I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.

So in summary you're at risk of being debanked from ALL of them if you or someone in your organisation presents that risk

They wont even be able to tell the customer why/who is leaning on them.Had similar when worked for another bank years ago, quite awkward
