@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank My advice, find another bank. @LloydsBank lost my financial data includ NI # for ISA, they lost Registered Mail cont sensitive info. Then refuse to correct their ineptitude stating 'security concerns'? OK if we are insecure, but can't correct errors because of security protocol?

@LloydsBank Funny that because I called 4 times and couldn't get through to anyone so had to lose out on £150 to drive 30 minutes to my closest branch for them to just ring them there to sort it. Been without a card and only recieve it Thursday so will be a week. Customer service is awful🙃
