conversation

Artur Nadolny (@ArturNadol7566) reportedLLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. Clayton Shivers (@Clayshiv) reported@steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.

LisaS (@ls39767284) reported@LloydsBank No-one is available in the securities team though. Not all last week and not this week either. You are still holding security for loans repaid years ago because our business relationship manager overlooked this. Shocking service!

Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank Your online system for opening an ISA account is not working. I’ve tried to open an account for last 24 hours online and just spent an hour on phone trying to do it. Maybe it’s time for me to switch banks if you can’t do the basics anymore.
