Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

To have closed all the other Lloyds branches in the city centre & ended up with this as a flagship branch is terrible
