@LloydsBank My advice, avoid the 'Mobile Banking App' like the plague. Not secure, easily hacked, easily stolen? Don't exchange security for convenience. Ultimately, this app is for the bank and not for the customer. Use a computer and avoid the headaches.

I have a savings account with them, and they made me jump through hoops to do a transfer in to my current bank account. They were happy all the while taking my money
