    @LloydsBank Was trying to avoid reinstalling the app again as I did this a month ago. At work so canโ€™t do desktop login. But will try reinstalling app after work.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldnโ€™t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.

    @LloydsBank Thanks Neha. All was sorted after 9 months, but your customer service teams did need a course in customer care and compassion. Why ask to speak to someone, who I've just told them has recently died?
